In this study,we introduce an integrated schedule of order picking and delivery for instant *** picking,including order batching and picking sequencing,is scheduled online under real-time order arrival,which integrates order delivery by depicting order location dispersion in an online order picking *** delivery,including delivery person assignment and route planning,is modeled to minimize the total duration of order fulfillment by considering the influence of the order picking completion time.A rule-based online order picking strategy is established,and a customized ant colony optimization(ACO)algorithm is proposed to optimize order *** on 16 simulated instances of different scales demonstrate that our online order picking schedule considering order delivery outperforms existing approaches and that the customized ACO algorithm for order delivery is effective.

To accurately predict the film thickness distribution during dynamic spraying performed with air guns and support accordingly the development of intelligent spray painting,the spray problem was analyzed *** particular,the Eulerian-Eulerian approach was employed to calculate the paint atomization and film deposition *** spray heights,spray angles,spray gun movement speeds,spray trajectory curvature radii,and air pressure values were *** simulation results indicate that the angle of spray painting significantly affects the velocity of droplets near the spray *** an increase in the spraying angle,spraying height and spray gun movement speed,the maximum film thickness decreases to varying degrees,and the uniformity of the film thickness also continuously *** the spray gun moves along an arc trajectory,at smaller arc radii,the film thickness on the inside of the arc is slightly greater than that on the outside,but the impact on the maximum film thickness is *** air pressure expands the coating coverage area,results in finer atomization of paint droplets,and leads to a thinner and a more uniform paint ***,if the pressure is too high,it can cause paint *** the orthogonal experimental method,multiple sets of simulation calculations were conducted,and the combined effects of spraying height,spray angle,and spray gun movement speed on the film thickness distribution were comprehensively analyzed to determine optimal ***,the reliability of the numerical simulations was validated through dynamic spray painting experiments.

Clostridium autoethanogenum protein (CAP) is a promising protein source for aquaculture; however, how CAP influences fish quality is worth extensive research. We randomly allocated 630 turbot with initial body weights of about 180 g into 6 groups, with fishmeal-based control diet or diet with CAP replacing 15% (CAP15), 30% (CAP30), 45% (CAP45), 60% (CAP60), or 75% (CAP75) of fishmeal protein. After a 70-d feeding trial, the fillet yield (P = 0.015) and content of protein (P = 0.017), collagen (P 0.05). By contrast, the muscle hardness increased linearly with increasing CAP (P = 0.004), accompanied by linear reduction of muscle fiber area (P = 0.003) and expression of myogenesis-related genes, including cathepsin D (ctsd P < 0.001) and muscle ring finger protein 1 (murf 1, P < 0.001). Phosphorylation of protein kinase B (Akt, P < 0.001), target of rapamycin (TOR, P = 0.001), eukaryotic initiation factor 4E-binding protein 1 (4E-BP1, P < 0.001), and ribosomal protein S6 (S6, P < 0.001) decreased linearly; however, phosphorylation of AMP-activated protein kinase (AMPK, P < 0.001), eukaryotic initiation factor 2 alpha (eIF2 alpha, P < 0.001), and the abundance of activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4, P < 0.001) increased with increasing CAP, suggesting that the TOR signaling pathway was inhibited, and the amino acid response (AAR) and AMPK pathways were activated. Additionally, expression of genes related to protein degradation, including myogenic factor 5 (myf 5, P < 0.001), myogenic differentiation (myod, P < 0.001), paired box 7 (pax 7, P < 0.001), and ctsd (P < 0.001), decreased linearly with increasing CAP. Adversarial attacks have been posing significant security concerns to intelligent systems,such as speaker recognition systems(SRSs).Most attacks assume the neural networks in the systems are known beforehand,while black-box attacks are proposed without such information to meet practical *** black-box attacks improve trans-ferability by integrating multiple models or training on multiple datasets,but these methods are *** by the optimisation strategy with spatial information on the perturbed paths and samples,we propose a Dual Spatial Momentum Iterative Fast Gradient Sign Method(DS-MI-FGSM)to improve the transferability of black-box at-tacks against ***,DS-MI-FGSM only needs a single data and one model as the input;by extending to the data and model neighbouring spaces,it generates adver-sarial examples against the integrating *** reduce the risk of overfitting,DS-MI-FGSM also introduces gradient masking to improve *** authors conduct extensive experiments regarding the speaker recognition task,and the results demonstrate the effectiveness of their method,which can achieve up to 92%attack success rate on the victim model in black-box scenarios with only one known model.

Hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and urea oxidation reaction(UOR)are key reactions of the watercycling associated catalytic process/*** design of catalysts with a super-hydrophilic/aerophobic structure and optimized electron distribution holds great ***,we have designed a threedimensional(3D)hollow Ni/NiMoN hierarchical structure with arrayed-sheet surface based on a onepot hydrothermal route for efficient urea-assisted HER based on a simple hydrothermal *** Ni/NiMoN catalyst exhibits super-hydrophilic/aerophobic properties with a small droplet contact angle of 6.07°and an underwater bubble contact angle of 155.7°,thus facilitating an escape of bubbles from the *** functional theory calculations and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy results indicate the optimized electronic structure at the interface of Ni and NiMoN,which can promote the adsorption/desorption of reactants and *** virtues combining with a large specific surface area endow Ni/NiMoN with efficient catalytic activity of low potentials of 25 mV for HER and 1.33 V for UOR at10 mA cm^(-2).The coupled HER and UOR system demonstrates a low cell voltage of 1.42 V at 10 mA cm^(-2),which is approximately 209 mV lower than water electrolysis.

Multiple myeloma(MM)is a hematological tumor with high mortality and recurrence *** is a new-generation proteasome inhibitor that is used as the first-line therapy for ***,the development of drug resistance is a pervasive obstacle to treating ***,elucidating the drug resistance mechanisms is conducive to the formulation of novel therapeutic *** elucidate the mechanisms of carfilzomib resistance,we retrieved the GSE78069 microarray dataset containing carfilzomib-resistant LP-1 MM cells and parental MM *** gene expression analyses revealed major alterations in the major histocompatibility complex(MHC)and cell adhesion *** upregulation of the tumor necrosis factor(TNF)receptor superfamily member 1A(TNFRSF1A)gene was accompanied by the downregulation of MHC genes and cell adhesion ***,to investigate the roles of these genes,we established a carfilzomib-resistant cell model and observed that carfilzomib resistance induced TNFRSF1A overexpression and TNFRSF1A silencing reversed carfilzomib resistance and reactivated the expression of cell adhesion ***,TNFRSF1A silencing suppressed the tumorigenesis of MM cells in immunocompetent mice,indicating that TNFRSF1A may lead to carfilzomib resistance by dampening antitumor ***,our results indicated that TNFRSF1A overexpression conferred carfilzomib resistance in MM cells and suppressed the expression of MHC genes and cell adhesion *** suppression of MHC genes and cell adhesion molecules may impair the interaction between immune cells and cancer cells to impair antitumor *** studies are warranted to further investigate the signaling pathway underlying the regulatory role of TNFRSF1A in MM cells.

Multi-sensor multispectral reconstruction framework based on projection and reconstruction

The scarcity and low spatial resolution of hyperspectral images(HSIs) have become a major problem limiting the application of the images. In recent years, spectral reconstruction(SR) has been applied to convert multispectral images(MSIs) with abundant quantities and high spatial resolution into HSIs. With the launch of several new multispectral(MS) satellites with a short repeat period, the simultaneous acquisition of images from multiple MS sensors in the same area is gradually becoming feasible. Unfortunately, existing SR methods only consider the reconstruction of the MSIs of a single sensor without considering using MSIs from different MS sensors to obtain a better construction effect through their complementary bands. However,multi-sensor SR is characterized by two problems: inconsistency in the amplitude information of real multisensor imaging and difficulty in the extraction of the complex correlations of bands from different *** solve these problems, this paper proposes a multi-sensor SR framework based on a two-step approach in which the problems of amplitude inconsistency and band information extraction are solved using an ideal projection network and an ideal multi-sensor SR network, respectively. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments on three datasets.
