Assuring medical images protection and robustness is a compulsory necessity *** this paper,a novel technique is proposed that fuses the wavelet-induced multi-resolution decomposition of the Discrete Wavelet Transform(DWT)with the energy compaction of the Discrete Wavelet Transform(DCT).The multi-level Encryption-based Hybrid Fusion Technique(EbhFT)aims to achieve great advances in terms of imperceptibility and security of medical images.A DWT disintegrated sub-band of a cover image is reformed simultaneously using the DCT ***,a 64-bit hex key is employed to encrypt the host image as well as participate in the second key creation process to encode the ***,a PN-sequence key is formed along with a supplementary key in the third layer of the ***,the watermarked image is generated by enclosing both keys into DWT and DCT *** fusions ability of the proposed EbHFT technique makes the best use of the distinct privileges of using both DWT and DCT *** order to validate the proposed technique,a standard dataset of medical images is *** results show higher performance of the visual quality(i.e.,57.65)for the watermarked forms of all types of medical *** addition,EbHFT robustness outperforms an existing scheme tested for the same dataset in terms of Normalized Correlation(NC).Finally,extra protection for digital images from against illegal replicating and unapproved tampering using the proposed technique.

Unlike central nervous system injuries,peripheral nerve injuries(PNIs)are often characterized by more or less successful axonal ***,structural and functional recovery is a senile process involving multifaceted cellular and molecular *** contemporary treatment options are limited,with surgical intervention as the gold-standard method;however,each treatment option has its associated limitations,especially when the injury is severe with a large *** advancements in cell-based therapy and cell-free therapy approaches using stem cell-derived soluble and insoluble components of the cell secretome are fast-emerging therapeutic approaches to treating acute and chronic *** recent pilot study is a leap forward in the field,which is expected to pave the way for more enormous,systematic,and well-designed clinical trials to assess the therapeutic efficacy of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes as a bio-drug either alone or as part of a combinatorial approach,in an attempt synergize the best of novel treatment approaches to address the complexity of the neural repair and regeneration.

Optical Characterization of rf-Magnetron Sputtered Nanostructured SnO2 Thin Films

Tin oxide （Sn02 ） thin films are deposited by rf-magnetron sputtering and annealed at various temperatures in the range of 100-500 ℃ for 15 min. Raman spectra of the annealed films depict the formation of a small amount of SnO phase in the tetragonal Sn02 matrix, which is verified by x-ray diffraction. The average particle size is found to be about 20-30 nm, as calculated from x-ray peak broadening and SEM images. Various optical parameters such as optical band gap energy, refractive index, optical conductivity, carrier mobility, carrier concentration etc. are determined from the optical transmittance and reflectance data recorded in the wavelength range 250-2500 nm. The results are analyzed and compared with the data in the literature.

Detection of abnormalities in human eye is one of the wellestablished research areas of Machine *** Learning techniques are widely used for the diagnosis of RetinalDiseases(RD).Fovea is one of the significant parts of retina which would be prevented before the involvement of Perforated Blood Vessels(PBV).Retinopathy Images(RI)contains sufficient information to classify structural changes incurred upon PBV but Macular Features(MF)and Fovea Features(FF)are very difficult to detect because features ofMFand FF could be found with Similar Color Movements(SCM)with minor *** paper presents novel method for the diagnosis of Irregular Fovea(IF)to assist the doctors in diagnosis of irregular *** considering all above problems this paper proposes a three-layer decision support system to explore the hindsight knowledge of RI and to solve the classification problem of *** first layer involves data preparation,the second layer builds the decision model to extract the hidden patterns of fundus images by using Deep Belief Neural Network(DBN)and the third layer visualizes the results by using confusion *** paper contributes a data preparation algorithm for irregular fovea and a highest estimated classification accuracy measured about 96.90%.

Plant extract-loaded bacterial cellulose composite membrane for potential biomedical applications

Bacterial cellulose(BC)has been extensively explored as biomaterial for various biomedical applications owing to its non-toxic nature and unique structural morphology and impressive physicochemical and mechanical ***,its high production cost and lack of antimicrobial activity have restricted its large-scale production and therapeutic ***,the current study is aimed to devise a strategy for low-cost BC production and develop its composite with bioactive materials to bless it with antimicrobial ***,5 mm thick reticulated fibrous and highly porous BC was produced by utilizing the wasted rotten tomatoes as the production *** produced bacterial cellulose waste(BCW)(i.e.,produced from wastes)was ex-situ modified with bioactive plant extract(PE)obtained from Euclea schimperi,and the bactericidal activity of the developed BCW/PE was evaluated against Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative Escherichia coli through disc diffusion and colony forming unit(CFU)count *** BCW/PE composite showed high bactericidal activities against *** and produced clear inhibition zone whereas negligible activity was observed against ***,indicating its bactericidal activity mainly against the Gram-positive ***,this study illustrates that there is a huge potential for developing valuable biomaterials from food wastes and utilizing their liquid holding capabilities for value-added applications in medical and pharmaceutical fields.

Software-defined networking(SDN)makes network agile and flexible due to its programmable *** extensive network has multiple domains in SDN for the scalability and performance of the ***,the inter-domain link is also crucial for the stability of the entire network on the data plane *** than one inter-domain connection enhances the scalability of the data plane ***,it faces a reachability problem with the principal root,which causes forwarding loops and packet drops in the network,thereby degrading network *** proposed solution is a multiple controller architecture;however,this approach increases the complexity and affects network ***,in this study,we propose a framework that avoids forwarding loops and packet drops without the synchronization of multiple-domain controllers in the network using an avoid loop with test packet ***,we collect the link status for improved routing and load balancing for the upcoming flow across inter-domain links to prevent congestion and increase throughput in real *** proposed methodology can significantly reduce the controller workload against multiple controller architecture,minimize flow setup latency,and improve throughput.

Preparation and characterization of doubly substituted microwave absorbing material by sol-gel technique for super high frequency applications

Rare earth Dy;and divalent Mn;elements substituting W-type hexagonal ferrites Ba;Dy;Zn;Fe;Mn;O;（x=0,0.02,0.06,0.1 and y=0,0.1,0.3,0.5）were prepared by sol-gel *** thermo-gravimetric analysis（TGA）and differential scanning calorimetry（DSC）was carried out to find the temperature at which single phase can be *** patterns indicate the presence of the single phase for all the synthesized samples with the absence of any extra peak due to unreacted material and secondary *** occurrence of absorption bands at low wave numbers(563 and 446 cm;),can be assigned to the stretching vibration of metal and oxygen ions in FTIR spectra,which also confirms the single hexagonal phase for prepared *** grains are of platelet like structure,which enhances the microwave absorption properties of hexagonal *** synthesized material exhibits the minimum reflection loss of-20.9 dB at 11.8 GHz frequency,which reflects the applications of this material in super high frequency *** microwave conductivity of the material increases with frequency.

Big data is the collection of large datasets from traditional and digital sources to identify trends and *** quantity and variety of computer data are growing exponentially for many *** example,retailers are building vast databases of customer sales *** are working on logistics financial services,and public social media are sharing a vast quantity of sentiments related to sales price and *** of big data include volume and variety in both structured and unstructured *** this paper,we implemented several machine learning models through Spark MLlib using PySpark,which is scalable,fast,easily integrated with other tools,and has better performance than the traditional *** studied the stocks of 10 top companies,whose data include historical stock prices,with MLlib models such as linear regression,generalized linear regression,random forest,and decision *** implemented naive Bayes and logistic regression classification *** results suggest that linear regression,random forest,and generalized linear regression provide an accuracy of 80%-98%.The experimental results of the decision tree did not well predict share price movements in the stock market.
