BACKGROUND Mucosal patterns(MPs)observed on blue laser imaging in patients with atrophic gastritis can be classified as spotty,cracked,and ***,we hypothesized that the spotty pattern may change to the cracked pattern after Helicobacter pylori(***)*** To further substantiate and comprehensively investigate MP changes after *** eradication in a larger number of *** We included 768 patients who were diagnosed with atrophic gastritis with evaluable MP using upper gastrointestinal endoscopy at the Nishikawa Gastrointestinal Clinic,*** them,325 patients were ***-positive,and of them,101 patients who underwent upper gastrointestinal endoscopy before and after *** eradication were evaluated for post-eradication MP *** patients’MPs were interpreted by three experienced endoscopists who were blinded to their clinical *** Among 76 patients with the spotty pattern before or after *** eradication,the pattern disappeared or decreased in 67 patients[88.2%,95%confidence interval(CI):79.0%-93.6%),appeared or increased in 8 patients(10.5%,95%CI:5.4%-19.4%),and showed no change in 1 patient(1.3%,95%CI:0.2%-7.1%).In 90 patients with the cracked pattern before or after *** eradication,the pattern disappeared or decreased in 7 patients(7.8%,95%CI:3.8%-15.2%),appeared or increased in 79 patients(87.8%,95%CI:79.4%-93.0%),and showed no change in 4 patients(4.4%,95%CI:1.7%-10.9%).In 70 patients with the mottled pattern before or after *** eradication,the pattern disappeared or decreased in 28 patients(40.0%,95%CI:29.3%-51.7%),appeared or increased in 35 patients(50.0%,95%CI:38.6%-61.4%),and showed no change in 7 patients(10.0%,95%CI:4.9%-19.2%).CONCLUSION After *** eradication,MPs changed from spotty to cracked in most patients,which may help endoscopists easily and precisely evaluate ***-related gastritis status.

Aims/Background: Perceived experiences of childbirth are important for mothers as they affect their self-esteem, mother-child interactions, subsequent mother-child bonding, and their desire for another child. This study examined the factor structure and construct validity of Salmon and Drew’s Multidimensional Assessment of Women’s Experience of Childbirth (MAWEC) in Japanese. Design/Methods: This study conducted a questionnaire survey using the Japanese version of the MAWEC and other variables with 759 women with infants in Japan. The participants’ mean (standard deviation [SD], range) age was 31.9 (5.3, 18 - 46) years. A total of 353 (46.5%) participants were primiparous and 384 (50.6%) were multiparous, and 22 (2.9%) did not answer. The data were randomly divided into two groups for exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and separately analyzed the positive- and negative-worded items. I conducted EFA using the maximum-likelihood method with PROMAX rotation from one-through two- and three-factor structures. Different factor structure models were compared in terms of CFAs using, as indicator of goodness-of-fit, chi-square/df, comparative fit index (CFI), and root mean square of error approximation (RMSEA). Results: This study showed that a bifactor model for the MAWEC with four subscales (positive emotion, positive coping, negative emotion, and negative coping) fit the data the best. These four subscales were associated with demographic, obstetric, neonatal, and feeding characteristics. For example, primiparas were more vulnerable to coping aspects of perceived childbirth experiences, including sense of mastery over the delivery process and ability to enjoy the delivery. Gestational age at birth was associated with emotional aspects of perceived childbirth experiences. High-temperature fatigue properties were investigated for a nickel-based superalloy 617 as a typical candidate material for high-temperature components using an advanced ultra super critical （A-USC） power plant. Creep-fatigue data obtained by strain-controlled tests at 700 ？ C was analyzed for the superalloy 617 focused on position of hold at peak strain in comparison with continuously cycled tests. The fatigue life was the shortest with the hold tensile strain wave, which showed mainly intergranular fracture appearance. The life was the longest with symmetrical triangular wave which fractured from the specimen surface, while the wave with the hold compressive strain showed partially intergranular fracture appearance and the life was middle in the both waves. In this study, it is discussed with the creep-fatigue interaction for the superalloy 617.

Due to the rapid development of applications of artificial intelligence and robotics in recent years, the necessity of reasoning and decision making with uncertain and inaccurate information is increasing. Since robots in the real world are always exposed to behavioral inaccuracies and uncertainty arising from recognition methods, they may occasionally encounter contradictory facts during reasoning on action decision. Paraconsistent logic programming is promising to make appropriate action decisions even when an agent is exposed to such uncertain information or contradictory facts, but there has been no implementation of this programming to the best of our knowledge. We propose a resolution algorithm for the 3-valued paraconsistent logic programming system QMPT0 and its implementation on SWI-Prolog. We also describe an application of the 3-valued paraconsistent logic programming regarding agent decision making.

Microglia are brain-resident immune cells that use their ramified processes to survey the brain *** maintain brain homeostasis by mediating immune responses through cytokine release,phagocytosing pathogens and protein aggregation(Salter et al.,2017).Furthermore,in both healthy and disease states,microglia interacting with neurons regulate synaptic formation,elimination and plasticity(Salter et al.,2017).It is thought that these functions may be altered by environmental stimuli such as lifestyle,stress,infection and air pollution,the effects of which may result in brain dysfunction and the development of neurodegenerative diseases(Branchi et al.,2014;Hanamsagar et al.,2017).
