Object classification is an important aspect of machine intelligence.Current practices in object classification entail the digitization of object information followed by the application of digital algorithms such as deep neural networks.The execution of digital neural networks is power-consuming,and the throughput is limited.The existing von Neumann digital computing paradigm is also less suited for the implementation of highly parallel neural network architectures.^(1)

Background: The robustness is a measurement of an analytical chemical method and its ability to contain unaffected by little with deliberate variation of analytical chemical method parameters. The analytical chemical method variation parameters are based on pH variability of buffer solution of mobile phase, organic ratio composition changes, stationary phase (column) manufacture, brand name and lot number variation;flow rate variation and temperature variation of chromatographic system. The analytical chemical method for assay of Atropine Sulfate conducted for robustness evaluation. The typical variation considered for mobile phase organic ratio change, change of pH, change of temperature, change of flow rate, change of column etc. Purpose: The aim of this study is to develop a cost effective, short run time and robust analytical chemical method for the assay quantification of Atropine in Pharmaceutical Ophthalmic Solution. This will help to make analytical decisions quickly for research and development scientists as well as will help with quality control product release for patient consumption. This analytical method will help to meet the market demand through quick quality control test of Atropine Ophthalmic Solution and it is very easy for maintaining (GDP) good documentation practices within the shortest period of time. Method: HPLC method has been selected for developing superior method to Compendial method. Both the compendial HPLC method and developed HPLC method was run into the same HPLC system to prove the superiority of developed method. Sensitivity, precision, reproducibility, accuracy parameters were considered for superiority of method. Mobile phase ratio change, pH of buffer solution, change of stationary phase temperature, change of flow rate and change of column were taken into consideration for robustness study of the developed method. This paper discusses the significance and prospects of low altitude small satellite aerial vehicles to ensure smooth aerial-ground communications for next-generation broadband networks.To achieve the generic goals of fifthgeneration and beyondwireless networks,the existing aerial network architecture needs to be revisited.The detailed architecture of low altitude aerial networks and the challenges in resource management have been illustrated in this paper.Moreover,we have studied the coordination between promising communication technologies and low altitude aerial networks to provide robust network coverage.We talk about the techniques that can ensure userfriendly control and monitoring of the low altitude aerial networks to bring forth wireless broadband connectivity to a new dimension.In the end,we highlight the future research directions of aerial-ground communications in terms of access technologies,machine learning,compressed sensing,and quantum communications.

Universal linear intensity transformations using spatially incoherent diffractive processors

Under spatially coherent light,a diffractive optical network composed of structured surfaces can be designed to perform any arbitrary complex-valued linear transformation between its input and output fields-of-view(FOVs)if the total number(N)of optimizable phase-only diffractive features is≥~2N_(i)N_(o),where Ni and No refer to the number of useful pixels at the input and the output FOVs,respectively.Here we report the design of a spatially incoherent diffractive optical processor that can approximate any arbitrary linear transformation in time-averaged intensity between its input and output FOVs.Under spatially incoherent monochromatic light,the spatially varying intensity point spread function(H)of a diffractive network,corresponding to a given,arbitrarily-selected linear intensity transformation,can be written as H(m,n;m′,n′)=|h(m,n;m′,n′)|^(2),where h is the spatially coherent point spread function of the same diffractive network,and(m,n)and(m′,n′)define the coordinates of the output and input FOVs,respectively.Using numerical simulations and deep learning,supervised through examples of input-output profiles,we demonstrate that a spatially incoherent diffractive network can be trained to all-optically perform any arbitrary linear intensity transformation between its input and output if N≥~2N_(i)N_(o).We also report the design of spatially incoherent diffractive networks for linear processing of intensity information at multiple illumination wavelengths,operating simultaneously.Finally,we numerically demonstrate a diffractive network design that performs all-optical classification of handwritten digits under spatially incoherent illumination,achieving a test accuracy of>95%.Spatially incoherent diffractive networks will be broadly useful for designing all-optical visual processors that can work under natural light.

A plethora of research advances have emerged in the fields of optics and photonics that benefit from harnessing the power of machine learning.Specifically,there has been a revival of interest in optical computing hardware due to its potential advantages for machine learning tasks in terms of parallelization,power efficiency and computation speed.Diffractive deep neural networks(D^(2)NNs)form such an optical computing framework that benefits from deep learning-based design of successive diffractive layers to all-optically process information as the input light diffracts through these passive layers.D^(2)NNs have demonstrated success in various tasks,including object classification,the spectral encoding of information,optical pulse shaping and imaging.Here,we substantially improve the inference performance of diffractive optical networks using feature engineering and ensemble learning.After independently training 1252 D^(2)NNs that were diversely engineered with a variety of passive input filters,we applied a pruning algorithm to select an optimized ensemble of D^(2)NNs that collectively improved the image classification accuracy.Through this pruning,we numerically demonstrated that ensembles of N=14 and N=30 D^(2)NNs achieve blind testing accuracies of 61.14±0.23%and 62.13±0.05%,respectively,on the classification of GFAR-10 test images,providing an inference improvennent of>16%compared to the average performance of the individual D^(2)NNs within each ensemble.These results constitute the highest inference accuracies achieved to date by any diffractive optical neural network design on the same dataset and might provide a significant leap to extend the application space of diffractive optical image classification and machine vision systems.

The blending of different fibers is done for the manufacturing of yarn to ensure the presence of multiple properties in the resultant yarn which is impossible if we use only one type of fiber. Tencel is regenerated cellulosic fiber & flax is natural bast fiber. Tencel shows more versatility than flax. Tencel has a softer feel with a variety of end uses. Tencel is wrinkle-prone and stiff. Tencel shows extreme strength even in wet conditions and at the same time, it is more durable than linen. The most important fact is that the heat dissipation property of flax is 5 times higher than wool & 19 times higher than silk. Linen clothing can lower the body temperature by 3 to 4 degree celsius in hot weather than clothing made of wool and silk. A yarn made of both Tencel & linen (50:50) will contain the properties of both fibers. At the same time, we can make this yarn more aesthetic by incorporating a slub. It was observed that the slub yarn made by blending Tencel and flax fiber shows better properties than the slub yarn of the same count made from the blending of cotton and flax.

Background:Chukrasia velutina is an enthnomedicinally used plant reported to have significant medicinal values.The present study aimed to explore the pharmacological activities of bark methanol extract using in vitro,in vivo and in silico models.Methods:The study was designed to investigate the pharmacological effects of methanol extract of Chukrasia velutina bark(MECVB)through in vitro,in vivo and in silico assays.Analgesic activity was tested using formalin-i nduced nociception and acetic acid-i nduced writhing assays while the antipyretic effect was tested using yeast-i nduced hyperthermia in mice model.The antioxidant effect was tested using the DPPH and reducing power assay and the cytotoxic screening was tested using the brine shrimp lethality bioassay.In addition,in silico studies were conducted using computer aided methods.Results:In the acetic acid-i nduced writhing assay,the extract showed 28.36%and 56.16%inhibition of writhing for doses of 200 and 400 mg/kg,respectively.Moreover,a dose-dependent formalin-i nduced licking response was observed in both early and late phase.In yeast-i nduced pyrexia,the MECVB exhibited(p<0.05)antipyretic effect.The extract demonstrated an ICvalue of 78.86μg/ml compared with ascorbic acid(IC23.53μg/ml)in the DPPH scavenging assay.The compounds sitosterol,5,7-dimethoxycoumarin and scopoletin were seen be effective in molecular docking scores against COX-I(2OYE),COX-II(6COX)and human peroxiredoxin 5(1HD2).In ADME/T analysis,5,7-dimethoxycoumarin and scopoletin satisfied Lipinski’s rule of five and thus are potential drug candidates.Conclusion:The bark of Chukrasia velutina showed significant analgesic and antipyretic properties and is a potential source of natural anti-oxidative agents.

IoT technology has emerged as a valuable tool in modern healthcare, providing real-time monitoring of patients, effective management of healthcare, and proper administration of patient information. The proposed system aims to develop a system that can prevent backward blood flow from stopping saline fluid, as well as monitor the temperature, heart rate, and oxygen level of patients by using multiple sensors like weight, temperature and heart rate, etc. Additionally, the proposed system can monitor the room temperature and humidity for contributing to the patient’s overall comfort. In emergency situations, it includes an emergency push button for quick alert medical staff and initiates timely interventions. It is designed to support nurses and doctors in monitoring patients and providing timely interventions to prevent complications.
