Jungicephus Maa, 1949 is redescribed based on new material. The differences between Jungicephus and its relatives, and the tribal position of the genus are briefly discussed. Jungicephus maybe represent a distinct evolutionary lineage in Hartigiini in addition to the Hartigia lineage and Janus lineage. A new species, J. bidentus sp. nov. is described from China.

Three new species of the annulitibia-group of the genus Macrophya Dahlbom （Hymenoptera, Tenthredinidae） in Mts. Qinling from China are described, namely M acrophya brevicinctata Li, Liu ＆ wei, sp. nov., M. qinlingium Li, Liu ＆ wei, sp. nov. and M. rugosifossa Li, Liu ＆ wei, sp. nov. A key to all known species of the annulitibia-group from China is provided. The specimens examined in this study are mostly deposited in the Insect Collection of Central South University of Forestry and Technology, Changsha, Hunan, China, including all holotypes and some paratypes of the new species. Other paratypes of the new species are deposited in the Department of Zoology, National Museum of Nature and Science, Amakubo, Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan.

A peculiar sawfly genus from middle Asia,Cacosyndya Kirby,1883 and the type species Cacosyndya dimorpha(Freymuth,1870)are redescribed and *** systematic position of this genus in Tenthredinidae is *** females in the genus are apterous,the only known apterous Symphytan,but the male is normally *** is not a member of Fenusinae or Heterarthrinae,but a member of Phymatocerini of Blennocampinae,Tenthredinidae as shown by the structure of the antenna,wing venation and body *** relationship between Cacosyndya and members of Phymatocerini is briefly discussed.

报道采自中国浙江天目山、可能为害山核桃的棒蜂科巨棒蜂属一新种:白痣巨棒蜂Megaxyela leucostigma sp. nov.,该种可能是山核桃的新害虫。新种翅完全透明,无烟色,翅痣和翅脉全部乳白色,锯鞘端黄白色等,与同属已知种类差别显著。新种与蓝腹巨棒蜂M. euchroma Blank,Shinohara&wei,2017同域分布,寄主可能也相同,2种差别除上述虫体颜色外,白痣巨棒蜂的锯鞘端明显更窄长;此外,2种COⅠ序列差异十分显著,K2P距离为10.85%,与同属其他种类间K2P种间距离(7.6%~13.5%)近似;文中还编制了巨棒蜂属亚洲种类分种检索表。
