Nowadays,the use of renewable energies,especially wind,solar,and biomass,is essential as an effective solution to address global environmental and economic ***,the current study examines the energy-economic-environmental analysis of off-grid electricity generation systems using solar panels,wind turbines,and biomass generators in various weather conditions in *** over 25 years were conducted using HOMER v2.81 software,aiming to determine the potential of each region and find the lowest cost of electricity production per *** the end,to identify the most suitable location,the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)method was employed to rank different stations based on simulation output parameters and some other influential *** the evaluation of various parameters,the stations in Yazd,Marand,and Dezful achieved the best results,while the stations in Ramsar,Shahrekord,and Gonbad presented the least favorable *** Yazd,the wind turbine is an economic priority,and a 100 kW wind turbine is utilized in the optimal *** Yazd,where the simultaneous use of renewable energies is most prominent,the lowest pollutant production occurred with a quantity of 1174 kg/*** energy losses are highest in Jask station and lowest in Yazd.

Cloud computing users are faced with a wide variety of services to choose from. Consequently, a number of cloud service brokers (CSBs) have emerged to help users in their service selection process. This paper reviews the recent approaches that have been introduced and used for cloud service brokerage and discusses their challenges accordingly. We propose a set of attributes for a CSB to be considered effective. DifFerent CSBs' approaches are classified as either single service or multiple service models. The CSBs are then assessed, analyzed, and compared with respect to the proposed set of attributes. Based on our studies, CSBs with multiple service models that support more of the proposed effective CSB attributes have wider application in cloud computing environments.

Orthology relations can be used to transfer annotations from one gene （or protein） to another. Hence, detecting orthology relations has become an important task in the post-genomic era. Various genomic events, such as duplication and horizontal gene transfer, can cause erroneous assignment of orthology relations. In closely-related species, gene neighborhood information can be used to resolve many ambiguities in orthology inference. Here we present OrthoGNC, a software for accurately predicting pairwise orthology relations based on gene neighborhood conservation. Analyses on simulated and real data reveal the high accuracy of OrthoGNC. In addition to orthol- ogy detection, OrthoGNC can be employed to investigate the conservation of genomic context among potential orthologs detected by other methods. The free vibration analysis of a rotating sandwich conical shell with a reentrant auxetic honeycomb core and homogenous isotropic face layers reinforced with a ring support is *** shell is modeled utilizing the first-order shear deformation theory(FSDT)incorporating the relative,centripetal,and Coriolis accelerations alongside the initial hoop tension created by the *** governing equations,compatibility conditions,and boundary conditions are attained using Hamilton’s *** trigonometric functions,an analytical solution is derived in the circumferential direction,and a numerical one is presented in the meridional direction via the differential quadrature method(DQM).The effects of various factors on the critical rotational speeds and forward and backward frequencies of the shell are *** present work is the first theoretical work regarding the dynamic analysis of a rotating sandwich conical shell with an auxetic honeycomb core strengthened with a ring support.

The dissolution behavior of rI phase has been investigated in a cast Ni-based superalloy. The results showed that the platelets and blocks of η phase were formed within the interdendritic regions of the microstructure. Applying standard solution annealing at 1150-1160℃ for a period of 4 h did not result in the complete dissolution of η phase. For the complete dissolution of η phase without residual incipient melting, a 2-step solution annealing has been recommended. After dissolution at high tem- peratures, the TI phase transforms to two MC-type carbides： one is enriched in Ti, Nb, and Ta, and the other is of （Zr,Ti）C type.

Let R = ⊙n〉0 Rn be a standard graded ring, a ∩ ⊙n〉0 Rn an ideal of R, and M, N two finitely generated graded R-modules. This paper studies the homogeneous components of graded generalized local cohomology modules. We show that for any i 〉 0, the n-th graded component Hiα（M, N）n of the i-th generalized local cohomology module of M and N with respect to a vanishes for all n 〉〉 0. Some sufficient conditions are pro- posed to satisfy the equality sup{end（Hiα （M, N）） [ i _〉 0} = sup{end（HiR＋（M, N））｜ i 〉 0}. Also, some sufficient conditions are proposed for the tameness of Hiα（M, N） such that i = fRα＋（M,N） or i = cdα（M,g）, where fRα＋（M,N） and cdα（M,g） denote the R＋- finiteness dimension and the cohomological dimension of M and N with respect to a, respectively. Finally, we consider the Artinian property of some submodules and quotient modules of Hjα（M, N）, where j is the first or last non-minimax level of Hiα（M, N）.

In this communication, the impacts of adding SDS （sodium dodecyl sulfate）, TBAF （tetra-n-butylammonlum tluorloe） ano the mixture of SDS ＋ TBAF on the main kinetic parameters of CO2 hydrate formation （induction time, the quantity and rate of gas uptake, and storage capacity） were investigated. The tests were performed under stirring conditions at T = 5 ℃ and P = 3.8 MPa in a 169 cm3 batch reactor. The results show that adding SDS with a concentration of 400 ppm, TBAF with a concentration of l-5 wt%, and the mixture of SDS ＋ TBAF, would increase the storage capacity of CO2 hydrate and the quantity of gas uptake, and decrease the induction time of hydrate formation process. The addition of 5 wt% of TBAF and 400 ppm of SDS would increase the CO2 hydrate storage capacity by 86.1% and 81.6%, respectively, compared to pure water. Investigation of the impact of SDS, TBAF and their mixture on the rate of gas uptake indicates that the mixture of SDS ＋ TBAF does not have a significant effect on the rate of gas uptake during hydrate formation process.

Antimicrobial resistance patterns and prevalence of integrons in Shigella species isolated from children with diarrhea in southwest Iran

Objective:To investigate the antimicrobial resistance patterns and prevalence of integrons in Shigella species isolated from children with diarrhea in southwest ***:In this study,1530 stool samples were collected from children under 15 years with diarrhea referred to teaching hospitals in Ahvaz and Abadan,southwest *** *** identified by standard biochemical tests and *** antibiotic resistance pattern of all Shigella isolates was determined by the disk diffusion method and minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)by ***:Of 1530 stool samples,91(5.9%,91/1530)were positive for Shigella *** most common Shigella isolates were Shigella flexneri 47(51.6%,47/1530).Antibiotic susceptibility tests showed that the highest antibiotic resistance was related to trimethoprimsulfamethoxazole(87.9%,80/91)and ampicillin(86.8%,79/91).Multiplex PCR results revealed that 56%and 86.9%of Shigella isolates carried integron classⅠand integron classⅡgenes,*** of the isolates included the integron classⅢ***:The high prevalence of multi-drug resistance in Shigella isolates in our area increases the concerns about dissemination of the antibiotic-resistant isolates in this bacterium.

以3-Amino-5a,10a-dihydroxybenzo[b] indeno [2,l-d]furan-10-one (ADIF)功能化改性的纳米碳管(MWCNT-ADIF)为吸附剂,除去水溶液中的Pb^2+。采用FT-IR, SEM, TGA及DTG对MWCNT-ADIF样品进行表征。探讨了pH值、Pb^2+初始浓度、吸附量和接触时间对吸附动力学与平衡的影响。采用4种二参数模型(Langmuir、Freundlich、Tempkin与Dubinin-Radushkevich)和6种三参数模型(Redlich-Peterson, Khan, Sips, Radke-Prausnitz, Toth, Hil)研究Pb^2+吸附等温线。通过伪一阶动力学模型、伪二阶动力学模型和粒子内扩散模型分析吸附动力学。采用3种误差分析方法、相关系数、卡方值和平均相对误差来确定最佳拟合等温线和动力学模型。结果表明,吸附动力学与伪二阶动力学模型相吻合。误差分析表明,三参数模型比二参数模型更适合描述Pb^2+吸附数据。等温线数据与Langmuir、 Hill和Sips models相符。MWCNT-ADIF在pH=3溶液中能脱除92%的Pb^2+,并且回收后的MWCNT-ADIF能重复使用5个再生周期。
