The neurovascular bundle of the prostate and cavernosal nerves have been used to describe the same structure ever since the publication of the first studies on the neuroanatomy of the lower urogenital tract of men, studies that were prompted by postoperative complications arising from radical prostatectomy. In urological surgery every effort is made to preserve or restore the neurovascular bundle of the prostate to avoid erectile dysfunction （ED）. However, the postoperative potency rates are yet to be satisfactory despite all advancements in radical prostatectomy technique. As the technology associated with urological surgery develops and topographical studies on neuroanatomy are cultivated, new observations seriously challenge the classical teachings on the topography of the neurovascular bundle of the prostate and the cavernosal nerves. The present review revisits the classical and most recent data on the topographical anatomy of the neurovascular bundle of the prostate prostatectomy techniques.

AIM：To present a novel scleral flap suturing technique for filtering glaucoma surgery in order to control high postoperative intraocular pressure（IOP）.METHODS：Description of ‘the accordion suture＇ technique for mitomycin C augmented *** cases of postoperative high IOP,pulling the loop of the suture helps to lift up the scleral flap by an even pressure on both *** means of this technique,the scleral flap opens up in an ‘‘accordion＇＇ manner,thus preventing flap obstruction and providing adequate aqueous ***：Our study group consisted of 8 eyes of 8 patients with neovascular *** age of the subjects was 67.42±8.21 y and female/male ratio was 4/*** preoperative IOP was 37±7.48 mm *** C augmented trabeculectomy was carried out on the subjects without any *** scleral flap closure is performed with three separate sutures;initially,our accordion suture through the center of the flap,and two releasable sutures on both *** the patients received removal of two side releasable sutures concomitant with pulling the accordion suture,without any *** average traction time was 3.5±0 wk *** mean postoperative IOP was 11.37±2.72 mm *** suture related complications were ***：This technique can be the suture of choice for filtering glaucoma surgery in experienced hands by its easy learning curve for precisely indicated patients.

Aim: Erectile dysfunction may be observed in up to 80% of patients with Peyronie's disease. An objective evaluation of the erectile function is attempted to work out in patients with Peyronie's disease. Methods: Penile deformity, sexual function and penile vascular status were analyzed in 123 patients with Peyronie's disease, who had not received any pertinent treatment. Results: Penile deformity, palpable plaque and pain on erection were seen in 112 (91%), 97(78.8%) and 27 (21.9%) of the 123 patients, respectively. Of the 76 patients evaluated by color Doppler ultrasounography, veno-occlusive dysfunction as the vascular component for erectile dysfunction was found in 17 (22.3%), arterial insufficiency in 10(13.1%) and a mixed picture in 23 (30.2%). Conclusion: The documentation of penile erectile function and the determination of the vascular status using color Doppler ultrasonography can guide the appropriate therapeutic choice.

目的:评估丝裂霉素C(MMC)联合粘小管成形术治疗开角型青光眼的效果。方法:回顾性研究。收集2007-12/2014-03接受粘小管成形术患者104例122眼。记录术前术后眼内压(IOP),青光眼用药数量,视力,并发症,辅助治疗(激光前房角穿刺或青光眼用药)和成功率。IOP≤21 mmHg无额外用药为完全成功,IOP≤21 mmHg有或无青光眼用药为部分成功。结果:术前平均IOP为27.5±9.2 mmHg,术后平均IOP为14.5±6.6 mmHg(P<0.001)。术前平均视力为0.42±0.4,术后为0.32±0.4(P=0.726)。部分成功106眼(86.9%),完全成功62眼(50.8%)。激光前房角穿刺术43眼(35.2%),青光眼药物使用率为49.1%。术后平均随访27.29±16.78(1~79)mo。结论:粘小管成形术并发症发生率低且术后视力稳定,是一种安全的选择,术后补充进行激光前房角穿刺术可以提高手术成功率。丝裂霉素C对于粘小管成形术的作用还需进行深入的比较研究。

The draft Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control(IPPC)regulation mandates compliance with best available techniques(BATs)for textile manufacturers.A study in Turkish textile facilities,covering 56 units across four sub-sectors,assessed the status of 488 BATs through on-site visits and *** aim was to gauge the sector’s adherence to *** findings revealed that 37% of surveyed BATs were fully implemented,rising to 88% when considering potential future *** suggests a strong industry inclination toward adopting BATs for cleaner production and *** study highlighted significant BAT-related investments in the textile sector,driven by environmental concerns,regulations,customer demands,resource efficiency,competition,and cost-benefit ***,the study results also indicated that there is still much work to do for the implementation of some *** was found that 60 BATs had lower implementation ratios(IR:0%-43%).Lower IR values for these BATs are mainly due to factors like specificity,high costs,long payback periods,operational difficulties,limited expertise,space constraints,customer requirements,quality concerns,operational issues,and sector-specific *** study recommends similar assessments in other European industrial sectors to evaluate compliance with mandatory BATs outlined in the Industrial Emissions *** insights from this study on the Turkish textile sector can serve as a valuable guide for future evaluations.

The post-collisional Cenozoic basic volcanic rocks in NE Turkey show temporal variations in whole-rock lithophile element and highly siderophile element(HSE)systematics that are mainly associated with the nature of sub-continental lithospheric mantle(SCLM)sources and parental melt *** far,the traditional whole-rock lithophile geochemical data of these basic volcanic rocks have provided important constraints on the nature of SCLM *** lithophile element and HSE geochemical data of these basic volcanic rocks also reveal the heterogeneity of the SCLM source,which is principally related to variable metasomatism resulting from previous subduction(s)and post-collisional mantle-crust interactions in an extensional *** element geochemical features suggest that the parental magmas have derived from metasomatized spinel-to garnet-bearing SCLM sources for Eocene and Miocene basic volcanic rocks with subduction signatures whereas originated from spinel-to garnet-bearing SCLM sources for Mio-Pliocene and Plio-Quaternary basaltic volcanic rocks without the subduction *** element and HSE geo-chemistry also reveal that Eocene and Miocene basic vol-canic rocks were affected by more pronounced crustal contamination than the basaltic volcanic rocks of Mio-Pliocene and ***,the integrated lithophile element and HSE compositions of these basic volcanic rocks,together with the regional asymmetric lithospheric delamination model,reveal that the compositional variation(especially due to metasomatism)was significant temporally in the heterogeneity of the SCLM sources from which parental magmas formed during the Cenozoic era.

The use of all samples in the optimization process does not produce robust results in datasets with label *** the gradients calculated according to the losses of the noisy samples cause the optimization process to go in the wrong *** this paper,we recommend using samples with loss less than a threshold determined during the optimization,instead of using all samples in the *** proposed method,Adaptive-k,aims to exclude label noise samples from the optimization process and make the process *** noisy datasets,we found that using a threshold-based approach,such as Adaptive-k,produces better results than using all samples or a fixed number of low-loss samples in the *** the basis of our theoretical analysis and experimental results,we show that the Adaptive-k method is closest to the performance of the Oracle,in which noisy samples are entirely removed from the ***-k is a simple but effective *** does not require prior knowledge of the noise ratio of the dataset,does not require additional model training,and does not increase training time *** the experiments,we also show that Adaptive-k is compatible with different optimizers such as SGD,SGDM,and *** code for Adaptive-k is available at GitHub.

In this paper,new four fifth-order fractional nonlinear equations are derived and *** frac-tional terms are defined in the conformable sense and these equations are then solved using two effective methods,namely,the sub-equation and the generalized Kudryashov *** methods were tested on the proposed models and succeeded in finding new solutions with different values of parameters.A graphical representation of some results is provided and proves the efficiency and applicability of the proposed methods for providing solutions with known physical *** methods are good candi-dates for solving other similar problems in the future.
