Enterocytozoon bieneusi is a widespread opportunistic pathogen found in humans and domestic animals,including cattle that poses a public health *** study was performed to evaluate the prevalence,genotypic diversity,and zoonotic potential of *** among children and calves in Bangladesh.A total of 998 fecal samples were collected from children(n=299) and calves(n=699) and screened by nested PCR and sequencing of the ribosomal internal transcribed spacer(ITS).The overall prevalence of *** infection was 6.4% in children and 7.9% in *** sequence analysis of 74 isolates revealed 10 genotypes,including eight known genotypes(A,D,Type Ⅳ,PigEBITS7,I,J,BEB4,and BEB6) and two new genotypes(BANEB1 and BANEB3).Specifically,genotypes A,D,Type Ⅳ,PigEBITS7,BANEB1,and BANEB3,and genotypes D,PigEBITS7,I,J,BEB4,and BEB6 were detected in children and calves,*** them,genotypes D and I were dominant genotypes in children and calves,*** genotypes D and PigEBITS7 were found in both children and calves,with PigEBITS7 being observed for the first time in *** phylogenetic analysis,six genotypes(A,D, Type Ⅳ,PigEBITS7,BANEB1,and BANEB3),detected in 39.2% of the isolates,belonged to zoonotic Group *** remaining four genotypes I,J,BEB4,and BEB6 were clustered in Group 2 and are common members of the group with zoonotic *** the best of our knowledge,this study provides the first report of *** infection in calves in Bangladesh and also the first molecular characterization of the parasite in children and calves in this *** new genotypes in children have been found,which is ***,the presence of zoonotic genotypes indicates that cattle may serve as reservoirs for ***,which can be a source of human microsporidiosis.

This article outlines an Effective Method for Automatic Electric Vehicle Charging Stations in a Static Environment. It consists of investigated wireless transformer structures with various ferrite forms. WPT technology has rapidly advanced in the last few years. At kilowatt power levels, the transmission distance grows from a few millimeters to several hundred millimeters with a grid to load efficiency greater than 90%. The improvements have made the WPT more appealing for electric vehicle (EV) charging applications in both static and dynamic charging scenarios. Static and dynamic WEVCS, two of the main applications, are described, and current developments with features from research facilities, academic institutions, and businesses are noted. Additionally, forthcoming concepts based WEVCS are analyzed and examined, including “dynamic” wireless charging systems (WCS). A dynamic wireless power transfer (DWPT) system, which can supply electricity to moving EVs, is one of the feasible alternatives. The moving secondary coil is part of the dynamic WPT system, which also comprises of many fixed groundside (primary) coils. An equivalent circuit between the stationary system and the dynamic WPT system that results from the stationary system is demonstrated by theoretical investigations. The dynamic WPT system’s solenoid coils outperform circular coils in terms of flux distribution and misalignment. The WPT-related EV wireless charging technologies were examined in this study. WPT can assist EVs in overcoming their restrictions on cost, range, and charging time.

Enterocytozoon bieneusi is a zoonotic pathogen of the phylum Microspore that infects humans as well as a variety of animal species *** molecular epidemiologic studies have characterized this parasite in various hosts,isolates from many susceptible hosts have not yet been *** experiment was conducted to study Enterocytozoon bieneusi genotypes in Pere David’s deer(Elaphurus davidianus) in Henan,*** this study,*** was isolated from 47 Pere David’s deer(Elaphurus davidianus) in Henan,China and characterized via PCR analysis of the internal transcribed spacer(ITS) *** was detected in 16 out of 47(34.0%) fecal specimens *** analysis of the ITS revealed six known genoty pes:Type Ⅳ(4),EbpC(4),EbpA(4),BEB6(2),COS-Ⅰ(1),and COS-Ⅱ(1).Of these,TypeⅣ,EbpC,and EbpA are known to cause human microsporidiosis worldwide,whereas the remaining genotypes are generally specific to *** present study indicated that Pere David’s deer are naturally infected with ***,predominantly with zoonotic genotypes,and may pose a risk for human transmission.

为了解我国不同地区犬和猫毕氏肠微孢子虫的感染情况及基因型分布规律,2012年3月至2012年12月间对郑州、新乡、许昌、西安和重庆等地收集的276份犬和猫粪便样品基于ITS基因进行***的PCR扩增和测序,结果共扩增出44个目的条带,总感染率为15.94%(44/276)。犬和猫样品的感染率分别为21.29%(34/158)和8.47%(10/94),流浪犬的感染率(13.89%)明显低于宠物犬(27.91%)。重庆犬***的感染率为46.67%,高于郑州犬(17.02%)和西安犬(11.77%)的感染率。根据测序结果分析,本研究共发现18个***基因型,其中犬感染了5个已报道的基因型(PtEbIX、CM1、Peru8、EbpC、Type IV)和6个新基因型(CD1-6),猫感染了4个已报道的基因型(PtEbIX、BEB6、D和I)和3个新基因型(CC1-3)。种系发育分析显示,5个新基因型CD1、CD2、CD4、CC2和CC3,与EbpC、D、TypeⅣ、Peru8和CM1均位于***基因型的Group1群中,该群为人兽共患的致病性群,提示5个新基因型具有人兽共患特性,有重要的公共卫生意义。

A study has been arranged to investigate the flow of non-Newtonian fluid in a vertical asymmetrical channel using peristalsis. The porous medium allows the electrically conductive fluid to flow in the channel, while a uniform magnetic field is applied perpendicular to the flow direction. The analysis takes into account the combined influence of heat and mass transfer, including the effects of Soret and Dufour. The flow’s non-Newtonian behavior is characterized using a Casson rheological model. The fluid flow equations are examined within a wave frame of reference that has a wave velocity. The analytic solution is examined using long wavelengths and a small Reynolds number assumption. The stream function, temperature, concentration and heat transfer coefficient expressions are derived. The bvp4c function from MATLAB has been used to numerically solve the transformed equations. The flow characteristics have been analyzed using graphs to demonstrate the impacts of different parameters.

Cumulative assessment is a tool for the project developer to try and take into consideration not only their contribution to cumulative impacts but also other projects and external factors that may place their developments at *** study assessed the cumulative impacts of air emissions from 22 major power plants in southeast Bangladesh planned to generate 21,550 MW of *** also includes anticipated growth in small to medium size industries,brickfields,highway traffic,inland water transport,transhippers,jetty,and vessel transports used for transporting fuel resources for these power plants.A 50 km by 50 km airshed is considered for air quality *** analysis indicates that predicted MGLCs(Maximum Ground Level Concentrations)of NO2 and CO are complying with both Bangladesh NAAQS(National Ambient Air Quality Standards)and WBG(World Bank Group)*** daily average MGLC of PM_(2.5)(62.45µg/m^(3))from all sources complies with NAAQS,however,exceeds the WBG *** PM_(2.5) concentration(15.45µg/m^(3))exceeds NAAQS and WBG *** PM10 concentration complies with the NAAQS for both 24-hour and annual averaging *** average concentration(23.12µg/m^(3))exceeds WBG *** average SO2 concentration(102.49µg/m^(3))complies with the NAAQS however,it exceeds the WBG guideline *** concentrations of PM_(2.5) and SO2 are due to the contribution of transboundary emissions and secondary pollutants in the *** dispersion modeling outcome can be used by the policymakers for the pollution reduction strategy.
