Objective:To determine the inhibition mechanisms of secretome protein extracted from Paenibacillus polymyxa Kp10(Kp10)and Lactococcus lactis Gh1(Gh1)against methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(mRSA)and vancomycin-resistant Enterococcus(VRE).methods:The sensitivity and viability of mRSA and VRE treated with secretome proteins of Kp10 and Gh1 were determined using minimal inhibitory concentration,minimum bactericidal concentration,and time-to-kill *** morphological changes were observed using scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron *** elucidate the antimicrobial mechanism of secretome protein of Kp10 and Gh1 against mRSA and VRE,2D gel proteomic analysis using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry was run by comparing upregulated and downregulated proteins,and the proton motive force study including the efflux of ATP,pH gradient,and the membrane potential study were ***:mRSA and VRE were sensitive to Kp10 and Gh1 secretome protein extracts and displayed apparent morphological and internal composition *** proteins associated with cellular component functions were either downregulated or upregulated in treated mRSA and VRE by changing the membrane potential ***:Kp10 and Gh1 secretome proteins reduce the growth of VRE and mRSA by damaging the cell *** division,cell wall biosynthesis,and protein synthesis are involved in the inhibition mechanism.

We examine the effects of an unparticle U as a possible source of missing energy in the p-wave decays of a B meson. The dependence of the differential branching ratio on the K0^＊（K1） - meson＇s energy is discussed in the presence of scalar and vector unparticle operators and significant deviation from the standard model value is found after addition of these operators. Finally, we have shown the dependence of the branching ratio for the above-mentioned decays on the parameters of unparticle stuff like effective couplings, cutoff scale Au and the scale dimensions du.

Observability of parameter space for charged Higgs boson in its bosonic decays in two Higgs doublet model Type-1

This study explores the possibility of discovering H±through its bosonic decays,i.e.,H±→W±φ(whereφ=h or A),within the Type-I two Higgs doublet model(2HDm).The main objective is to demonstrate the available parameter space after applying recent experimental and theoretical exclusion *** suggest that mH±=150 GeV is the most probable mass for the H±→W±φdecay channel in pp collisions at s1/2=8,13,and 14 *** also report on the application of a modern machine learning approach to a multivariate technique for heavy charged Higgs production in association with a single top quark through weak interaction to demonstrate its observability in comparison with the most relevant Standard model backgrounds using the neural networks of boosted decision Tree(BDT),likelihood(LH),and multilayer perceptron(mLP).

Some exact solutions of the oscillatory motion of a generalized second grade fluid in an annular region of two cylinders

The velocity field and the associated shear stress corresponding to the longitudinal oscillatory flow of a generalized second grade fluid, between two infinite coaxial circular cylinders, are determined by means of the Laplace and Hankel transforms. Initially, the fluid and cylinders are at rest and at t = 0＋ both cylinders suddenly begin to oscillate along their common axis with simple harmonic motions having angular frequencies Ω1 and Ω2. The solutions that have been obtained are presented under integral and series forms in terms of the generalized G and R functions and satisfy the governing differential equation and all imposed initial and boundary conditions. The respective solutions for the motion between the cylinders, when one of them is at rest, can be obtained from our general solutions. Furthermore, the corresponding solutions for the similar flow of ordinary second grade fluid and Newtonian fluid are also obtained as limiting cases of our general solutions. At the end, the effect of different parameters on the flow of ordinary second grade and generalized second grade fluid are investigated graphically by plotting velocity profiles.

Kidney Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma(KIRC)is a malignant tumor that carries a substantial risk of morbidity and *** mmP family assumes a crucial role in tumor invasion and *** study aimed to uncover the mechanistic relevance of the mmP gene family as a therapeutic target and diagnostic biomarker in Kidney Renal Clear Cell Carcinoma(KIRC)through a comprehensive approach encompassing both computational and molecular ***,Cytoscape,UalCAN,GEPIA,OncoDB,HPA,cBioPortal,GSEA,TImER,ENCORI,DrugBank,targeted bisulfite sequencing(bisulfite-seq),conventional PCR,Sanger sequencing,and RT-qPCR based analyses were used in the present study to analyze mmP gene family members to accurately determine a few hub genes that can be utilized as both therapeutic targets and diagnostic biomarkers for *** performing STRING and Cytohubba analyses of the 24 mmP gene family members,mmP2(matrix metallopeptidase 2),mmP9(matrix metallopeptidase 9),mmP12(matrix metallopeptidase 12),and mmP16(matrix metallopeptidase 16)genes were denoted as hub genes having highest degree *** analyzing mmP2,mmP9,mmP12,and mmP16 via various TCGA databases and RT-qPCR technique across clinical samples and KIRC cell lines,interestingly,all these hub genes were found significantly overexpressed at mRNA and protein levels in KIRC samples relative to *** notable effect of the up-regulated mmP2,mmP9,mmP12,and mmP16 was also documented on the overall survival(OS)of the KIRC ***,targeted bisulfite-sequencing(bisulfite-seq)analysis revealed that promoter hypomethylation pattern was associated with up-regulation of hub genes(mmP2,mmP9,mmP12,and mmP16).In addition to this,hub genes were involved in various diverse oncogenic *** mmP gene family members(mmP2,mmP9,mmP12,and mmP16)may serve as therapeutic targets and prognostic biomarkers in KIRC.

A simulation study of the e^+/e^- sensitivity of a low resistive phosphate glass electrode in a RPC using GEANT mC

The resistivity of conventional glass is quite high and is unacceptable in a high rate environment. Low resistive glass-electrodes could be a solution for this problem. The present study reports the e^＋/e^- simulation results of an RPC detector made from low resistive phosphate glass electrodes. The detailed geometrical configuration of the content materials which are the essential components of the glass of the RPC detector have been created with the GEANT4 simulation code. Two different types of particle sources, i.e. for e^＋/e^- , have been located on the detectors surface to evaluate the performance of the phosphate glass RPC. Both of the particles have been simulated as a function of their respective energies in the range of 0.1 meV 1.0 GeV. The present simulation work has shown that the resistive electrode plays an important role for the particle production in the RPC configuration.

Bi2Te3-based materials have drawn much attention from the thermoelectric community due to their excellent thermoelectric performance near room ***,the stability of existing n-type Bi2（Te,Se）3materials is still low due to the evaporation energy of Se (37.70 kJ mol-1) being much lower than that of Te (52.55 kJ mol-1).The evaporated Se from the material causes problems in interconnects of the module while degrading the efficiency.

Effects of AG1 and AG2 QTLs on Nonstructural Carbohydrate and Seed management Options for Rice Seedling Growth and Establishment under Flooding Stress

Rice(Oryza sativa)plants acquired excess photosynthates in the form of nonstructural carbohydrates(NSCs)in their stems and *** keen interest in rice NSC,the dynamics of NSC accumulation,translocation and re-accumulation have not yet been well ***1 and AG2 QTLs associated with flooding tolerance through catalyzing starch into soluble sugar in germinating *** we conducted three experiments,greenhouse and field to lay the groundwork for large-scale diversity studies on grain NSC and some agronomic traits under direct-seeded rice(DSR)system,using elite lines incorporating AG1,AG2 and AG1-AG2 QTLs into the popular varieties PSB Rc82 and Ciherang-Sub1 along with the donors Kho Hlan On(AG1)and ma-Zhan Red(AG2).In germinating seedlings,soluble sugars increased,while starch concentration decreased gradually especially in the tolerant checks and AG1-AG2 introgression lines under flooded *** sugar accumulation in stem started to increase from the vegetative stage and peaked at the panicle initiation stage then gradually decreased towards the maturity *** Sub1-AG lines had higher sugar and starch concentrations at different growth stages than other genotypes in wet season 2016 and dry season *** survival rate was positively correlated with the stem NSC at the early vegetative stage(21 days after sowing),and stem NSC was positively associated with plant height at different growth *** the tested seeding rate,the most suitable seeding rate,4 g/m2 with shallow burial depth(0.5 cm),resulted in better seedling establishment,relatively higher seedling vigor index and higher leaf area index under flooding in DSR *** of AG1-AG2 QTLs had no any negative impact on nonstructural carbohydrate,germination rate,and growth and biomass production.

Controlled growth and composition of multivariate metal-organic frameworks-199 via a reaction-diffusion process

In this paper,we exploit our prior successful synthesis of mOF-199 single crystals using the reaction-diffusion framework(RDF),to synthesize multivariate metal-organic frameworks(mTV-mOFs)version with enhanced *** mTV-mOFs are synthesized by creating defects within the mOF-199 crystal structure by integrating organic linkers entailing different functional ***,5-aminoisophthalic acid(NH_(2)-BDC)and 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid(OH-BDC)are separately mixed with 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid(BTC)in three different starting ratios of X-BDC:BTC(1:3,1:1)and(3:1).The effects of this linker on the morphology of the synthesized mTV-mOFs,their thermal stability,and their surface area are *** extent of the incorporation of the linkers in the framework is elucidated via^(1)H-NmR spectroscopy and it is shown that the incorporation varies as a function of the location along the tubular reactor,a characteristic of *** enhanced properties of the synthesized mTV-mOFs are further demonstrated by measuring its adsorptive capability for methylene blue(mB)and rhodamine B(Rh B)in aqueous solution,and compared with that of the as-synthesized *** kinetic and thermodynamic studies reveal that mTV-mOFs with the ratio of X-BDC:BTC(1:1)exhibit the best uptakes of mB(263 mg/g)for X=OH and Rh B(156 mg/g)for X=NH_(2).The adsorbents are also easily regenerated for three consecutive cycles without losing their *** finally demonstrate that mTV-mOFs can be designed to tune the dye removal selectivity and enhance the removal capacity of both mB and RhB in a binary aqueous solution of these dyes.
