Surgical repair of complex posterior urethral disruptions remains one of the most challenging problems in *** efficacy of using a tissue expander capsule as an induced vascular bed to prefabricate axial vascularized buccal mucosa-lined flaps for tubularized posterior urethral reconstruction in a rabbit model was *** experiments were performed in three ***,silicone tissue expanders were inserted into the groin to induce vascularized capsule pouch ***,buccal mucosa grafts were transplanted into the newly formed capsular tissue supplied by axial vessels for buccal mucosa-lined flap ***,circumferential posterior urethral defects were created and repaired with the buccal mucosa graft(Group 1),the capsule flap(Group 2),and the prefabricated capsule buccal mucosa composite flap(Group 3).After surgery,notable contracture of the tubularized buccal mucosa graft was observed in the neourethra,and none of the rabbits in Group 1 maintained a wide urethral *** Group 2,the retrieved neourethra showed little evidence of epithelial lining during the study period,and the lumen caliber was narrowed at the 3-month *** Group 3,the buccal mucosa formed the lining in the neourethra and maintained a wide urethral caliber for 3 *** capsule may serve as an induced vascular bed for buccal mucosa-lined flap *** prefabricated buccal mucosa-lined flap may serve as a neourethra flap for posterior urethral replacement.

In order to better build the neutral beam injector with negative ion source (NNBI), the pre-research on key technologies has been carried out for the comprehensive research facility for fusion technology (CRFFT). Cesium seeding into negative-ion sources is a prerequisite to obtain the required negative hydrogen ion. The performance of ion source largely depends on the cesium conditions in the source. It is very necessary to quantitatively measure the amount of cesium in the source during the plasma on and off periods (vacuum stage).

Waste-filling in fully-mechanized coal mining and its application

A fully-mechanized coal mining (FMCM) technology capable of filling up the goaf with wastes (including solid wastes) is described. Industrial tests have proved that by using this technology not only can waste be re-used but also coal resources can be exploited with a higher recovery rate without removing buildings located over the working faces. Two special devices, a hydraulic support and a scraper conveyor, run side-by-side on the same working face to simultaneously realize mining and filling. These are described in detail. The tests allow analysis of rock pressure and ground subsidence when backfilling techniques are employed. These values are compared to those from mining without using backfilling techniques, under the same geological conditions. The concept of equivalent mining height is proposed based on theoretical analysis of rock pressure and ground subsidence. The upper limits of the rock pressure and ground subsidence can be estimated in backfilling mining using this concept along with traditional engineering formulae.

Recent Advances in Asymmetric Structural Composites for Excellent Electromagnetic Interference Shielding: A Review

Since electromagnetic pollution is detrimental to human health and the environment, numerous efforts have been successively made to achieve excellent electromagnetic interference shielding effectiveness(EMI SE) via designing the hierarchical structures for electromagnetic interference(EMI) shielding polymer composites. Among the plentiful structures, the asymmetric structures are currently a hot spot, principally categorizing into multi-layered, porous, fibrous, and segregated asymmetric structures, which endows the high EMI shielding performance for polymer composites incorporated with magnetic, conductive, and/or dielectric micro/nano-fillers, due to the “absorption-reflection-reabsorption” shielding mechanism. Therefore, this review provides the retrospection and summary of the efforts with respect to abundant asymmetric structures and multifunctional micro/nano-fillers for enhancing EMI shielding properties, which is conducive to the booming development of polymeric EMI shielding materials for the promising prospect in modern electronics and 5-generation(5G) technology.

Boosting fire safety and mechanical performance of thermoplastic polyurethane by the face-to-face two-dimensional phosphorene/MXene architecture

Black phosphorus(BP), as one of the most promising fillers for flame retarding polymer, has been seriously limited in practical application, due to the agglomeration and poor structural stability ***, the BP was modified by MXene and polydopamine(PDA) via ultrasonication and dopamine modification strategy to improve the structural stability and dispersibility in the matrix. Then, the obtained(BP-MXene@PDA) nanohybrid was employed to promote the mechanical performance, thermal stability,and flame retardancy of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU). The resultant TPU composite containing 2 wt.% of BP1-MXene2@PDA showed a 19.2% improvement in the tensile strength and a 13.8%increase in the elongation at break compared to those of the pure TPU. The thermogravimetric analysis suggested that BP-MXene@PDA clearly enhances the thermal stability of TPU composites. Furthermore,the introduction of the BP-MXene@PDA nanohybrids could considerably improve the flame retardancy of TPU composite, i.e., 64.2% and 27.3% decrease in peak heat release rate and total heat release, respectively. The flame-retardant mechanisms of TPU/BP-MXene@PDA in the gas phase and condensed phase were investigated systematically. This work provides a novel strategy to simultaneously enhance the fire safety and mechanical properties of TPU, thus expanding its industrial applications.

【目的】探究种植巨菌草后中度盐碱地的根际微生物群落结构和多样性,为利用巨菌草改良宁夏中度盐碱地提供依据。【方法】采用微量法测定土壤酶活性,采用高通量测序法测定土壤细菌及真菌的群落结构及功能多样性。【结果】种植巨菌草后,土壤容重下降8.96%,含盐量下降71.90%,有机质含量上升35.25%,碱解氮含量下降56.20%,有效磷、速效钾含量分别上升81.97%和2.51%,改良后土壤碱性磷酸酶、蔗糖酶活性分别上升16.87%和6.14%,种植巨菌草后土壤真菌Simpson指数、Shannon指数与对照组之间存在显著差异。在群落结构方面,种植巨菌草增加了绿弯菌门、粘菌门、疣微菌门、担子菌门、霉菌门、芽枝霉门、毛霉门、油壶菌门和罗兹菌门的相对丰度。微生物群落OTU数上,种植巨菌草后细菌OTU数比CK增加了0.74%,真菌OTU数比CK减少了42.24%。土壤微生物群落物种差异分析表明,试验组和CK之间细菌和真菌门的类别差异较大。冗余分析表明,有机质含量、土壤碱性酶活性、有效磷含量和水溶性盐质量分数是引起种植巨菌草后根际土壤环境改变的主要因子。【结论】种植巨菌草可以提高中度盐碱地土壤酶活性和微生物多样性,改善土壤微生物群落环境。

Catalytic role of assembled Ce Lewis acid sites over ceria for electrocatalytic conversion of dinitrogen to ammonia

CeO_(2)-based catalysts are emerging as novel candidates for catalyzing nitrogen reduction reaction(NRR).However, despite the increasing amount of experimental and theoretical research, the design of more efficient ceria catalysts for NRR remains a challenge due to the poor knowledge of the catalytic mechanism, particularly the nature of the active sites and how they catalyze NRR. Here, using first-principle calculations, we investigated the NRR catalysis process involving adjacent Ce Lewis acid clusters formed on(111),(110), and(100) facets of CeO_(2) as active sites. Our results revealed that the assembled structures of the Ce Lewis acid as active centers after the oxygen vacancies(Ovs) were opened. The exposed Ce sites on CeO_(2)(111), CeO_(2)(110), and CeO_(2)(100) can cause N_(2) to be adsorbed in a ‘‘lying-down" manner, which facilitates the N2 activation and thus leads to much higher NRR activity. Furthermore, from the perspective of electronic structure, we establish two useful descriptors for assessing the NRR activity on ceria with Ovs:The N–N bond strength of the adsorbed N_(2) and the adsorption energy of the *N_(2)H intermediate. This work thus provides direct guidance for the design of more-effective oxide catalysts without the use of scarce metals.

Investigation on the influence of vortex generator on particle resuspension

The vortex generator(VG)and its well-known effect in flow optimization are widely studied and employed across different engineering ***,while the same working principles of VG may be well suited for the applications on surface-cleaning technologies,such promising potential is hardly,if any,explored in the published ***,in the present study,the influence on flow-induced particle resuspension brought by a rectangular vG in a channel flow is investigated with the help of highfidelity computational fluid dynamics *** increases of particle removal forces and resuspension rates are discovered in long,strip-like regions with reduced boundary-layer thickness resulted from the vG-induced vortices,and the enhancement effect is especially significant for configurations with the VG installed at a greater angle of *** is also shown that while the resuspension enhancements on the lower and the upper surfaces of the channel exhibit distinct statistical characteristics,having a VG in the channel improves the overall particle-removing capability of the channel flow by introducing higher surface-averaged removal forces and particle resuspension *** but not least,the increase of resuspension rate is especially significant for the smaller,micron-scale particles which are otherwise hardly disturbed by a VG-less channel flow,and such resuspension-enhancement effectgenerally subsides with increasing particle size.

Research on the Novel Double-Layer Multi-cavity Filter

A novel structure cavity filter, crosscoupled multi-cavity filter with double-layer structure is proposed. The transmission zero of cross coupling is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively, while some of the design experience of simulation modeling are summed up and the magnetic coupling and electric coupling of synchronously tuned coupling resonators with double-layer structure are studied. Simulation and experimental results show that the cross-coupled multi-cavity filter with doublelayer structure not only can meet the high selectivity requirements, but also save space, which is conducive to miniaturization design. The feasibility, practicability and superior performance of the double-layer multi-cavity filter are fully verified by the experimental samples and the measurement results of the six-pole double-layer base station filter processed by the design model.
