Citrinsorbicillin A(1),a novel homotrimeric sorbicillinoid,along with two new monomers citrinsor-bicillins B(2.and C(3),were isolated from the Coptis chinensis endophyte Trichoderma citrinoviride HT-9 by liquid chromatograph mass spectrometer(LC-MS)-guided strategy.1 was the first trimeric-example from terrestrial fungi,which possessed a unique carbon skeleton with two bicyclo[2.2.2.octanedione ring connected through an enolated carbon forming by[4+2.*** structures were elucidated by spectroscopic analysis and X-ray diffraction.1 exhibited moderate cytotoxicity against human colon cancer HT2. cells,and it induced significant cell cycle arrest by reducing the protein expression of cyclin D1.

Objective: To evaluate the effect of manual acupuncture on endometrial blood flow parameters by three-dimensional(3D) power Doppler ultrasound in women undergoing in vitro fertilization embryo transfer(IVF-ET). Methods: Seventy patients undergoing IVF-ET were equally randomized into traditional or sham acupuncture treatment group for totally 4 days(from the day of oocyte aspiration to the day of embryo transfer) of treatment by random envelope method at the Reproductive Medicine Center and Outpatient Department of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine, Tongji Hospital, Tongji Medicine College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology from January 2.13 to December 2.15. Patients in the traditional acupuncture group accepted traditional acupuncture methods with manual acupuncture, and Zhongji(CV3), Qihai(CV 6), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Taichong(LR 3), Tianshu(ST 2.), Guilai(ST 2.) and Zusanli(ST 36) were chosen. Patients at the sham acupuncture group accepted shallow acupuncture methods at 4 non-meridian points at each shoulder and upper arm. Outcome measures included endometrial ultrasonic indices such as vascularization index(VI), flow index(FI) and vascularization flow index(VFI), endometrial thickness and volume, subendometrial VI(sVI), subendometrial FI(sFI), subendometrial VFI(sVFI), implantation rate, clinical pregnancy rate, abortion rate, live birth rate and number of live births. Results: Finally, 34 patients in the traditional acupuncture group and 35 in the sham acupuncture group completed this trial. VI, FI and VFI of the traditional acupuncture group were significantly higher than those in the sham acupuncture group(P0.05). BACKGROUND Gender consciousness directly affects the development of gender identity,which is a continuous and lifelong ***,hospitalization is a part of many children's lives and has an impact on their gender *** To investigate the current situation of gender identity in lower primary school children by conducting a survey of 2.2.hospitalized children in the lower grades and to provide a theoretical basis and foundation for the cultivation of gender identity and medical treatment of children based on the *** study aims to inspire clinical medical staff to scientifically and reasonably arrange hospital wards for lower primary school children and pay attention to gender protection during the medical treatment process and to help children shape a unified and clear gender identity,which will enable them to better integrate into society and promote their personality *** The gender consciousness scale for elementary and middle school students was RESULTS Gender identity was already present in lower primary school *** children's gender roles and gender equality consciousness were strong,exceeding the critical value,but their gender characteristics,gender identity,and gender ideal consciousness were *** aged 6 had the weakest gender identity,and girls had significantly stronger gender identity than *** Gender identity is already present in lower primary school children,providing a basis and inspiration for the cultivation of gender identity and medical treatment of lower primary school *** medical staff should be aware of and understand these results and should scientifically and reasonably arrange hospital wards for lower primary school children.

The scarcity,high cost and susceptibility to CO of Platinum severely restrict its application in alkaline hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR).Hybridizing Pt with other transition metals provides an effective strategy to modulate its catalytic HOR performance,but at the cost of mass activity due to the coverage of modifiers on Pt ***,we constructed dual junctions'Pt/nitrogen-doped carbon(Pt/NC)andδ-MoC/NC to modify electronic structure of Pt via interfacial electron transfer to acquire Pt-MoC@NC catalyst with electron-deficient Pt nanoparticles,simultaneously endowing it with high mass activity and durability of alkaline ***,the unique structure of Pt-MoC@NC endows Pt with a high COtolerance at 1,000 ppm CO/H_(2.,a quality that commercial Pt-C catalyst *** theoretical calculations not only confirm the diffusion of electrons from Pt/NC to Mo C/NC could occur,but also demonstrate the negative shift of Pt d-band center for the optimized binding energies of*H,*OH and CO.

Aerosol-transmitted viruses possess strong infectivity and can spread over long distances,earning the difficult-to-control *** cause various human diseases and pose serious threats to human *** can increase the transmissibility and virulence of the strains,reducing the protection provided by vaccines and weakening the efficacy of antiviral *** this study,we established a manually curated database(termed AVM)to store information on aerosol-transmitted viral mutations(VMs).The current version of the AVM contains 42.041 VMs(including 2.13 immune escape mutations),45 clinical information datasets,and 407 drugs/antibodies/***,we recorded 88 human diseases associated with viruses and found that the same virus can target multiple organs in the body,leading to diverse ***,the AVM database offers a straightforward user interface for browsing,retrieving,and downloading *** database is a comprehensive resource that can provide timely and valuable information on the transmission,treatment,and diseases caused by aerosol-transmitted viruses(http://***/AVM).

Dual-ion batteries(DIBs), a novel energy storage technology wherein both anions and cations actively participate in the electrochemical redox process, hold great promise for further cost reduction in chemical energy storage. Organic materials have garnered significant attention as cathode materials for DIBs due to high working voltage, exceptional rate capability, environmental friendliness, and unique designable structure. This review provides a detailed discussion of the energy storage mechanism and typical characteristics of organic cathode materials from various reaction active sites. This work also highlights the current limitations and proposes ideas for improvement. Finally, potential future directions for the advancement of DIBs are summarized.
