This article is presenting data from a retrospective analysis of medical records and computed tomography (CT) scans of patients’ chests with coronavirus infection “COVID-19” who applied to the diagnostic center of URFA in Osh during the first wave of the pandemic in the Kyrgyz Republic, with a description of individual clinical cases and their differential diagnosis. Chest computed tomography is one of the main methods in visual diagnosis of pneumonia in COVID-19 in hospitalized patients, which allows determining signs, symptoms for effective treatment.

Cord blood transplantation for the treatment of acute leukemia

Objective This review discussed the available data on treatment outcomes of cord blood transplantation （CBT） for acute leukemia. Data sources The data cited in this review were obtained from articles listed in Medline and Pubmed. Study selection We reviewed the articles of clinical results from various registries and institutions, as well as our experiences with CBT in children, adolescents and adults. Results This research has clearly shown that cord blood （CB） has several unique characteristics resulting in distinct advantage and disadvantages when compared to transplantation with unrelated donor bone marrow or peripheral blood stem cells. The field of CBT has advanced from investigating its safety and feasibility to addressing more specific issues such as accelerating engraftment, extending access, and examining outcomes in specific subgroups of patients. Many approaches have been investigated in the attempt to improve engraftment and survival. Variable factors have been identified, such as factors related to donor choice （human leukocyte antigen （HLA） compatibility, cell dose, and others） and transplantation （conditioning and graft-versus-host disease prophylaxis regimen）. Data support that CB should be considered a reasonable option in those that do not have HLA matched sibling donor and for those in whom the time to transplant is critical. Conclusions CB is a reasonable alternative to unrelated donor bone marrow or peripheral blood progenitor cells for transplantation. Recently developed strategies aimed at improving hematopoietic recovery and reducing early transplantation-related mortality could further improve treatment outcomes of CBT for patients with acute leukemia.

教材在第二语言教学中起着这重要作用,一是因为教材是教学环节必不可少的工具,二是因为教材作为连接其他教学环节的纽带,起连接作用。因此,在对外汉学教学中的教材是研究的重点问题。好的教材可以在课堂教学之余,帮助学习者准确理解汉语词语的意义和用法,使其迅速掌握汉语。生词注释是对外汉语教材的重要组成部分,恰当的生词注释能帮助汉语学习者更好地理解和运用生词。本研究选取吉尔吉斯斯坦目前使用频率最高的《新实用汉语课本》1-4册为研究对象。《新实用汉语课本》是由刘珣主编的一部影响较大的对外汉语综合性教材,是一套很有特色又比较成功的对外汉语教材。也是对外汉语教材中俄文编写较好的教材之一。研究目标是,以《新实用汉语课本》1-4为例,详尽仔细地对所有生词注释进行分析和研究,找出它们俄语翻译注释中的各种问题,对这些问题进行分类总结给出更为合理的俄文注释,对教材的详细解读,为修改教材生词的俄语注释提出一些合理的建议和方法,以便改善对外汉语教材俄译各方面存在的缺陷,并为未来的对外汉语教材编写提供一些参考,以便对今后的教材生词编写有一定帮助。本文包括四个章节:第一章介绍选题背景,研究现状综述,教材翻译问题研究,吉尔吉斯斯坦对外汉语教材研究,《新实用汉语课本》教材研究现状,研究对象与方法,研究目的与意义。第二章主要对《新实用》教材中的生词俄语释译中语义,语法,语用方面存才的问题进行了考察与分析,分类归纳。第三章通过对《新实用》这套教材中生词俄译分析,提出有针对性的俄汉翻译建议和方法。希望对今后的对外汉语教材完善俄文释译提供一些建议。第四章主要是为本文的总结和不足。通过对比,分析《新实用汉语课本》中生词俄语释义的问题,本文对对外汉语教材俄文版的释译提出了一些建议和方法,以便对今后的教材生词俄文释译编写有一定帮助。

汉语助词“的、地、得”顾名思义起连接作用。“的、地、得”附着在词和词组后边,把词语连接起来,使之成为具有某种句法结构关系的词组。在书面语里“的”连接定语跟中心语,定语后边常用“的”;“地”连接状语跟中心语,状语后边常用“地”;“得”连接补语跟中心语,补语前边常用“得”。这些汉语结构助词在吉尔吉斯语中用不同的词或者附加成分来表达,汉语结构助词“的”是在吉尔吉斯语里主要用“-нын,-дын,-дин,-ган,-кан,-ген,-ки,-кы,-дун,-гон,-нун,…”等表达;“地”相对应的主要是“-менен,-бойдон,-турдо,-гана,-ыраак”;“得”没有一定的格式。如果对汉语里这些结构助词的词汇意义、区别、用法等掌握不扎实,在实际运用中会出现遗漏、误加、位置放错、误代等偏误。所以为了正确进行语言交流,避免出现错误,本文主要采用叙述和比较的研究方法,举了大量的例子,对现代汉语出现频率极高的以上三种结构助词做出了比较全面的、有一定学术价值的讨论,希望对吉尔吉斯斯坦留学生学汉语能有一些帮助。

Morphological Characteristics of Thymus in the Newborns in Different Climatic and Geographical Conditions of Kyrgyzstan

This paper is describing a detailed study of morphological structures and characteristics newborns thymus in different climatic and geographical conditions of Kara-Balta, Cholpon-Ata, and Bishkek in Kyrgyzstan. Anatomical structure research done on 26 thymuses of newborn corpses. Research results showed that a significant amount of thymuses consisted of lobes with very thin connective tissues between them. It is observed that the Hassall cells were usually located in the medulla part of the thymus after using the coloring by Van-Gieson’s stain visible clear elastic and collagen fibers. In addition, cell population dynamics in a unit of conditional area of cortical substance thymus lobes in newborns determined.
