The FAST All Sky Hi survey(FASHi)was designed to cover the entire sky observable by the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST),spanning approximately 22000 square degrees of declination between-14°and+66°,and in the frequency range of 1050-1450 MHz,with the expectation of eventually detecting more than 100000 Hi *** August 2020 and June 2023,FASHi had covered more than 7600 square degrees,which is approximately 35%of the total sky observable by *** has a median detection sensitivity of around 0.76 m Jy beam-1and a spectral line velocity resolution of~6.4 km s-1at a frequency of~1.4 *** of now,a total of 41741 extragalactic Hi sources have been detected in the frequency range 1305.5-1419.5 MHz,corresponding to a redshift limit of z■*** cross-matching FASHi sources with the Siena Galaxy Atlas(SGA)and the Sloan Digital Sky Survey(SDSS)catalogs,we found that 16972(40.7%)sources have spectroscopic redshifts and 10975(26.3%)sources have only photometric *** of the remaining 13794(33.0%)Hi sources are located in the direction of the Galactic plane,making their optical counterparts difficult to identify due to high extinction or high contamination of Galactic stellar *** on current survey results,the FASHi survey is an unprecedented blind extragalactic H i *** has higher spectral and spatial resolution and broader coverage than the Arecibo Legacy Fast ALFA Survey(ALFALFA).When completed,FASHi will provide the largest extragalactic Hi catalog and an objective view of Hi content and large-scale structure in the local universe.

复杂网络是描述和理解现实世界中复杂系统的有力工具.近年来,为了更准确地描述复杂网络中的交互关系,或者从高阶视角分析成对交互作用网络,许多学者开始使用高阶网络进行建模,并在研究其动力学过程中发现了与成对交互作用网络不同的新现象.然而,与成对交互作用网络相比,高阶网络的研究相对较少;而且,高阶网络结构相对复杂,基于结构的统计指标定义较为分散且形式不统一,这些都给描述高阶网络的拓扑结构特征带来了困难.鉴于此,本文综述了两种最常见的高阶网络——超图和单纯形网络——常用的统计指标及其物理意义.本文有助于加深对高阶网络的理解,促进对高阶网络结构特征的定量化研究,也有助于研究者在此基础上开发更多适用于高阶网络的统计指标.

Roles of Aqueous Extract of Marigold on Arsenic-induced Oxidative Damage in Pancreatic islet β-Cells

Roles of Marigold extracts (ME) on arsenic trioxide (ATO)-induced oxidative damage to pancreatic β-cells need to be further elucidated. in this study, NiT-1 cells were treated with different concentrations of and/or ATO, following by the cell viability was detected by CCK8 assay. Then, intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels, lipid peroxide (MDA) contents and superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity were measured with a fluorescence probe method and colorimetric assay, respectively. The apoptosis rate and morphology was detected and observed with hoechst 33,258 staining assay. The mRNA levels and protein expressions of nuclear factor E2-related factor 2 (Nrf2) and heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) were measured by real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction and protein immunoblotting assay, respectively. Our results indicated that Co-treatment with ME and ATO exacerbated the cell viability decreasing reduced by ATO, while the addition of ME after ATO treatment effectively promote the recovery of ATO reduced survival rates. The ATO group increased apoptosis (P P β-cells by modulating the activation of the Nrf2 signaling pathway.

Mpox is a zoonotic infectious disease caused by the mpox virus(MPXV).Historically,the majority of mpox cases have been documented in Central ***,since May 2022,there has been a notable rise in reported cases from regions beyond ***,over 110 countries spanning Europe,North America,South America,Asia,and other territories have reported mpox *** report details a case involving a patient who identifies as a man who has sex with men(MSM)and is concurrently infected with MPXV,human immunodeficiency virus type 1(HiV-1),Pneumocystis jiroveci,as well as extensively drug-resistant tuberculosis(XDR-TB).This patient had also received a vaccination for smallpox in the ***,we provide photographic documentation charting the progression of dermatological manifestations associated with *** case highlights the significance of sexual intercourse as a crucial mode of transmission for *** rapid and widespread dissemination of the MPXV across various regions,especially among MSM communities,underscores the importance of enhancing preventive education efforts targeted at high-risk populations.

Modulated noble metal/2D MOF heterostructures for improved hydrogen storage of MgH_(2)

The conjugation of external species with twodimensional(2D)materials has broad application *** this study,we have explored the potential of noble metal/2D MOF heterostructures in hydrogen ***,the MgH_(2)-Ni-MOF@Pd system has shown remarkable hydrogen desorption/sorption performances,starting to liberate hydrogen at 1810C,which is 2300C lower than that of pristine *** the catalytic effect of Ni-MOF@Pd,the dehydrogenation apparent activation energy of MgH2 is noticeably decreased from(133.5±17.5)to(34.58±1.87)kJ·moL^(-1),and the hydrogenation apparent activation energy is reduced from(70.41±7.43)to(25.78±4.64)kJ·moL^(-1),which is lowered by 63.4%.The fully-dehydrogenated MgH2-NiMOF@Pd composite rapidly uptakes hydrogen,with 2.62wt%at 100℃and 6.06 wt%at 150℃within 300 s,*** mechanism analysis of MgH2 catalyzed by Ni-MOF@Pd has revealed that the transformation of Mg_2Ni and Mg_2NiH_4 could act as a"hydrogen pump",providing numerous channels for fast diffusion and transport of hydrogen ***,in the dehydrogenation process,the element Pd reacts with MgH_(2)to form the MgPd alloy phase,which makes MgH_(2)take precedence to decompose through the Mg-Pd alloy rather than self-decomposition,further reducing thermal stability and improving de/hydrogenation *** synergistic effect of Mg-Pd,Mg_2Ni,and the special ultra-thin 2D sheet structure of the additive is the main reason for the good hydrogen storage property of MgH_(2)-Ni-MOF@*** findings provide inspiration for designing efficient multifunctional additives with unique morphologies to optimize the hydrogen desorption/sorption behaviors of hydrogen storage materials.

目的探究活性维生素D对胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance, iR)所致肾病的保护作用及其机制。方法选取雄性SD大鼠分成3组:正常对照组(C组), 单纯高脂喂养组(HF组)和高脂喂养活性维生素D干预组(VD组)。比较各组间血清生化指标、肾脏组织细胞形态、Toll样受体(Toll-like receptor, TLR)4-髓分化因子(myeloid differentiation factor, MyD)88-NF-κB炎症反应通路在mRNA和蛋白表达水平上的差异。结果 HF组大鼠存在明显iR, 血清胱抑素C、丙氨酸转氨酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇和C反应蛋白水平均较C组显著升高;VD组大鼠上述各指标均较HF组明显改善。与C组大鼠相比, HF组大鼠肾小球及肾小管形态异常, 肾间质大量炎症细胞浸润;VD组大鼠肾脏组织细胞形态较HF组大鼠明显改善。实时荧光定量PCR、免疫组织化学和蛋白质免疫印迹法结果提示HF组大鼠肾脏组织中TLR4、MyD88和NF-κB的mRNA和蛋白表达水平较C组显著增加;VD组上述指标的表达水平较HF组下降。结论本研究结果提示TLR4-MyD88-NF-κB炎症反应通路在iR肾病的发病机制中发挥重要作用, 而补充活性维生素D可以通过下调TLR4介导的炎症反应通路保护iR大鼠的肾脏。希望今后有更多基础和临床研究聚焦iR肾病, 从而为iR肾病的防治提供更多思路和证据。

TL1A Promotes Fibrogenesis in Colonic Fibroblasts via the TGF-β1/Smad3 Signaling Pathway

Objective intestinal fibrosis is a refractory complication of inflammatory bowel disease(iBD).Tumor necrosis factor ligand-related molecule-1A(TL1A)is important for iBD-related intestinal fibrosis in a dextran sodium sulfate(DSS)-induced experimental colitis *** study aimed to explore the effects of TL1A on human colonic *** A trinitrobenzene sulfonic acid(TNBS)-induced experimental colitis model of LCK-CD2-TL1A-GFP transgenic(Tg)or wild-type(WT)mice was established to determine the effect and mechanism of TL1A on intestinal *** human colonic fibroblast CCD-18Co cell line was treated concurrently with TL1A and human peripheral blood mononuclear cell(PBMC)*** proliferation and activation of CCD-18Co cells were detected by BrdU assays,flow cytometry,immunocytochemistry and Western *** metabolism was tested by Western blotting and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(RT-qPCR).Results The level of collagen metabolism in the TNBS+ethyl alcohol(EtOH)/Tg group was greater than that in the TNBS+EtOH/WT *** growth factor-β1(TGF-β1)and p-Smad3 in the TNBS+EtOH/Tg group were upregulated as compared with those in the TNBS+EtOH/WT *** proliferation of CCD-18Co cells was promoted by the addition of human PBMC supernatant supplemented with 20 ng/mL TL1A,and the addition of human PBMC supernatant and TL1A increased CCD-18Co proliferation by 24.4%at 24 ***1A promoted cell activation and increased the levels of COL1A2,COL3A1,and TiMP-1 in CCD-18Co *** of CCD-18Co cells with TL1A increased the expression of TGF-β1 and *** TL1A promotes TGF-β1-mediated intestinal fibroblast activation,proliferation,and collagen deposition and is likely related to an increase in the TGF-β1/Smad3 signaling pathway.

Variations, effectiveness and its associated factors of a nationwide web-based hypertension management training project in China: insights from a government-led campaign for 1.2 million lay health workers

OBJECTiVES To evaluate the effectiveness of a large-scale,web-based,in-service hypertension management training project among lay health workers(LHWs)at primary care health(PHC)settings in China,and to examine the factors contributing to the of *** METHODS We used data from a web-based national hypertension management training project implemented in 2018,it was designed to facilitate LHWs to learn,understand,and apply the relevant knowledge and skills in hypertension management through providing training courses by use of the web-based platform with unified *** LHWs were required to parti-cipate in the exams before and after training to acquire scores for the use of evaluating their performance of hypertension man-agement *** first used descriptive analysis to present the variations of effectiveness in hypertension management knowledge among LHWs by important ***,we used multilevel logistic regression to examine the individual regional factors contributing to the variations and quantify the magnitude of how these factors affected training *** RESULTS There were 1,208,610 LHWs who completed training and were ***,the scores of LHWs in-creased significantly from 62.87±21.14 out of 100 in the pre-test to 88.30±11.31 in the post-test by 25.43(95%confidence interval[Ci]:25.40-25.47).Training contents involved in antihypertensive medication showed the lowest score(54.36)in the pre-test and soared the most after training,up to 84.22 by 54.94%.individual factors associated with disparities in the knowledge of hyperten-sion management decreased substantially after training,which included sex,age,education,practice type,professional level,and hierarchy of working *** variations were shown at the provincial level,with the majority of them being ex-by factors at the regional *** CONCLUSiONS Accessible web-based training modality,government efforts,accompanie
