Biosynthesized semiconductor quantum dots(QDs) have bright fluorescence,adjustable particle sizes,and environmental friendliness,endowing them with convenience and potential for biological *** to the unclear mechanism of the cellular environment on the live-cell synthesis of QDs,it is still difficult to regulate their optical ***,the critical role of the intracellular redox environment in regulating the fluorescence properties of biosynthesized CdSe QDs in Staphylococcus aureus(***) has been *** glutathione peroxidase(gPx) activity directly affects the intracellular H_(2)O_(2) produced in the SeO_(3)^(2-) reduction,which further manipulates the glutathione redox cycle to determine the content of low-valence *** a result,the fluorescence intensity of the synthesized CdSe QDs increases by 60% in the gPx overexpressed *** cellular redox potential that is controlled by the gSH redox cycle provides the driving force for the reduction of SeO_(3)^(2-),facilitating the synthesis of CdSe QDs in *** *** proposed mechanism of the cellular redox state provides a new perspective for regulating the synthesis of semiconductor nanomaterials in live cells.

Portable quantum sensors are crucial for developing practical quantum sensing and metrology *** nitrogen-vacancy(NV)centers in diamonds have emerged as one of the most promising candidates for compact quantum ***,due to the difficulty of coherently controlling the ensemble spin and noise suppression in a large volume,it often faces problems such as reduced sensitivity and narrowed bandwidth in integrated lensless ***,we propose a fluorescence signal treatment method for NV spin ensemble manipulation by the exponential fitting of spin polarization processes,instead of integrating the photon *** enables spin state readout with a high signal-to-noise ratio and applies to the pulse sensing protocols for large-volume NV *** on this,we further developed a fiberized diamond-based AC *** an XY8-N dynamical decoupling pulse sequence,we demonstrated a T_(2)-limited sensitivity of 8pT/√Hz and T_(1)-limited frequency resolution of 90 Hz over a wide frequency band from 100 kHz to 3 *** integrated diamond sensor leverages quantum coherence to achieve enhanced sensitivity in detecting AC magnetic fields,making it suitable for implementation in a compact and portable endoscopic sensor.

传统螺栓连接件的直径小于钢梁预留孔的孔径,导致螺栓与孔壁存在间隙,容易引发钢梁与上部混凝土板间发生相对滑移使组合梁挠度增大。为尽量减小或消除上述间隙,本文引入铰制孔螺栓和螺纹孔螺栓作为组合结构的剪力连接件,并提出锥套自锁螺栓连接件。设计并开展了8个螺栓连接件推出试验,基于各试件的荷载-滑移曲线,研究了3种螺栓连接件与传统螺栓连接件间的抗剪承载力、滑移能力及抗剪刚度等受剪力学性能的具体差异。研究结果表明:3种螺栓连接件的破坏形态与传统螺栓连接件表现一致,均为螺栓杆剪断,混凝土无压溃现象;3种螺栓连接件的抗剪承载力均接近于传统螺栓连接件的抗剪承载力;基于试件的荷载-滑移曲线,3种螺栓连接件均可分为弹性阶段、塑性阶段及破坏阶段;3种螺栓连接件的延性系数和抗剪刚度均明显优于传统螺栓。综合考虑力学性能、施工性能和经济性,本文建议选用铰制孔螺栓用于组合结构的剪力连接件。

A gas sensing neural circuit for an olfactory neuron

A gas sensor can convert external gas concentration or species into electric voltage or current signals by physical adsorption or chemical changes. As a result, a gas sensor in a nonlinear circuit can be used as a sensitive sensor for detecting external gas signals from the olfactory system. In this paper, a gas sensor and a field-effect transistor are incorporated into a simple FithzHugh–Nagumo neural circuit for capturing and encoding external gas signals. An improved functional neural circuit is obtained, and the effect of gas concentration, gas species and neuronal activity can be discerned as the gate voltage, threshold voltage and activation coefficient of the field-effect transistor, respectively. The gas concentration can affect the neural activities from quiescent to normal working and, finally, to saturation state in bursting, spiking, periodic and chaotic firings with different frequencies. The effects of gas species and neuronal activity on the firing state can also be achieved in this functional neural circuit. In addition, variations in the gate voltage, threshold voltage and activation coefficient can cause switching between different firing modes. These results can be helpful in designing artificial olfactory devices for bionic gas recognition and other coupled systems arising in applied sciences.

A good Ti-based joint implant should prevent stress shielding and achieve good bioactivity and anti-infection performance. To meet these requirements, the low-elastic-modulus alloy-Ti-35Nb-2Ta-3Zr-was used as the substrate, and functional coatings that contained bioceramics and Ag ions were prepared for coating on TiO2 nanotubes (diameter: (80 +/- 20) nm and (150 +/- 40) nm) using anodization, deposition, and spin-coating methods. The effects of the bioceramics (nano-beta-tricalcium phosphate, microhydroxyapatite (micro-HA), and meso-CaSiO3) and Ag nanoparticles (size: (50 +/- 20) nm) on the antibacterial activity and the tribocorrosion, corrosion, and early in vitro osteogenic behaviors of the nanotubes were investigated. The tribocorrosion and corrosion results showed that the wear rate and corrosive rate were highly dependent on the features of the nanotube surface. Micro-HA showed great wear resistance with a wear rate of (1.26 +/- 0.06)x10-3 mm3/(N center dot m) due to adhesive and abrasive wear. meso-CaSiO3 showed enhanced cell adhesion, proliferation, and alkaline phosphatase activity. The coatings that contained nano-Ag exhibited good antibacterial activity with an antibacterial rate of >= 89.5% against Escherichia coli. These findings indicate that hybrid coatings may have the potential to accelerate osteogenesis. [gRAPHICS] .

为了探究孔内径向空气间隔对有/无金属罩聚能装药定向侵彻效果和炸药爆轰能量传递过程的影响,采用ANSYS/LS-DYNA软件,开展孔内装药空气间隔为6,8,10,12,14 cm时的数值模拟研究,分析了聚能装药中有药型罩形成EFP和无药型罩形成聚能气流的能量集中释放过程,以及对孔壁的定向侵彻深度。结果表明空气间隔小于10 cm时,聚能气流对孔壁的侵彻深度相对于EFP平均侵深分别提高了53%(6 cm)和29%(8 cm)。空气间隔大于10 cm时,EFP平均侵彻深度相比于聚能气流均增加了26%(12 cm和14 cm)。计算聚能轴线上EFP和聚能气流单位面积通过孔壁的动能,发现空气间隔较小时,聚能气流在空气中衰减耗散的能量小于EFP塑性变形耗能,此时聚能气流对孔壁的侵彻效果较优;空气间隔较大时,爆轰产物空间膨胀造成聚能气流轴线处的密度和动能显著降低,而EFP由于具有高密度和不可压缩性,能量分散小,动能衰减缓慢,此时EFP对孔壁的侵彻效果优于聚能气流。

利用PEMS对6辆典型国六重型柴油车开展实际道路排放测试,基于功基窗口法(中国和欧盟)、NTE法(美国EPA)和3B-MAW法(美国CARB)研究了重型柴油车实际道路NO_(x)排放特性,探讨了不同分析方法的特点及适用性。结果表明:基于功基窗口法的NO_(x)排放结果符合中国和欧盟的监管要求,但基于NTE法和3B-MAW法的NO_(x)排放合规性具有不确定性。NO_(x)排放数据利用率低导致NTE法无法有效分析实际道路NO_(x)排放,3B-MAW法对NO_(x)排放分类管理值得借鉴。冷起动NO_(x)排放占PEMS试验的47.3%~80.7%,重型柴油车冷起动NO_(x)排放应被重视。然而目前中国、欧盟和美国的重型车实际道路NO_(x)排放分析方法均无法有效评估冷起动NO_(x)排放。因此,下阶段排放法规对冷起动NO_(x)排放的监管应当提出相应测试循环、分析方法和排放限值,切实降低重型柴油车NO_(x)实际排放。

Lipotoxicity is a pivotal factor that initiates and exacerbates liver injury and is involved in the development of metabolic-associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD).However,there are few reported lipotoxicity ***,we identified a natural anti-lipotoxicity candidate,HN-001,from the marine fungus Aspergillus ***-001 dose-and time-dependently reversed palmitic acid(PA)-induced hepatocyte *** protection was associated with IRE-1a-mediated XBP-1 splicing inhibition,which resulted in suppression of XBP-1s nuclear translocation and transcriptional *** of XBP-1s attenuated lipotoxicity,but no additional ameliorative effect of HN-001 on lipotoxicity was observed in XBP-1s knockdown ***,the ER stress and lipotoxicity amelioration was associated with *** HN-001 and the PLA2 inhibitor MAFP inhibited PLA2 activity,reduced lysophosphatidylcholine(LPC)level,subsequently ameliorated *** contrast,overexpression of PLA2 caused exacerbation of lipotoxicity and weakened the anti-lipotoxic effects of ***,HN-001 treatment suppressed the downstream pro-apoptotic JNK *** vivo,chronic administration of HN-001(i.p.)in mice alleviated all manifestations of MAFLD,including hepatic steatosis,liver injury,inflammation,and *** effects were correlated with PLA2/IRE-1a/XBP-1s axis and JNK signaling *** data indicate that HN-001 has therapeutic potential for MAFLD because it suppresses lipotoxicity,and provide a natural structural basis for developing anti-MAFLD candidates.
