Iron-based amorphous alloys have attracted technological and scientific interests due to their excellent soft magnetic properties. The typical nanocrystalline alloy with the composition of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 known as FINEMENT has been studied for structural properties analysis. Recently, it is found that after proper annealing the amorphous alloy like Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 has a transition to the nanocrystalline state, thus exhibiting good magnetic properties. The alloy in the form of ribbon of 10 mm width and 25mm thickness with the composition of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 was prepared by rapid quenching method. The prepared ribbon sample has been annealed for 30 min in a controlled way in the temperature range 490℃ - 680℃. By analyzing X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns, various structural parameters such as lattice parameters, grain size and silicon content of the nanocrystalline Fe(Si) grains, crystallization behavior and nanocrystalline phase formation have been investigated. In the nanocrystalline state, Cu helps the nucleation of α-Fe(Si) grains while Nb controls their growth, Si and B has been used as glass forming materials. Thus on the residual amorphous, the nanometric Fe(Si) grains develops. From broadening of fundamental peaks, the optimum grain size has been determined in the range of 7 - 23 nm.

Nanocrystalline Fe-based alloys offer a new opportunity for tailoring soft magnetic materials. Nanocrystalline alloy in the form of ribbon with the composition of Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 was prepared by rapid quenching method for soft magnetic properties analysis. The rapidly quenched alloy has been annealed in a controlled way in the temperature range 490℃ to 680℃ and annealing time 1 min to 60 min. The study of the structural parameters has been investigated by means of XRD analysis. Magnetic properties were analyzed by measuring B-H loop and frequency dependence of initial permeability. Enhanced value of initial permeability by two orders of magnitude and very low value of relative loss factor of the order of 10–3 has been observed with the variation of annealing temperature and time. The initial permeability for the optimum annealed sample has been found 23,064 as compared with 360 for its amorphous counterpart. The initial permeability spectra show dispersion around 100 kHz. Magnetic hysteresis has been investigated by measuring B-H loops at various magnetic fields for different annealing temperature and time. The coercivity and remanence has been found to decrease significantly for optimized annealed condition compared to as-cast state. The core loss of the samples decreases with the annealing time which indicates the good magnetic property of soft magnetic materials.

This work represents the performance evaluation of DS-CDMA in a Rayleigh fading environment. Performance analysis was carried out for a DS-CDMA system to evaluate the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), signal-to-interference ratio (SIR) and bit error rate (BER) for different modulation schemes like ASK, PSK and FSK. Results were evaluated at different data rates and were presented in terms of SNR, SIR and BER. Computer simulation was also carried out by using Matlab to evaluate the signal waveforms with and without addition white Gaussian noise (AWGN). Butterworth filtered waveform was given to get better signal quality. Decoded output waveforms were also evaluated to confirm the simulation.

Background:Many kinds of orchids have significant health benefits although ade-quate research on their biological functions is yet to be carried *** study inves-tigated the paracetamol-induced liver damage-protecting effect of epiphytic Aerides odorata methanol extract(AODE).Methods:The protective effects of AODE were studied by analyzing its effect on liver function parameters,messenger RNA(mRNA)expression,and tissue histopatho-logical *** results were confirmed by ligand-receptor interaction of molecular docking and multitarget interaction of network pharmacological ***:AODE significantly(p<0.05)minimized the dose-dependent increase in acid phosphatase,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,alkaline phos-phatase,γ-glutamyl transferase,lactate dehydrogenase,and total bilirubin compared to the reference drug *** level decreased,and the antioxidant genes catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),β-actin,paraoxonase-1(PON1),and phosphofructokinase-1(PFK-1)were upregulated in AODE-treated paracetamol-intoxicated rats.A total of 376 compounds comprising phenols and flavonoids were identified using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time-of-flight-mass spectrometry(UPLC-qTOF-MS).The online toxicity assessment using SwissADME and admetSAR exhibited drug-like,nontoxic,and potential pharmaco-logical ***,in silico analysis showed that isoacteoside,one of the identified compounds,exhibited the best docking score(−11.42)with the liver pro-tein human pituitary adenylate cyclase-1(Protein Data Bank ID:3N94).Furthermore,network pharmacology analysis identified the top 10 hub genes,namely AKT1(protein kinase B),CTNNB1(catenin beta-1),SRC(proto-oncogene c-Src),TNF(tumor necrosis factor),EGFR(epidermal growth factor receptor),HSP90AA1(heat shock protein 90α),MAPK3(mitogen-activated protein kinase 3),STAT3(signal transducer and activator of transcription 3),CASP3(caspase protein),

The aim of present study was to measure and correlate the solubility of poorly water-soluble flavonoid diosmin in water, ethanol, isopropyl alcohol （IPA）, polyethylene glycol-400 （PEG-400） and β-cyclodextrin （β-CD） aqueous solution （0.02 mol·L^-1 ）. The solubility of diosmio was measured using the shake flask method from （298.15 to 333.15） K at atmospheric pressure. The experimental solubilities of diosmin were regressed by the modified Apelblat model with a relative deviation in the range of 0.048% to 5.940%. The correlation coefficients were observed in the range of 0.9957 to 0.9995. The solubility of diosmin was found to be increased with temperature in all sample matrices investigated. The mole fraction solubility of diosmin was found to be higher in 5-CD aqueous solution and PEG-400 as compared to water, ethanol and IPA. Based on solubility data of present study, diosmin was considered as practically insoluble in water, insoluble in ethanol ＆ IPA and soluble in PEG- 400 and β-CD aqueous solution.

In this paper,we present a comprehensive system model for Industrial Internet of Things(IIoT)networks empowered by Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access(NOMA)and Mobile Edge Computing(MEC)*** network comprises essential components such as base stations,edge servers,and numerous IIoT devices characterized by limited energy and computing *** central challenge addressed is the optimization of resource allocation and task distribution while adhering to stringent queueing delay constraints and minimizing overall energy *** system operates in discrete time slots and employs a quasi-static approach,with a specific focus on the complexities of task partitioning and the management of constrained resources within the IIoT *** study makes valuable contributions to the field by enhancing the understanding of resourceefficient management and task allocation,particularly relevant in real-time industrial *** results indicate that our proposed algorithmsignificantly outperforms existing approaches,reducing queue backlog by 45.32% and 17.25% compared to SMRA and ACRA while achieving a 27.31% and 74.12% improvement in Qn ***,the algorithmeffectively balances complexity and network performance,as demonstratedwhen reducing the number of devices in each group(Ng)from 200 to 50,resulting in a 97.21% reduction in complexity with only a 7.35% increase in energy *** research offers a practical solution for optimizing IIoT networks in real-time industrial settings.

Seed priming has proved to be an effective pre-germination seed invigoration technique for different crops to improve seed and seedling performance under different abiotic *** Bangladesh,winter rice is very often exposed to cold waves just after sowing in the nursery bed resulting in poor seed germination and seedling emergence,yellowish and thin seedlings production,and a very low survival *** priming may mitigate the cold stress during seed germination and seedling emergence and helps in the quality seedling production of winter *** evaluate the efficacy of different seed priming techniques in increasing seedling emergence,growth,vigor and survivability of winter rice cultivars under cold stress,a pot experiment was conducted at the Department of Agronomy,Bangladesh Agricultural University during December 2018 to January *** experiment comprised two factors,(A)Winter rice variety namely,(i)BRRI dhan29 and (ii)BRRI dhan36;(B)Seed priming agent namely (i)Control(no priming),(ii)20000 ppm NaCl,(iii)30000 ppm NaCl,(iv)20000 ppm KCl,(v)30000 ppm KCl,(vi)20000 ppm CaCl2,(vii)30000 ppm CaCl2,(viii)50 ppm CuSO4,(ix)75 ppm CuSO_(4),(x)10000 ppm ZnSO4,(xi)15000 ppm ZnSO4,(xii)2 ppm Na2MoO4,(xiii)3 ppm Na2MoO4,(xiv)100 ppm PEG(Polyethylene glycol 4000)and (xv)150 ppm *** were sown on two different dates viz.,1st December and 1st January so that seedlings are exposed to cold stress at different *** experiment was laid out in a completely randomized design(CRD)with three *** indicated that(in most of the cases)seed priming has a positive impact on seedling emergence rate(%),root length,shoot length,root shoot ratio,root dry weight,shoot dry weight,seedling dry weight and survival rate(%).Among the priming agents,KCl and CaCl2 performed best;while priming with NaCl and PEG showed no advantages over no priming for both the sowing *** general,BRRI dhan36 performed better than BRRI dhan29 in terms of seedling growth because

The present study was undertaken to investigate some water quality parameters (pH, BOD, DO and water temperature), anion concentration (PO43- , SO42- and NO3- ) and the availability of some selected microorganisms consisted of total coliform, fecal coliform (Escherichia coli) and Vibrio cholerae in the Dhaleshwari river during the period from April to June 2015. The water samples were collected from three different stations of the river namely Belta (St-1), Kendua (St-2) and Charabari (St-3) under the Porabari union at Tangail Sadar Upazilla. Water temperature varied from 29.5 oC in June to 31.7 oC in May with a highest mean 31.17 ± 0.47 in May. The pH of water was slightly alkaline in nature and ranged between 7.25 in June and 8.45 in April. Mean concentrations of BOD 0.87 ± 0.19, 1.12 ± 0.6 and 0.97 ± 0.67 were recorded in April, May and June respectively. Highest PO42- value 4.4 mg/l was found in May and lowest value of PO42- 1.74 mg/l was found in June. Mean sulfate values at different months of Dhaleshwaririver were 6.61 ± 1.78 mg/l, 7.61 ± 2.16 mg/l and 3.68 ± 0.23 mg/l respectively. Nitrate concentration in water samples varied from 0.51 mg/l in June to 3.66 mg/l in April. Total coliforms bacteria were found high in all water samples and values ranged from 11.05 × 108 - 19 × 1023 cfu/ml. The highest load of total coliforms bacteria was recorded at St-2 in May and the lowest was at St-1 in April. The highest concentration of (Escherichia coli counted in water sample was 6 × 1013 cfu/ml at St-2 during June, while lowest concentration was 5 × 105 cfu/ml at St-1 during May. The highest concentration of Vibrio cholerae was 9.66 × 1014 cfu/ml at St-1 during June, while lowest concentration was 4.2 × 108 cfu/ml at St-3 during April. The high number of total coliform, Escherichia coli and Vibrio cholerae indicated significant level of microbial pollution in Dhaleshwari river. Drought is one of the critical conditions for the growth and productivity of many crops including mung bean(Vigna radiata ***).Screening of genotypes for variations is one of the suitable strategies for evaluating crop adaptability and global food *** this context,the study investigated the physiological and biochemical responses of four drought tolerant(BARI Mung-8,BMX-08010-2,BMX-010015,BMX-08009-7),and four drought sensitive(BARI Mung-1,BARI Mung-3,BU Mung-4,BMX-05001)mung bean genotypes under wellwatered(WW)and water deficit(WD)*** WW treatment maintained sufficient soil moisture(22%±0.5%,i.e.,30%deficit of available water)by regularly supplying ***,the WD treatment was maintained throughout the growing period,and water was applied when the wilting symptom *** drought tolerant(DT)genotypes BARI Mung-8,BMX-08010-2,BMX-010015,BMX-08009-7 showed a high level of proline accumulation(2.52–5.99 mg g^(−1) FW),photosynthetic pigment(total chlorophyll 2.96–3.27 mg g^(−1) FW at flowering stage,and 1.62–2.38 mg g^(−1) FW at pod developing stage),plant water relation attributes including relative water content(RWC)(82%–84%),water retention capacity(WRC)(12–14)as well as lower water saturation deficit(WSD)(19%–23%),and water uptake capacity(WUC)(2.58–2.89)under WD condition,which provided consequently higher relative seed *** indicate that the tolerant genotypes gained better physiobiochemical attributes and adaptability in response to drought ***,the genotype BMX-08010-2 showed superiority in terms of those physio-biochemical traits,susceptibility index(SSI)and stress tolerance index(STI)to other *** on the physiological and biochemical responses,the BMX-08010-2 was found to be a suitable genotype for sustaining yield under drought stress,and subsequently,it could be recommended for crop improvement through hybridization *** addition,the identified traits can be used as markers to ide
