Regeneration of Intervertebral disc(IVD)is a scientific challenge because of the complex structure and composition of tissue,as well as the difficulty in achieving bionic ***,an anatomically correct IVD scaffold composed of biomaterials,cells,and growth factors were fabricated via three-dimensional(3D)bioprinting *** tissue growth factor(CTGF)and transforming growth factor-β3(TGF-β3)were loaded onto polydopamine nanoparticles,which were mixed with bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)for regenerating and simulating the structure and function of the nucleus pulposus and annular *** vitro experiments confirmed that CTGF and TGF-β3 could be released from the IVD scaffold in a spatially controlled manner,and induced the corresponding BMSCs to differentiate into nucleus pulposus like cells and annulus fibrosus like ***,the fabricated IVD scaffold was implanted into the dorsum subcutaneous of nude *** reconstructed IVD exhibited a zone-specific matrix that displayed the corresponding histological and immunological phenotypes:primarily type II collagen and glycosaminoglycan in the core zone,and type I collagen in the surrounding *** testing results demonstrated that it exhibited good biomechanical function of the reconstructed *** results presented herein reveal the clinical application potential of the dual growth factors-releasing IVD scaffold fabricated via 3D ***,the evaluation in large mammal animal models needs to be further studied.

Articular cartilage injury is a common disease in the field of *** cartilage has poor self-repairing ability,medical intervention is *** melt electro-writing(MEW)technology,tissue engineering scaffolds with high porosity and high precision can be ***,ordinary materials,especially natural polymer materials,are difficult to *** this study,gelatin was mixed with poly(lactic-co-glycolic acid)to prepare high-concentration and high-viscosity printer ink,which had good printability and formability.A composite scaffold with full-layer TGF-β1 loading mixed with hydroxyapatite was prepared,and the scaffold was implanted at the cartilage injury site;microfracture surgery was conducted to induce the mesenchyme in the bone *** stem cells thereby promoted the repair of damaged *** summary,this study developed a novel printing method,explored the molding conditions based on MEW printing ink,and constructed a bioactive cartilage repair *** scaffold can use autologous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells and induce their differentiation to promote cartilage repair.

慢性牙周炎与高脂血症相关性的Meta分析

目的采用系统评价的方法评价慢性牙周炎与高脂血症相关性。方法计算机检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、中国生物医学文献数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、万方和维普数据库,检索时限从建库到2016年7月,限中、英文,由两位研究者按标准纳入牙周炎与高脂血症相关性的观察性研究论文,进行资料提取及质量评价,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析并用GRADE 3.6软件进行证据整体质量等级的评定。结果一共纳入6个病例对照研究和1个队列研究。Meta分析结果显示,慢性牙周炎患者血清中甘油三酯(TG)的浓度明显高于牙周健康组(MD=50.50,95%可信区间=39.57~61.42,P<0.000 01),血清总胆固醇(TC)浓度也较牙周健康组明显增(MD=17.54,95%可信区间=10.91~24.18,P<0.000 01);并且牙周炎患者血清中TG与TC升高的风险分别是牙周健康者的4.73倍(OR=4.73,95%可信区间=2.74~8.17,P<0.000 01)和3.62倍(OR=3.62,95%可信区间=2.18~6.03,P<0.000 01);而两组在高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的统计学差异不大。结论现有证据表明慢性牙周炎与高脂血症是存在相关性的,慢性牙周炎是高脂血症的一个独立危险因素。

目的:通过Meta分析系统评价全瓷修复与烤瓷修复的临床效果。方法:计算机检索Pub Med、Cochrane Library、EMbase、Sino Med、中国知网和万方、维普数据库,按标准纳入比较全瓷与烤瓷修复临床效果的随机对照研究,进行资料提取及偏倚评价,采用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果:最终纳入15篇文献,其中全瓷修复体768例,烤瓷修复体1 386例。Meta分析结果显示:相比于烤瓷修复,全瓷修复能显著降低牙龈炎症(RR=0.30,95%CI=0.10-0.90,P=0.03)的发生风险。还能减少基牙继发龋、改善修复体的龈缘着色及边缘适合性,但无统计学差异。二者颜色匹配及修复体崩瓷状况相当。全瓷修复易导致牙髓炎症及牙髓失活,且固定桥修复时全瓷桥支架断裂(RR=6.24,95%CI=1.20-32.41,P=0.03)的危险性显著增高。结论:现有的有限证据表明,全瓷修复的临床效果要优于烤瓷修复,在临床应用中占有一定优势,但全瓷桥的强度有待提高。

Photo‑Energized MoS_(2)/CNT Cathode for High‑Performance Li–CO_(2)Batteries in a Wide‑Temperature Range

Li–CO_(2) batteries are considered promising energy storage systems in extreme environments such as Mars;however,severe performance degradation will occur at a subzero temperature owning to the sluggish reaction ***,a photo-energized strategy adopting sustainable solar energy in wide working temperature range Li–CO_(2) battery was achieved with a binder-free MoS_(2)/carbon nanotube(CNT)photo-electrode as *** unique layered structure and excellent photoelectric properties of MoS_(2) facilitate the abundant generation and rapid transfer of photo-excited carriers,which accelerate the CO_(2) reduction and Li_(2)CO_(3) decomposition upon *** illuminated battery at room temperature exhibited high discharge voltage of 2.95 V and mitigated charge voltage of 3.27 V,attaining superior energy efficiency of 90.2%and excellent cycling stability of over 120 *** at an extremely low temperature of−30℃,the battery with same electrolyte can still deliver a small polarization of 0.45 V by the photoelectric and photothermal synergistic mechanism of MoS_(2)/CNT *** work demonstrates the promising potential of the photo-energized wide working temperature range Li–CO_(2) battery in addressing the obstacle of charge overpotential and energy efficiency.

Multi-party quantum private comparison of size relationship based on one-direction quantum walks on a circle

Quantum walks (QW) are the quantum counterpart of classical random walks, and portray a natural stochastic process when the walker randomly wanders around. In a discretetime QW system on a circle, when the walker particle generally steps towards two directions, i.e., clockwise and anticlockwise, this kind of QW is called two-direction quantum walks on a circle (TDQWC); and the walker particle always steps towards one direction or stays stationary, this kind of QW is called as one-direction quantum walks on a circle (ODQWC).

Multifunctional Nacre‑Like Nanocomposite Papers for Electromagnetic Interference Shielding via Heterocyclic Aramid/MXene Template‑Assisted In‑Situ Polypyrrole Assembly

Robust, ultra-flexible, and multifunctional MXene-basedelectromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding nanocomposite filmsexhibit enormous potential for applications in artificial intelligence,wireless telecommunication, and portable/wearable electronic *** this work, a nacre-inspired multifunctional heterocyclic aramid(HA)/MXene@polypyrrole (PPy) (HMP) nanocomposite paper withlarge-scale, high strength, super toughness, and excellent tolerance tocomplex conditions is fabricated through the strategy of HA/MXenehydrogel template-assisted in-situ assembly of PPy. Benefiting from the"brick-and-mortar" layered structure and the strong hydrogen-bondinginteractions among MXene, HA, and PPy, the paper exhibits remarkable mechanical performances, including high tensile strength (309.7 MPa),outstanding toughness (57.6 MJ m−3), exceptional foldability, and structural stability against ultrasonication. By using the template effect ofHA/MXene to guide the assembly of conductive polymers, the synthesized paper obtains excellent electronic conductivity. More importantly,the highly continuous conductive path enables the nanocomposite paper to achieve a splendid EMI shielding effectiveness (EMI SE) of 54.1 dBat an ultra-thin thickness (25.4 μm) and a high specific EMI SE of 17,204.7 dB cm2g−1. In addition, the papers also have excellent applicationsin electromagnetic protection, electro-/photothermal de-icing, thermal therapy, and fire safety. These findings broaden the ideas for developinghigh-performance and multifunctional MXene-based films with enormous application potential in EMI shielding and thermal management.

Activatable chemiluminescence probe based on four-arm PEGconjugated-pyropheophorbide-a for in vivo autofluorescence-free imaging of peroxynitrite

Peroxynitrite（ONOO-） is a highly reactive nitrogen species that plays pivotal roles in cell signal transduction and physiological or pathological progresses. However, commonly used ONOO-optical imaging probes are still hampered by high background/autofluorescence（fluorescence probe）, short emission wavelength, or poor selectivity in the case of chemiluminescence. Herein,we report a facile method to prepare an activatable chemiluminescence probe（PPA-PEG） with good biocompatibility and functionality for in vivo autofluorescence-free imaging of ONOO-. The PPA-PEG consists of pyropheophorbide-a（PPA）, a typical deep red photosensitizer that acts as both the recognition and signaling element, and 4-arm poly（ethylene glycol）(4-arm PEG), which improves the biosafety and water solubility of probe. These components can self-assemble into nanoparticles（namely PPA-PEG nanoprobe） in aqueous solution. The PPA-PEG nanoprobe showed an ultra-low chemiluminescence signal before interacting with ONOO-, but exhibited good selectivity, high sensitivity and a fast response toward ONOO-. The PPAPEG was successfully applied to image cellular ONOO-changes, as well as the endogenous ONOO-changes in inflammation models and subcutaneous or orthotopic hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） tumors models in living mice. In vitro and in vivo studies verified the good detection and imaging capabilities of PPA-PEG for peroxynitrite, demonstrating suitable tissue penetration and a high signal-to-background ratio（SBR）. Thus, our nanoprobe can serve as a valuable activatable chemiluminescence imaging tool for studying important peroxynitrite-related chemical and biological applications.

Early detection and treatment of cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) can be significantly enhanced through the use of flexible wearable electrocardiogram (ECG) sensors, potentially reducing CVD-related mortality. This paper introduces an ECG-on-Chip (EoC) solution tailored for flexible ECG sensors, incorporating novel features to address common challenges in wearable ECG technology. The EoC integrates a chopper-stabilized capacitively-coupled instrumentation amplifier (CS-CCIA),ensuring a high common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and low noise performance. Performance is further boosted via a positive feedback loop (PFL) and a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) with shared on-chip calibration logic, which enhances input impedance and minimizes gain variability to ensure consistent algorithm performance. Additionally, a secondary chopping technique is employed to further reduce noise, achieving an input-referred noise level of 454 nVrms. The embedded algorithm within the EoC is designed to extract clinically meaningful features, facilitating robust real-time arrhythmia analysis. Fabricated using a 0.18μm CMOS process, the EoC consumes 14.9μW with a supply voltage of 1.2 V. The algorithm’s efficacy has been validated over 0.4 million heartbeats, demonstrating a sensitivity of over 99.7%for R-peak detection and 98.3%for arrhythmia analysis. To demonstrate practical application, the EoC has been integrated with a commercial Bluetooth low energy (BLE)transceiver, forming a wireless arrhythmia monitoring sensor equipped with dry electrodes. This system consumes 292.04μW in arrhythmia-aware transmission mode, supporting 13 days of operation with a 30 mAh thin-film battery.
