COVID-19 comes from a large family of viruses identied in 1965;to date,seven groups have been recorded which have been found to affect *** the healthcare industry,there is much evidence that al or machine learning algorithms can provide effective models that solve problems in order to predict conrmed cases,recovered cases,and *** researchers and scientists in the eld of machine learning are also involved in solving this dilemma,seeking to understand the patterns and characteristics of virus attacks,so scientists may make the right decisions and take specic ***,many models have been considered to predict the Coronavirus outbreak,such as the retro prediction model,pandemic Kaplan’s model,and the neural forecasting *** research has used the time series-dependent face book prophet model for COVID-19 prediction in India’s various ***,we proposed a prediction and analysis model to predict COVID-19 in Saudi *** time series dependent face book prophet model is used to t the data and provide future *** study aimed to determine the pandemic prediction of COVID-19 in Saudi Arabia,using the Time Series Analysis to observe and predict the coronavirus pandemic’s spread daily or *** found that the proposed model has a low ability to forecast the recovered cases of the COVID-19 *** contrast,the proposed model of death cases has a high ability to forecast the COVID-19 ***,obtaining more data could empower the model for further validation.

Considerable research has demonstrated how effective requirements engineering is critical for the success of software *** engineering has been established and recognized as one of the most important aspects of software engineering as of *** is noteworthy to mention that requirement consistency is a critical factor in project success,and conflicts in requirements lead to waste of cost,time,and effort.A considerable number of research studies have shown the risks and problems caused by working with requirements that are in conflict with other *** risks include running overtime or over budget,which may lead to project *** the very least,it would result in the extra expended *** studies have also stated that failure in managing requirement conflicts is one of the main reasons for unsuccessful software projects due to high cost and insufficient *** prior research studies have proposed manual techniques to detect conflicts,whereas other research recommends automated approaches based on human ***,there are different resolutions for conflicting *** previous work proposed a scheme for dealing with this problem using a novel intelligent method to detect conflicts and resolve them.A rule-based system was proposed to identify conflicts in requirements,and a genetic algorithm(GA)was used to resolve *** objective of this work is to assess and evaluate the implementation of the method of minimizing the number of conflicts in the *** methodology implemented comprises two different *** first stage,detecting conflicts using a rule-based system,demonstrated a correct result with 100% *** evaluation of using the GA to resolve and reduce conflicts in the second stage also displayed a good result and achieved the desired goal as well as the main objective of the research.

One of the leading causes of mortality worldwide is liver *** earlier the detection of hepatic tumors,the lower the mortality *** paper introduces a computer-aided diagnosis system to extract hepatic tumors from computed tomography scans and classify them into malignant or benign *** hepatic tumors from computed tomography scans is considered a challenging task due to the fuzziness in the liver pixel range,intensity values overlap between the liver and neighboring organs,high noise from computed tomography scanner,and large variance in tumors *** proposed method consists of three main stages;liver segmentation using Fast Generalized Fuzzy C-Means,tumor segmentation using dynamic thresholding,and the tumor’s classification into malignant/benign using support vector machines *** performance of the proposed system was evaluated using three liver benchmark datasets,which are MICCAI-Sliver07,LiTS17,and *** proposed computer adided diagnosis system achieved an average accuracy of 96.75%,sensetivity of 96.38%,specificity of 95.20%and Dice similarity coefficient of 95.13%.

Control and Synchronization with Known and Unknown Parameters

In this paper, we consider the chaos control for 4D hyperchaotic system by two cases, known & unknown parameters based on Lyapunov stability theory via nonlinear control. We find that there are two cofactors that have an effect on determining any case to achieve the control, the two cofactors are proposed in the control and the matrix that produce from the time derivative of Lyapunov function. In adding, we find some weakness cases in Lyapunov stability theory. For this reason, we design with only one controller and perform a simple change in this control in order to recognize the difference between these cases although all of the controllers are almost similar.

Incorporation of Biochar Carbon into Stable Soil Aggregates:The Role of Clay Mineralogy and Other Soil Characteristics

Aggregation and structure play key roles in water-holding capacity and stability of *** this study,the incorporation of carbon(C) from switchgrass biochar into stable aggregate size fractions was assessed in an Aridisol(from Colorado,USA) dominated by 2:1 clays and an alfisol(from Virginia,USA) containing weathered mixed 1:1 and 2:1 mineralogy,to evaluate the effect of biochar addition on soil *** biochar was applied at 4 levels,0,25,50,and 100 g kg^(-1),to the soils grown with wheat in a growth chamber *** changes in soil strength and water-holding capacity using water release curves were *** the Colorado soil,the proportion of soil occurring in large aggregates decreased,with concomitant increases in small size *** changes in aggregate size fractions occurred in the Virginia *** the Colorado soil,C content increased from 3.3 to 16.8 g kg^(-1),whereas in the2 000 μm *** greatest increase(from 6.2 to 22.0 g kg^(-1)) occurred in the 53–250 μm *** results indicated that C was incorporated into larger aggregates in the Virginia soil,but remained largely unassociated to soil particles in the Colorado *** addition had no significant effect on water-holding capacity or strength *** biochar to more weathered soils with high native soil organic content may result in greater stabilization of incorporated C and result in less loss because of erosion and transport,compared with the soils dominated by 2:1 clays and low native soil organic content.

Switchgrass Biochar Effects on Plant Biomass and Microbial Dynamics in Two Soils from Different Regions

Biochar amendments to soils may alter soil function and fertility in various ways, including through induced changes in the microbial community. We assessed microbial activity and community composition of two distinct clayey soil types, an Aridisol from Colorado （CO） in the U.S. Central Great Plains, and an alfisol from Virginia （VA） in the southeastern USA following the application of switchgrass （Panicum virgatum） biochar. The switchgrass biochar was applied at four levels, 0%,0, 2.5%, 5%, and 10%, approximately equivalent to biochar additions of 0, 25, 50, and 100 t ha^-1, respectively, to the soils grown with wheat （Triticum aestivum） in an eight-week growth chamber experiment. We measured wheat shoot biomass and nitrogen （N） content and soil nutrient availability and N mineralization rates, and characterized the microbial fatty acid methyl ester （FAME） profiles of the soils. Net N mineralization rates decreased in both soils in proportion to an increase in biochar levels, but the effect was more marked in the VA soil, where net N mineralization decreased from -2.1 to -38.4 mg kg^-1. The 10% biochar addition increased soil pH, electrical conductivity, Mehlich- and bicarbonate-extractable phosphorus （P）, and extractable potassium （K） in both soil types. The wheat shoot biomass decreased from 17.7 to 9.1 g with incremental additions of biochar in the CO soil, but no difference was noted in plants grown in the VA soil. The FAME recovery assay indicated that the switchgrass biochar addition could introduce artifacts in analysis, so the results needed to be interpreted with caution. Non-corrected total FAME concentrations indicated a decline by 457o and 34% with 10% biochar addition in the CO and VA soils, respectively, though these differences became nonsignificant when the extraction efficiency correction factor was applied. The Role of Cooling Condition on the Superconducting Properties of Tl2-xHgxSr2Ca2Cu3O10+δSystem

Solid state reaction method was used to prepare high temperature superconductor with a nominal composition Tl2-xHgxSr2Ca2Cu3O10+δ (0 ≤ x ≤ 1). The effect of quenching on the superconducting properties has been investigated by preparing two sets of samples at 1133 K for 3 hrs. The superconducting properties of the samples have been examined by electrical measurements. It is found that a partial substitution for Tl by Hg increases the formation of high-Tc phase and increases its Tc. X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern analyses have shown a tetragonal structure, and there are at least two superconducting phases.

Measuring compliance of package inserts in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi—UAE

Purpose: The aim of this study was to examine if package inserts (PIs) supplied with prescribed medications in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi contain all relevant information to the safe and appropriate use of these medications. Methods: Sixty seven PIs for prescription—only medications were evaluated against a set of safety criteria published from the Ministry of Health. Results: Analyzed PIs showed many deficiencies with regard to the Ministry of Health (MOH) Investigation New Drug Application (INDA) requirements. Particularly of concern were side effects, warnings, use in pregnancy, lactation, and the storage conditions for the product. Conclusions: This study indicated that information relevant to the safe and appropriate use of medications was not uniformly mentioned in the PIs analyzed. To avoid medication errors due to deficits in the current PIs, we recommend regulatory oversight and regulator audits from pharmaceutical company, followed by enhancement of regulations requiring companies to also create patient information leaflets.

altered Levels of Blood Glucose and Serum Lipids in Sudanese Patients with Ovarian Cancer

Background: The etiology of ovarian cancer is not well-understood;numerous metabolomics profiling, epidemiological, and hospital-based case control studies have associated abnormal levels of blood glucose and serum lipids with the risk and the prognosis of various types of cancers including ovarian cancer. The association between the risk of the incidence of ovarian cancer and the alterations in the levels of blood glucose and serum lipids is not well defined. Objective: In this study we aimed to compare the levels of blood glucose, triacylglycerols, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in patients with different stages of ovarian cancer and healthy controls to determine how they relate to the risk and prognosis of ovarian cancer. Methodology: In a case-control cross sectional study, we enrolled ninety-nine Sudanese women, diagnosed with ovarian cancer but had not received any kind of treatment as the study group, and a control group of forty-one age-matched, apparently healthy women. The patients were classified according to the International Federation of Obstetricians and Gynecologists staging system into two groups: early stages (stage I & II) and late stages (stages III & IV). Blood glucose and serum lipids;triacylglycerols, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were determined by enzymatic colorimetric methods using commercially available analytical kits. The IBM SPSS version 20 software was used for statistical analysis. A Mann-Whitney U test was used for comparison of the median concentrations of blood glucose, triacylglycerols, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study groups. Logistic regression model was used to estimate the relative risk of ovarian cancer in relation to levels of blood glucose and serum lipids. P value of 0.05 was considered significant. Effect of Annealing Temperatures on the Structural and Electrical Properties of Laser Induced Plasma for TiO2x-1Bix Thin Films

In this study, Bismuth doped Titanium dioxide thin films were deposited on glass substrates by a pulse laser deposition using laser. The effect of annealing temperature on the structural and electrical properties was investigated. X-ray diffraction pattern for pure and doped titanium dioxide films with different doping different ratio with Bi show that these films have amorphous structure oanvert to polycrystalline structure with annealing and doping and have a good identically with standard peaks for Anatase and Rutile phases. The orientation was at specific direction for Rutile. The crystalline of films increases by the increase of doping ratio. The crystalline increased with annealing temperature. Annealed films at different annealing temperatures have been studied. The results show that these films have two activation energies and by increasing the doping ratio, the activation energies and the conductivity increase. Both the annealing and composition effects on Hall constant, density of electron carders and Hall mobility are studied. Hall Effect measurements show that all films have n- type charge conductivity and the concentration increases while the mobility decreases with doping and annealing.
