Experimental and analytical assessment of the hypervelocity impact damage of GLAss fiber REinforced aluminum

This article addresses the response of GLAss fiber REinforced aluminum to hypervelocity impacts of micrometeoroid analogs at impact velocities of 7 km/s and *** relation,the damage modes of different GLAss fiber REinforced aluminum configurations have been *** GLAss fiber REinforced aluminum configurations comprised six to twelve variably thick aluminum layers and up to four plies of glass fiber reinforced epoxy per composite *** impact experiments have been conducted with the help of a two-stage light-gas gun,wherein aluminum-and stainless steel projectiles were launched at velocities up to 7.15 km/*** inspection of the damage area suggested the dissipation of impact energy in elastic-plastic deformation,petalling,delamination,debonding,tensile failure of fibers,and pyrolysis of epoxy.A prevailing damage mode was not apparent *** quasi-isotropic ply orientation of S2-glass/FM94-epoxy laminates promoted the interference of shockand rarefaction waves and suppressed the damage area of GLAss fiber REinforced *** discriminate between the impact performance of different GLAss fiber REinforced aluminum configurations,the energy dissipated in different damage modes of GLAss fiber REinforced aluminum has been assessed *** terms of normalized energy,the cross-ply GLAss fiber REinforced aluminum dissipated higher energy in petal formation than in other primary damage *** normalized petalling energy was found to decline with the increase of impact *** outcomes of this study will help to optimize the GLAss fiber REinforced aluminum laminate,which will be employed as a bumper shield to prevent the fatal damage and the unzipping of a spacecraft pressure bulkhead.

The changes in characteristics of Bose condensation of ideal Bose gas due to an external generic power law potential U =∑~d_（i=1）ci｜xi/ai｜~（ni） are studied carefully. Detailed calculation of Kim et al.（J. Phys. Condens. Matter 11（1999） 10269） yielded the hierarchy of condensation transitions with changing fractional dimensionality. In this manuscript, some theorems regarding specific heat at constant volume CV are presented. Careful examination of these theorems reveal the existence of hidden hierarchy of the condensation transition in trapped systems as well.

Analytical model of compact star in low-mass X-ray binary with de Sitter spacetime

In this article, we suggest a Sitter model in favor of compact stars in low-mass X-ray ***, we have considered the presence of a cosmological constant(on a small scale) to investigate the stellar structure. We conclude that this approach is very suitable for the familiar physical model of compact stars in low-mass X-ray binaries. We calculate the probable radius, compactness(u) and surface redshift(Z_s) of six compact stars in low-mass X-ray binaries, namely Cyg X-2, V395 Carinae/2 S 0921–630, XTE J2123–058,X1822–371(V691 CrA), 4 U 1820–30 and GR Mus(XB 1254–690). We also offer a possible equation of state(EOS) for the stellar objects.

Stochastic Linear Programming for Optimal Planning of Battery Storage Systems Under Unbalanced-uncertain Conditions

Battery energy storage system(BESS)has already been studied to deal with uncertain parameters of the electrical systems such as loads and renewable ***,the BESS have not been properly studied under unbalanced operation of power *** paper aims to study the modelling and operation of BESS under unbalanced-uncertain conditions in the power *** proposed model manages the BESS to optimize energy cost,deal with load uncertainties,and settle the unbalanced loading at the same *** three-phase unbalanced-uncertain loads are modelled and the BESSs are utilized to produce separate charging/discharging pattern on each phase to remove the unbalanced *** IEEE 69-bus grid is considered as case *** load uncertainty is developed by Gaussian probability function and the stochastic programming is adopted to tackle the *** model is formulated as mixed-integer linear programming and solved by GAMS/*** results demonstrate that the model is able to deal with the unbalanced-uncertain conditions at the same *** model also minimizes the operation cost and satisfies all security constraints of power grid.

A Generalized State Space Average Model for Parallel DC-to-DC Converters

The high potentiality of integrating renewable energies,such as photovoltaic,into a modern electrical microgrid system,using DC-to-DC converters,raises some issues associated with controller loop design and system *** generalized state space average model(GSSAM)concept was consequently introduced to design a DC-to-DC converter controller in order to evaluate DC-to-DC converter performance and to conduct stability *** paper presents a GSSAM for parallel DC-to-DC converters,namely:buck,boost,and buck-boost *** rationale of this study is that modern electrical systems,such as DC networks,hybrid microgrids,and electric ships,are formed by parallel DC-to-DC converters with separate DC input ***,this paper proposes a GSSAM for any number of parallel DC-to-DC *** proposed GSSAM is validated and investigated in a time-domain simulation environment,namely a MATLAB/*** study compares the steady-state,transient,and oscillatory performance of the state-space average model with a fully detailed switching model.

本文基于对孔子《论语》的阅读,探讨了孔子的政治哲学思想的整体性结构,以及在此基础上政府应具备的职责。全文分为五章,第一章为引言,主要论述了本文的写作背景、国内外研究概况、研究目的及方法等相关问题。第二章的主要内容是孔子政治哲学的历史背景。如果我们分析孔子的《论语》,我们会发现中国的历史以及宇宙观对中国哲学的影响广泛存在,宇宙学理论与创造历史的国家事务相融合的地方随处可见,而这段历史构成了儒家哲学的一个要素,如天人观或圣王观。“天”是中国古代的天语之一,是中国哲学、宗教和神话中的一个重要概念。这就是为什么当一个国王拥有“天子”的头衔,成为哲学、宗教、道德和政治的一部分时,天与人类政治制度之间就形成了一种关系。儒家政治哲学的另一个重要历史因素是圣王的概念。根据儒家思想,圣人特别是指尧舜、禹、文、武等以德治国、以天道治国的贤德君王。这在中国古代史上是一个先例,也是中国哲学的重要组成部分。从哲学的角度看,尧对官吏制度的最大贡献是引入了一种新的观念,即由功德、智慧、价值观、责任感而不是父权制来授予王位。尧之后,舜也能维持天道统治。他是一个孝子的典范,他从不滥用对父母的孝道。按照尧的指示,舜还按照圣人对圣人而不是父传子政策的理论,将王位交给了圣王禹。长期以来,禹被中国古人视为理想的统治者和哲人之王。作为儒家政治思想重要组成部分之一的“天命”理论的背景也就成为一个重要的研究课题。“天命”是周初为推翻商朝、确立周王统治合法性而制定的。“天命”字面上指的是由上级统治者而不是下级统治者统治的权利,从隐喻和宗教的角度来看,它是指君王作为天在世上的代理,代表统治人类的权利。从历史上看,这一思想最早是在公元前1046年,最后一个暴君商纣王和周武王在牧野之战时确立的。周朝最终像以前的夏商王朝一样衰弱了,结果在中国各地开始了所谓的“战国时期”在中国政局如此混乱的时代,伟大的哲学家孔子于公元前551年生于鲁国。孔子时代,从官吏到统治者,整个鲁国乃至整个中国形成了一种混乱和无政府状态。在这种情况下,中国人民感到需要更大的和平与稳定。在当时,孔子试图传播他的道德哲学思想。这就是为什么他从一个国到另一个国并试图与诸侯交谈。在梳理相应的历史影响因素后,第三章展开论述孔子的政治思想,主要讨论了“以德治国”、“周礼”、“忠”和“正名”等《论语》中的重要概念。孔子的政治哲学主要集中在“以德治国”的学说上,这种学说提倡任人唯贤。精英制度是一种政治制度,在这种制度中,政治权力是根据人民的努力、才能和成就而不是根据社会阶级或财富来授予人民的。这种制度的进步是以一个人的表现为基础的;它是通过人才或成就的证明来衡量的。在《论语》中,“德的力量”是一种神奇的吸引力,它使统治者为人民所接受,并允许道德统治者通过无为或“不费吹灰之力”来统治国家。“无为”的字面意思是“不做”,即“无所作为”,它既是孔子独特的精神意识形态,又是孔子的政治意识形态。孔子的另一个重要学说是“周礼”,它被提倡为一种政府法。根据儒家的语境,“礼”意味着仪式;礼是周王时代中国社会确立的传统宗教道德实践过程。周礼的内容相当广泛,它不仅包括祭祀,而且是我们日常社会生活中使用的一种社会“礼节”,如穿衣礼节、进餐礼节、迎宾礼节等。文武王时期,社会上的立礼实践对社会秩序的建立起到了重要作用。当一个贤明的统治者既要遵循礼节,又要毫不费力地统治自己的国家时,人们自然会追随他,对统治者表现出忠诚。“忠”可以用两种方式来解释——当它与一个人直接相关时,我们可以称之为“忠”;当它与政治相关时,我们可以称之为“忠”。尽责是一个人履行职责的品质,它通常与政治职责(特别是当一个人从属于上级或对另一个人的责任感)和行为义务联系在一起。然而,这种理解只抓住了忠的一个方面。当然,人们应该尊重他们的上级,统治者或部长应该妥善管理人民,以获得他们的尊重。儒家哲学还认为,正名是建立主客体关系的一种观念。名字和现实之间总是应该有一个一致性。社会关系中的每个名字都意味着一定的责任和义务。统治者、大臣、父亲、儿子都是这种社会关系的名字,拥有这个名字的个人必须履行相应的责任和义务。这是孔子正名的表现。孔子构建社会结构的主要目的是通过“正名”来构建正确的社会结构。建立正确的社会结构有一些一般性的指导方针。每个人都从自己的立场出发,遵循正确的指导方针,当一个孩子对父母履行了正确的责任,当一个兄弟对兄弟履行了正确的责任,一个理想的社会结构就会建立起来。为了形成适当的社会结构,父子之间、夫妻之间、兄弟姐妹之间、上下级之间的道德责任关系被称为孝道,孔子对此十分重视。在儒家思想中,没有什么比五常的关系更重要的了。第一是父母和孩子,第二是夫妻,第三是哥哥和弟弟,第四是朋友和朋友,第五是统治者和臣民。现在,每个人在社会中都有自己的份量,总是处于这种人际关系的交叉之中。在厘清《论

Prediction of Covid-19 Based on Chest X-Ray Images Using Deep Learning with CNN

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused trouble in people’s daily lives andruined several economies around the world, killing millions of people thus far. Itis essential to screen the affected patients in a timely and cost-effective manner inorder to fight this disease. This paper presents the prediction of COVID-19 withChest X-Ray images, and the implementation of an image processing systemoperated using deep learning and neural networks. In this paper, a Deep Learning,Machine Learning, and Convolutional Neural Network-based approach for predicting Covid-19 positive and normal patients using Chest X-Ray pictures is proposed. In this study, machine learning tools such as TensorFlow were used forbuilding and training neural nets. Scikit-learn was used for machine learning fromend to end. Various deep learning features are used, such as Conv2D, Dense Net,Dropout, Maxpooling2D for creating the model. The proposed approach had aclassification accuracy of 96.43 percent and a validation accuracy of 98.33 percentafter training and testing the X-Ray pictures. Finally, a web application has beendeveloped for general users, which will detect chest x-ray images either as covidor normal. A GUI application for the Covid prediction framework was run. Achest X-ray image can be browsed and fed into the program by medical personnelor the general public.

Comparative Design and Study of A 60 GHz Antenna for Body-Centric Wireless Communications

In this paper performance of three different designs of a 60 GHz highgain antenna for body-centric communication has been evaluated. The basic structure of the antenna is a slotted patch consisting of a rectangular ring radiator withpassive radiators inside. The variation of the design was done by changing theshape of these passive radiators. For free space performance, two types of excitations were used—waveguide port and a coaxial probe. The coaxial probe signifi-cantly improved both the bandwidth and radiation efficiency. The centerfrequency of all the designs was close to 60 GHz with a bandwidth of more than5 GHz. These designs achieved a maximum gain of 8.47 dB, 10 dB, and 9.73 dBwhile the radiation efficiency was around 94%. For body-centric applications,these antennas were simulated at two different distances from a human torsophantom using a coaxial probe. The torso phantom was modeled by taking threelayers of the human body—skin, fat, and muscle. Millimeter waves have lowpenetration depth in the human body as a result antenna performance is lessaffected. A negligible shift of return loss curves was observed. Radiation efficiencies dropped at the closest distance to the phantom and at the furthest distance, theefficiencies increased to free space values. On the three layers human body phantom, all three different antenna designs show directive radiation patterns towards offthe body. All three designs exhibited similar results in terms of center frequency andefficiency but varied slightly by either having better bandwidth or maximum gain.

The Bar-Bulge Relation in Non-dwarf SB0 Galaxies in the Central Region of Coma Cluster

In this paper we explore the formation of bars and present the bulge and bar properties and their correlations for a sample of lenticular barred(SB0)and lenticular unbarred(S0)galaxies in the central region of the Coma Cluster using HST/ACS *** our sample,we identified bar features using the luminosity profile decomposition software *** classified the bulges based on Sérsic index and Kormendy *** found that the average mass of the bulge in SB0 galaxies is 1.48×10^(10)M☉whereas the average mass of the bulge in S0 galaxies is 4.3×10^(10)M☉.We observe that SB0 galaxies show lower bulge concentration,low mass and also smaller B/T values compared to S0 *** the Kormendy relation,we found that among the lenticular barred galaxies,82%have classical bulges and 18%have pseudo *** classical bulges have low masses compared to the classical bulges of unbarred galaxies.S0,galaxies with massive classical bulges do not host *** also found that for all SB0s the bulge effective radius is less than the bar effective ***0 galaxies with classical bulges suggest that the bar may have formed by mergers.
