In the continuation of our study on the Serratta marcescens O-antigen, two disaccharides8 and 13, corresponding to the key intermediates of oligosaccharides related to the S. marcescensO10 antigen, were srythesized by the trichloroacetate method. Their structures and compositionswere characterized by H NMR, C NMR, 2D NMR and IR, FAB-MS spectra.

Let λK m,n be a bipartite multigraph with two partite sets having m and n vertices, respectively. A P v-factorization of λK m,n is a set of edge-disjoint P v-factors of λK m,n which partition the set of edges of λK m,n . When v is an even number, Ushio, Wang and the second author of the paper gave a necessary and sufficient condition for the existence of a P v-factorization of λK m,n . When v is an odd number, we have proposed a conjecture. Very recently, we have proved that the conjecture is true when v = 4k ? 1. In this paper we shall show that the conjecture is true when v = 4k + 1, and then the conjecture is true. That is, we will prove that the necessary and sufficient conditions for the existence of a P 4k+1-factorization of λK m,n are (1) 2km ? (2k + 1)n, (2) 2kn ? (2k + 1)m, (3) m + n ≡ 0 (mod 4k + 1), (4) λ(4k + 1)mn/[4k(m + n)] is an integer.

Considering a time-harmonic electromagnetic plane wave incident on an arbitrarily shaped open cavity embedded in infinite ground plane, the physical process is modelled by Maxwell's equations. We investigate the inverse problem of determining the shape of the open cavity from the information of the measured scattered field. Results on the uniqueness and the local stability of the inverse problem in the 2-dimensional TM (transverse magnetic) polarization are proved in this paper.

This paper presents a preliminary study on the dielectric properties and curing of three different types of epoxy resins mixed at various stoichiometric mixture of hardener, flydust and aluminium powder under microwave energy. In this work, the curing process of thin layers of epoxy resins using microwave radiation was investigated as an alternative technique that can' be implemented to develop a new rapid product development technique. In this study it was observed that the curing time and temperature were a function of the percentage of hardener and fillers presence in the epoxy resins. Initially dielectric properties of epoxy resins with hardener were measured which was directly correlated to the curing process in order to understand the properties of cured specimen. Tensile tests were conducted on the three different types of epoxy resins with hardener and fillers. Modifying dielectric properties of the mixtures a significant decrease in curing time was observed. In order to study the microstructural changes of cured specimen the morphology of the fracture surface was carried out by using scanning electron microscopy.

The production process of bars in Baosteel nantong *** adjusted by both decreasing heating temperature and adding controlling cooling procedure after finish rolling for upgrade of bars.A set of water cooling system was also installed behind the finishing ***-line tests were conducted,and then the microstructure and mechanical properties of the bars with HRB335 composition and φ22mm diameter were *** results showed that the microstructures of the bar cooled by water were ferrite and pearlite with grain sizes of 8.5 to 12 grades,which were finer than that of the bar without water *** the thin outer layer microstructures of the bar cooled by water were mainly tempered sorbite with small amount of tempered *** average yield strength R eL and tensile strength R m of the bars with water cooling increased 105MPa and 73MPa respectively compared with those of the bars without water *** reason of this strengthening was attributed to the synthetic role of fine grains and phase transformation and precipitation *** addition,The ration of R m /R eL could be higher than 1.25,which is the request of earthquake-proof performance for HRB400E,only when the self-tempering temperatures of the bars were higher than 640℃.

Lespedezavirgatol,a novel 2-phenylbenzofuran compound which was isolated from Lespedeza virgata,was firstly synthesized from pyrogallic acid and 3,4-dimethoxyphenol as starting materials with 8 *** key steps for the total synthesis were the selective iodination at 3-position of 1,2-dimethoxy-4-methoxymethoxybenzene and the Sonogashira cross-coupling reaction between 4-iodo-2-methoxybenzene-1,3-diol and 2-ethynyl-3,4-dimethoxy-1-(methoxy-methoxy)-benzene.

This paper deals with the effect of dC14 in vivo.Intraperitoneal inoculation of tumor cells into mice without dC14 treatment induced ascitic tumors after a latency of 6 days and death of the mice after 11 days. Both incidence and mortality of disease were 100%. In animals receiving dC14 treatment the incidence and mortality were less latency and survival periods were longer. Viral sequences could be detected in tumor cells and in spleens of tumor cell inoculated animals receiving dC14 treatment or not but could not be detected in normal animals. Studied suggest that the suppressive action of dC14 on the development of mouse SRS ascitic tumor may be through blocking gene expression of virus.

The kinetic precision of transmission chain is a key problem in the research of gear cutting machine transmission *** traditional point of view is to consider the transmission chain as a geometrical meshing system,thus it is deemed that the kinetic precision of the transmission chain only depends on the manufacturing and assembly errors of its transmission *** further research reveals that the kinetic precision of transmission system is closely related with the system dynamic ***,from the dynamic point of view,it is discerned that not only deems the transmission chain as a geometrical meshing system but also considers it as a dynamic system performing with torsional *** the basis of analyses and processes of measuring data of samples from tests of cutting machine's kinetic precision of transmission chain,the results represent that the influences of dynamic characteristics of the transmission system on its kinetic precision is non *** methods for discerning the transfer function of torsional vibration of gear transmission system and experimental results have been given.

Background: Biliary tract carcinoma (BTC) is relatively rare and comprises a spectrum of invasive tumors arising from the biliary tree. The prognosis is extremely poor. The incidence of BTC is relatively high in Asian countries, and a high number of cases are diagnosed annually in China owing to the large population. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the epidemiology and high-risk factors for BTC in China. The signs associated with BTC are complex, often require collaborative treatment from surgeons, endoscopists, oncologists, and radiation therapists. Thus, it is necessary to develop a comprehensive Chinese guideline for ***: This clinical practice guideline (CPG) was developed following the process recommended by the World Health Organization. The Grading of Recommendations Assessment, Development, and Evaluation approach was used to assess the certainty of evidence and make recommendations. The full CPG report was reviewed by external guideline methodologists and clinicians with no direct involvement in the development of this CPG. Two guideline reporting checklists have been adhered to: Appraisal of Guidelines for Research and Evaluation (AGREE) and Reporting Items for practice Guidelines in Healthcare (RIGHT).Results: The guideline development group, which comprised 85 multidisciplinary clinical experts across China. After a controversies conference, 17 clinical questions concerning the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of BTC were proposed. Additionally, detailed descriptions of the surgical principles, perioperative management, chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapy, radiotherapy, and endoscopic management were ***: The guideline development group created a comprehensive Chinese guideline for the diagnosis and treatment of BTC, covering various aspects of epidemiology, diagnosis, and treatment. The 17 clinical questions have important reference value for the management of BTC.
