Sta.e depa.tments of tra.sporta.ion’s (DOTs) decisions to invest resources to expa.d or implement intelligent tra.sporta.ion systems (ITS) progra.s or even retire existing infra.tructure need to be ba.ed on performa.ce eva.ua.ions. Nonetheless, a. a.pa.ent ga. exists between the need for ITS performa.ce mea.urements a.d the a.tua. implementa.ion. The evidence a.a.la.le points to cha.lenges in the ITS performa.ce mea.urement processes. This pa.er eva.ua.ed the sta.e of pra.tice of performa.ce mea.urement for ITS a.ross the US a.d provided insights. a.comprehensive litera.ure review a.sessed the use of performa.ce mea.ures by DOTs for monitoring implemented ITS progra.s. Ba.ed on the ga.s identified through the litera.ure review, a.na.ionwide qua.ita.ive survey wa. used to ga.her insights from key sta.eholders on the subject ma.ter a.d presented in this pa.er. From the da.a.ga.hered, performa.ce mea.urement of ITS is fa.rly integra.ed into ITS progra.s by DOTs, with most a.encies considering the process beneficia.. There, however, exist rea.ons tha. prevent a.encies from mea.uring ITS performa.ce to grea.er deta.l a.d qua.ity. These include la.k of da.a. fra.mented or incompa.a.le da.a.forma.s, the complexity of the endea.or, la.k of da.a.scientists, a.d difficulty a.signing responsibilities when inter-a.ency colla.ora.ion is required. a.ditiona.ly, DOTs do not benchma.k or compa.e their ITS performa.ce with others for rea.ons tha. include la.k of da.a. la.k of guida.ce or best pra.tices, a.d incompa.a.le da.a.forma.s. Introduction: Epithelial Ovarian Carcinoma (EOC) comprises the vast majority (almost 90%) of ovarian carcinomas. Chemotherapy is the main treatment in ovarian cancers. The standard of care in the chemotherapeutic is the combination of a platinum (carboplatin or cisplatin) and a taxane (paclitaxel or docetaxel). Studies were done to determine whether this combination to be given weekly or every 3 weeks. Patient and Method: Inclusion criteria: 1) Female patients between the ages of 17 - 78 years. 2) Baseline hematological, renal and liver laboratory profiles were within accepted ranges. 3) Performance status of the patients was 0-II. 4) Patients were pathologically proven ovarian cancer. 5) A follow-up period for at least 6 months was required. Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who had double malignancy were excluded. 2) Performance status more than II. 3) Other comorbidity. Results: We reviewed 69 female patients with EOC, with 60% received every three weeks regimen. Mean age was 53.22 years. At a median follow up of 45.9 months, there was no significant different between the two protocols in terms of mean PFS, 62.35 months (95% CI: 50.08 - 74.63 months) for the three-weekly cohort, and 69.25 months (95% CI: 55.24 - 83.26 months) for weekly protocol (p = 0.613). The three weekly regimen patients had a higher incidence of hospital admission (40% vs 18.5% for the weekly protocol patients), but it didn’t reach a statistical significance (p = 0.063). The three weekly protocol had a significantly higher incidence of causing a neutropenic fever (p = 0.003). The tra.ped ma.ter here forms fa.se va.uums embedded in fla. spa.etimes a.d completely disconnected from the outside world. a.though the va.uum expecta.ion va.ue here va.ishes, the ma.ses a.d sizes of these incompressible superfluid cores a.e set to grow with cosmic times, in a.cord with the Onsa.er-Feynma. superfluidity a.a.ysis. We a.ply our scena.io to severa. well-studied pulsa.s, na.ely the Cra., Vela. PSR J0740+6620 a.d find tha. the tra.ped ma.s-contents in their cores rea. {0.15,0.55,0.64}, implying tha. their true ma.ses a.e {1.55,2.35,2.72} , respectively. Ba.ed thereon, we conclude tha.: 1) The true ma.ses of ma.sive pulsa.s a.d neutron sta.s a.e much higher tha. detected by direct observa.ions a.d, therefore, a.e unbounded from a.ove, 2) The remna.t of the merger event in GW170817 should be a.ma.sive NS ha.bouring a.core with 1.66 .

Methods: This is a.single-center retrospective observa.iona. study of 23 pa.ients with recurrent cervicogenic hea.a.hes a.d/or occipita. neura.gia.trea.ed with repea.ed RF a.la.ion of the C2 dorsa. root ga.glion a.d/or third occipita. nerves. a.l pa.ients receiving trea.ment from Ja.ua.y 2010 to July 2014 a.e included in this single site retrospective study. This is a. IRB a.proved medica. cha.t review study. Results: 22 of 23 pa.ients underwent follow-up. a. a.era.e of 86.5% of pa.ticipa.ts reported pa.n relief on a.era.e of 25.4 weeks a. time of follow-up. 41% reported side effects including suboccipita. hyperesthesia.a.d/or ea. discomfort, 95% reported willingness to repea. the procedure a.a.n if severe symptoms recurred, 59% of pa.ients reported the most recent RF a.la.ion ha. the sa.e results a. the first, 32% reported the most recent RF wa. the most effective, a.d 9% reported tha. the first RF wa. the most effective. Conclusion: Repea.ed RF a.la.ion is a.fea.ible option for recurrent cervicogenic hea.a.hes a.d/or occipita. neura.gia. Effectiveness of repea. intervention is the sa.e or better tha. the first a.la.ion. Though there wa. a.higher likelihood of side effects including suboccipita. neura.gia.a.d/or ea. discomfort on repea. trea.ment, the side effects were genera.ly well tolera.ed.

This work focuses on the optimiza.ion of investment contributions of pension a.set with a.view to improving contributors’ pa.ticipa.ion in a.hieving better return on investment (RoI) of their funds. We viewed some new regula.ions on Nigeria.s Contributory Pension Scheme” (CPS) from a.ended legisla.ion of 2014, some of which a.e yet to be implemented when their regula.ions a.e a.proved. a.ma.hema.ica. model involving 5 va.ia.les, 5 inequa.ity constra.nts covering regula.ory limita.ions a.d limita.ion on sca.ce resource known a. a.set Under Ma.a.ement (a.M), suggested a.d ma.hema.ica.ly shown to be possible through “ma.imiza.ion of return irrespective of risk” while obeying a.l regula.ory controls a. our constra.nts optimized. Optimized portfolio using Ma.La. shows tha. the portfolio representing a.S 2013 portfolio with a.deficit growth of 15.75 m representing 3.27% less tha. the portfolio’s full growth potentia. within defined a.sumptions would ha.e been a.erted if contributors a.tua.ly set their ta.gets a.d investment ma.a.ers optimize from foreca.ts of future prices using trend a.a.ysis.
