The alignment operation between many protein sequences or DNAsequences related to the scientific bioinformatics application is very *** is a trade-off in the objectives in the existing techniques of Multiplesequence Alignment (MsA). The techniques that concern with speed ignoreaccuracy, whereas techniques that concern with accuracy ignore speed. Theterm alignment means to get the similarity in different sequences with highaccuracy. The more growing number of sequences leads to a very complexand complicated problem. Because of the emergence;rapid development;anddependence on gene sequencing, sequence alignment has become importantin every biological relationship analysis process. Calculating the numberof similar amino acids is the primary method for proving that there is arelationship between two sequences. The time is a main issue in any alignmenttechnique. In this paper, a more effective MsA method for handling themassive multiple protein sequences alignment maintaining the highest accuracy with less time consumption is proposed. The proposed method dependson Artificial Fish swarm (AFs) algorithm that can break down the mostchallenges of MsA problems. The AFs is exploited to obtain high accuracyin adequate time. AsF has been increasing popularly in various applicationssuch as artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning, and dataintensive application. It basically mimics the behavior of fish trying to getthe food in nature. The proposed mechanisms of AFs that is like preying,swarming, following, moving, and leaping help in increasing the accuracy andconcerning the speed by decreasing execution time. The sense organs that aidthe artificial fishes to collect information and vision from the environmenthelp in concerning the accuracy. These features of the proposed AFs make thealignment operation more efficient and are suitable especially for large-scaledata. Lao.7sr0.3Mnl_xNixO3 （x = 0, 0.025, 0.050 and 0.075） ceramics were prepared by the conventional solid-state reaction method. The partial substitution of Mn by Ni2＋ leads to a decrease in cell volume as well as a structural transition from the rhombohedral to the orthorhombic structure. Ni2＋ doping increases the electrical resistivity, decreases the semiconductor-metal transition temperature （Tms） and relatively enhances the room temperature magnetoresistance （MR）, especially in x = 0.025 and around Tins. With respect to conduction mechanism, the small polaron hopping （sPH） and the variable range hopping （VRH） models were used to ex- amine conduction in the semiconducting region.

Immunotherapy becomes a promising line of treatment for breast cancer(BC)however,its success rate is still ***:The study was designed to optimize the condition for producing an effective dendritic cell(DCs)based immunotherapy by using DCs and T lymphocytes together with tumor-inﬁltrating lymphocytes(TILs)and tumor-inﬁltrating DCs(TIDCs),treated with anti-PD1 and anti-CTLA4 monoclonal *** mixture of immune cells was co-cultured with autologous breast cancer cells(BCCs)isolated from 26 BC ***:There was a signiﬁcant upregulation of CD86 and CD83 on DCs(p=0.001 and 0.017,respectively),similarly upregulation of CD8,CD4 and CD103 on T cells(p=0.031,0.027,and 0.011,respectively).While there was a signiﬁcant downregulation of FOXP3 and combined ***8 expression on regulatory T cells(p=0.014 for both).Increased CD8/Foxp3 ratio(ps also ***133,CD34 and CD44 were downregulated on BCCs(p=0.01,0.021,and 0.015,respectively).There was a signiﬁcant increase in interferon-γ(IFN-γ,pse(LDH,p=0.02),and a signiﬁcant decrease in vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF,pssion of FOXP3 and Programmed cell death ligand 1(PDL-1)were downregulated in BCCs(psimilarly cytotoxic T lymphocyte antigen-4(CTLA4,p=0.02),Programmed cell death 1(PD-1,psigniﬁcantly downregulated in T ***:Ex-vivo activation of immune cells(DCs,T cells,TIDCs,and TILs)with immune checkpoint inhibitors could produce a potent and effective BC ***,these data should be validated on an experimental animal model to be transferred to the clinical setting.

Objective:To evaluate exploitation status of the stocks of demersal fishes in Omani artisanal ***:Time-series data between 2005 and 2014 on catches and effort represented by the number of fishing boats were used to estimate catch per unit effort and maximum sustainable yields applying schaefer surplus production *** analyses were made online using GraphPad ***:The study revealed that increasing the number of boats on the fishery caused a decrease of catch per unit effort of some *** sustainable yields and exploitation status were estimated for these species ***:some demersal fish species were found to be caught in quantities exceeding maximum sustainable yields during some fishing seasons indicating overexploitation of their stocks.

在常压定容室内,应用ND:YAG激光阴影法、高分辨率CCD照相机和粒径分析软件,对不同含水量的柴油乳化液雾油滴的闪急沸腾与微爆现象以及油滴粒径分布进行了试验测量与变参数对比分析,探讨了在130℃温度条件下,乳化油含水量对乳化油喷雾液滴闪急沸腾和微爆的影响,揭示了微爆效应在喷雾雾化和液滴碎化中的作用机理。试验结果表明,包覆于油中的水相颗粒受热闪急沸腾所形成的高压蒸气团冲破无水边界层是导致油滴发生微爆和进一步破碎分裂的首要原因;微爆现象随乳化油含水量的增高而趋强;喷雾索特平均直径(sMD)的细化率随乳化油含水量和喷雾贯穿距的增加而增大,且乳化油含水量对喷雾sMD细化率的影响程度也随喷雾贯穿距的增加更加显著。

An information system is a type of knowledge representation,and attribute reduction is crucial in big data,machine learning,data mining,and intelligent *** are several ways for solving attribute reduction problems,but they all require a common *** selection of features in most scientific studies is a challenge for the *** working with huge datasets,selecting all available attributes is not an option because it frequently complicates the study and decreases *** the other side,neglecting some attributes might jeopardize data *** this case,rough set theory provides a useful approach for identifying superfluous attributes that may be ignored without sacrificing any significant information;nonetheless,investigating all available combinations of attributes will result in some ***,because attribute reduction is primarily a mathematical issue,technical progress in reduction is dependent on the advancement of mathematical *** the focus of this study is on the mathematical side of attribute reduction,we propose some methods to make a reduction for information systems according to classical rough set theory,the strength of rules and similarity matrix,we applied our proposed methods to several examples and calculate the reduction for each *** methods expand the options of attribute reductions for researchers.
