The draft i.tegrated Polluti.n Preventi.n and Control(i.PC)regulati.n mandates compli.nce wi.h best avai.able techni.ues(BATs)for texti.e manufacturers.A study i. Turki.h texti.e faci.i.i.s,coveri.g 56 uni.s across four sub-sectors,assessed the status of 488 BATs through on-si.e vi.i.s and *** ai. was to gauge the sector’s adherence to *** fi.di.gs revealed that 37% of surveyed BATs were fully i.plemented,ri.i.g to 88% when consi.eri.g potenti.l future *** suggests a strong i.dustry i.cli.ati.n toward adopti.g BATs for cleaner producti.n and *** study hi.hli.hted si.ni.i.ant BAT-related i.vestments i. the texti.e sector,dri.en by envi.onmental concerns,regulati.ns,customer demands,resource effi.i.ncy,competi.i.n,and cost-benefi. ***,the study results also i.di.ated that there i. sti.l much work to do for the i.plementati.n of some *** was found that 60 BATs had lower i.plementati.n rati.s(i.:0%-43%).Lower i. values for these BATs are mai.ly due to factors li.e speci.i.i.y,hi.h costs,long payback peri.ds,operati.nal di.fi.ulti.s,li.i.ed experti.e,space constrai.ts,customer requi.ements,quali.y concerns,operati.nal i.sues,and sector-speci.i. *** study recommends si.i.ar assessments i. other European i.dustri.l sectors to evaluate compli.nce wi.h mandatory BATs outli.ed i. the i.dustri.l Emi.si.ns *** i.si.hts from thi. study on the Turki.h texti.e sector can serve as a valuable gui.e for future evaluati.ns.

NE Turkey show temporal vari.ti.ns i. whole-rock li.hophi.e element and hi.hly si.erophi.e element(HSE)systemati.s that are mai.ly associ.ted wi.h the nature of sub-conti.ental li.hospheri. mantle(SCLM)sources and parental melt *** far,the tradi.i.nal whole-rock li.hophi.e geochemi.al data of these basi. volcani. rocks have provi.ed i.portant constrai.ts on the nature of SCLM *** li.hophi.e element and HSE geochemi.al data of these basi. volcani. rocks also reveal the heterogenei.y of the SCLM source,whi.h i. pri.ci.ally related to vari.ble metasomati.m resulti.g from previ.us subducti.n(s)and post-colli.i.nal mantle-crust i.teracti.ns i. an extensi.nal *** element geochemi.al features suggest that the parental magmas have deri.ed from metasomati.ed spi.el-to garnet-beari.g SCLM sources for Eocene and Mi.cene basi. volcani. rocks wi.h subducti.n si.natures whereas ori.i.ated from spi.el-to garnet-beari.g SCLM sources for Mi.-Pli.cene and Pli.-Quaternary basalti. volcani. rocks wi.hout the subducti.n *** element and HSE geo-chemi.try also reveal that Eocene and Mi.cene basi. vol-cani. rocks were affected by more pronounced crustal contami.ati.n than the basalti. volcani. rocks of Mi.-Pli.cene and ***,the i.tegrated li.hophi.e element and HSE composi.i.ns of these basi. volcani. rocks,together wi.h the regi.nal asymmetri. li.hospheri. delami.ati.n model,reveal that the composi.i.nal vari.ti.n(especi.lly due to metasomati.m)was si.ni.i.ant temporally i. the heterogenei.y of the SCLM sources from whi.h parental magmas formed duri.g the Cenozoi. era.

The use of all samples i. the opti.i.ati.n process does not produce robust results i. datasets wi.h label *** the gradi.nts calculated accordi.g to the losses of the noi.y samples cause the opti.i.ati.n process to go i. the wrong *** thi. paper,we recommend usi.g samples wi.h loss less than a threshold determi.ed duri.g the opti.i.ati.n,i.stead of usi.g all samples i. the *** proposed method,Adapti.e-k,ai.s to exclude label noi.e samples from the opti.i.ati.n process and make the process *** noi.y datasets,we found that usi.g a threshold-based approach,such as Adapti.e-k,produces better results than usi.g all samples or a fi.ed number of low-loss samples i. the *** the basi. of our theoreti.al analysi. and experi.ental results,we show that the Adapti.e-k method i. closest to the performance of the Oracle,i. whi.h noi.y samples are enti.ely removed from the ***-k i. a si.ple but effecti.e *** does not requi.e pri.r knowledge of the noi.e rati. of the dataset,does not requi.e addi.i.nal model trai.i.g,and does not i.crease trai.i.g ti.e *** the experi.ents,we also show that Adapti.e-k i. compati.le wi.h di.ferent opti.i.ers such as SGD,SGDM,and *** code for Adapti.e-k i. avai.able at Gi.Hub.

Countri.s face the ri.k of natural resource curse because of maki.g thei. economi. growth excessi.ely dependent on natural *** excessi.e resource dependence causes such a ri.k,i. i. i.evi.able that resource-ri.h countri.s wi.l need resource rent up to a certai. level of economi. *** the other hand,transferri.g the wealth achi.ved after thi. maturi.y level to producti.e i.vestment areas also reduces the resource dependency levels of *** thi. context,countri.s that capture the possi.le i.verted U-shaped relati.nshi. between economi. growth and resource dependence can escape the *** on thi.,the ai. of thi. research i. to determi.e the vali.i.y of the Kuznets type relati.nshi. between resource dependence and economi. growth for the fi.st ti.e i. the *** nati.ns that rely heavi.y on natural resources are used as a sample for *** countri.s wi.h a share of total resource rent i. nati.nal revenue greater than 25%are taken i.to consi.erati.n throughout the selecti.n process for these *** novel panel data methodologi.s,the effects of capi.al accumulati.n,publi. spendi.g,forei.n di.ect i.vestment,and economi. growth on the dependence on natural resources i. exami.ed from 1993 to *** results reveal that capi.al accumulati.n reduces resource dependency whi.e forei.n i.vestments and government si.e i.creases *** addi.i.n,the Resource-Based Kuznets curve concept i. supported by empi.i.al data demonstrati.g an i.verted-U-shaped relati.nshi. between economi. growth and resource dependence for these *** thresholds deri.ed from the parameters show that Saudi.Arabi. and Kazakhstan are well beyond thi. *** Democrati. Objecti.e:To evaluate the effect of bi.ateral hypogastri. artery li.ati.n(BHGAL)on women's pregnancy outcomes and ferti.i.y rates i. cases wi.h severe postpartum ***:Pati.nts hospi.ali.ed i. a terti.ry care center between 2007 and 2018 were i.cluded i. the *** records of cases were obtai.ed from the hospi.al database,*** demographi. data,morbi.i.i.s or compli.ati.ns associ.ted wi.h BHGAL surgery,any addi.i.nal haemostati. i.terventi.nal or surgi.al procedures,preoperati.e admi.si.n and lowest postoperati.e haematocri.-hemoglobi. values,blood products gi.en,type of anaesthesi.,i.tensi.e care uni.(i.U)and length of hospi.al stay were *** cases wi.hout surgi.al steri.i.ati.n,future ferti.i.y and subsequent pregnancy outcomes were assessed for at least two years after *** was obtai.ed through face-to-face or telephone i.tervi.ws wi.h pati.nts whose long-term ferti.i.y and subsequent pregnancy outcomes were ***:Si.ty-ei.ht pati.nts wi.h BHGAL surgery hi.tory were i.cluded i. the study.26 Of 37 cases(70%)that di. not undergo surgi.al steri.i.ati.n had a desi.e for pregnancy after the *** of these cases(23%)were di.gnosed wi.h secondary *** ferti.i.y rate of these cases was 77%,and subsequent pregnancy was detected i. 20 women.A total of 25 pregnanci.s,i.cludi.g fi.st and second pregnanci.s,developed,and 15 of these pregnanci.s resulted i. term deli.ery,si. preterm bi.ths,one sti.lbi.th,and three ***:The postoperati.e pregnancy rate was found to be hi.her than the rate of women wi.h i.ferti.i.y problems,and thi. surgery does not seem to adversely affect pregnancy *** i. a terti.ry center experi.nce and cohort studi.s wi.h large pati.nt seri.s are needed.
