Pyrylium salts are a type of representative and convincing example of versatility and variety not only as a nodal point in organic transformations but also as an attractive building block in functional organic materials. Herein, we report an effective synthetic protocol to fabricate a new pyrylium-containing porous organic polymers(POPs), named TMP-P, via Knoevenagel condensation with 2,4,6-trimethylpyrylium salt(TMP) as the key building block and 1,4-phthalaldehyde as the linker. The resulting ionic polymer TMPP exhibited efficient visible-light-driven heterogeneous photodegradation of Rhodamine B, owing to the presence of wide visible light absorption and a narrow optical band gap triggered pyrylium core in the framework.

Star shape bridged pillar[5]arene trimer(C3-PLT) based on benzene-1,3,5-tricarboxamide(BTAs) was successfully synthesized,which exhibited outstanding guest responsive morphology transition *** morphology tining studies was efficiently achieved with the addition of competitive guest molecules G1 and G2 by various self-assembly mechanisms.C3-PLT itself displays nanofiber morphology through H-type π-π stacking,and this nanofiber morphology can be completely transformed into spherical vesicles by host-guest interaction Gl,while upon addition of G2 into C3-PLT by means of "exo-wall" electron-transfer interactions,sheet superstructures can be ***,~1 H NMR,DOSY,fluorescence spectroscopy,and viscosity have verified the formation of supramolecular polymers and morphological transitions between C3-PLT with both guests.

We report one such case which was diagnosed intraoperatively as left dorsal colon volvulus due to multiple mesenteric abnormalities.A 17-year-old castrated male horse was taken to the Tehran University Veterinary Hospital for treatment of metacarpal wound accompanied by severe abdominal distension and acute *** treatment and measurement were taken for a month,and the prepared biopsy indicated that the healing trend was ***,prior to discharge,the clinical colic manifestations emerged and the animal suddenly *** large intestine was palpated per rectum and a ventral midline exploratory laparotomy was performed,a complete volvulus of the ascending colon was identified with multiple mesenteric anomalies of unknown *** pathologic changes observed in this study accurately reflect those changes reported in horse with naturally occurring colonic volvulus and can serve as a reference for subsequent studies on attenuating bowel *** present study results can be used to make a scientific assessment of prognosis in the pre-operative,operative,and post-operative management of horses with large colon volvulus.

The nutritional value of perishable food items,such as fruits and vegetables,depends on their freshness *** existing approaches solve a binary class problem by classifying a known fruit\vegetable class into fresh or rotten *** propose an automated fruits and vegetables categorization approach that first recognizes the class of object in an image and then categorizes that fruit or vegetable into one of the three categories:purefresh,medium-fresh,and *** gathered a dataset comprising of 60K images of 11 fruits and vegetables,each is further divided into three categories of freshness,using hand-held *** recognition and categorization of fruits and vegetables are performed through two deep learning models:Visual Geometry Group(VGG-16)and You Only Look Once(YOLO),and their results are ***-16 classifies fruits and vegetables and categorizes their freshness,while YOLO also localizes them within the ***,we have developed an android based application that takes the image of the fruit or vegetable as input and returns its class label and its freshness degree.A comprehensive experimental evaluation of proposed approach demonstrates that the proposed approach can achieve a high accuracy and F1score on gathered FruitVeg Freshness *** dataset is publicly available for further evaluation by the research community.

Communication is a basic need of every human being;by this,they can learn,express their feelings and exchange their ideas,but deaf people cannot listen and *** communication,they use various hands gestures,also known as Sign Language(SL),which they learn from special *** normal people have not taken SL classes;therefore,they are unable to perform signs of daily routine sentences(e.g.,what are the specifications of this mobile phone?).A technological solution can facilitate in overcoming this communication gap by which normal people can communicate with deaf *** paper presents an architecture for an application named Sign4PSL that translates the sentences to Pakistan Sign Language(PSL)for deaf people with visual representation using virtual signing *** research aims to develop a generic independent application that is lightweight and reusable on any platform,including web and mobile,with an ability to perform offline text *** Sign4PSL relies on a knowledge base that stores both corpus of PSL Words and their coded form in the notation ***4PSL takes English language text as an input,performs the translation to PSL through sign language notation and displays gestures to the user using virtual *** system is tested on deaf students at a special *** results have shown that the students were able to understand the story presented to them appropriately.

Cancer is the second deadliest human disease worldwide with high mortality *** and treatment of this disease requires precise and automatic assessment of effective drug response and control *** of treated and untreated cancerous cell line is one of the most challenging problems for precise and targeted drug delivery and response.A novel approach is proposed for prediction of drug treated and untreated cancer cell line automatically by employing modified Deep neural *** hepatocellular carcinoma(HepG2)cells are exposed to anticancer drug functionalized CFO@BTO nanoparticles developed by our *** models are developed by modifying ResNet101 and exploiting the transfer learning *** three layers of ResNet101 are re-trained for the identification of drug treated cancer *** learning approach in an appropriate choice especially when there is limited amount of annotated *** proposed technique is validated on acquired 203 fluorescentmicroscopy images of human HepG2 cells treated with drug functionalized cobalt ferrite@barium titanate(CFO@BTO)magnetoelectric nanoparticles in *** developed approach achieved high prediction with accuracy of 97.5%and sensitivity of 100%and outperformed other *** high performance reveals the effectiveness of the *** is scalable and fully automatic prediction approach which can be extended for other similar cell diseases such as lung,brain tumor and breast cancer.

Carbazole-based conjugated microporous polymers(CMPs)as a new type of advanced porous material have created tremendous research curiosities in the area of ***,introducing boron-containing dyes into the CMPs framework was rare but will be rather promising due to their unique properties,including strong electron-accepting capability,efficient catalytic behaviour,significant absorption coefficient and high ***,we rationally designed and prepared two new CMPs,***-BF_(2)-CMP and Cz-BPh2-CMP with the combination of carbazole and boron-containing dye as electron donor and acceptor motifs,*** to the efficient D-A effect between carbazole and boron-dye which not only accelerated the interfacial charge transfer efficiency but also improved the separation capability of photogenerated electron-hole pairs,both CMPs exhibited excellent photocatalytic performances in organic transformations such as green synthesis of benzimidazole in aqueous solution and aerobic oxidation of thioether in EtOH.

Biomechanical study of the visual system by ocular response analyzer investigates the inter-structural biological relationships,mechanics,and function of the visual *** review aimed to investigate the changes in corneal biomechanical parameters with age and *** articles published in PubMed between 2000 and 2021 were investigated and critiqued,and valid scientific evidence was collected,reviewed and concluded according to the inclusion and exclusion *** studies showed that corneal biomechanical changes occur infrequently in children up to the age of 20y,and with increasing age and wider age range,there was a significant decrease in corneal biomechanical indices,especially corneal *** children and adults,most studies have shown that these biomechanical indicators,especially corneal resistance factor,were higher in *** hormonal changes may contribute to this finding,the role of axial length and other biometric indicators should not be *** axial length,the intraocular pressure,and the corneal thickness are other factors associated with biomechanical parameters that should be taken into account in clinical diagnosis and management especially for patients undergoing refractive surgery as well as keratoconus patients.
