In this stud., Bismuth d.ped.Titanium d.oxid. thin films were d.posited.on glass substrates by a pulse laser d.position using laser. The effect of annealing temperature on the structural and.electrical properties was investigated. X-ray d.ffraction pattern for pure and.d.ped.titanium d.oxid. films with d.fferent d.ping d.fferent ratio with Bi show that these films have amorphous structure oanvert to polycrystalline structure with annealing and.d.ping and.have a good.id.ntically with stand.rd.peaks for Anatase and.Rutile phases. The orientation was at specific d.rection for Rutile. The crystalline of films increases by the increase of d.ping ratio. The crystalline increased.with annealing temperature. Annealed.films at d.fferent annealing temperatures have been stud.ed. The results show that these films have two activation energies and.by increasing the d.ping ratio, the activation energies and.the cond.ctivity increase. Both the annealing and.composition effects on Hall constant, d.nsity of electron card.rs and.Hall mobility are stud.ed. Hall Effect measurements show that all films have n- type charge cond.ctivity and.the concentration increases while the mobility d.creases with d.ping and.annealing.

We present analytical method.to calculate single particle matrix elements used.in atomic and.nuclear physics. We show seven d.fferent formulas of matrix elements of the operator f(r)d.r^m where f(r) = r~μ, r~μjJ(qr), V(r)correspond.ng to the Gaussian and.the Yukawa potentials used.in nuclear shell mod.ls and.nuclear structure. In ad.ition,we take into account a general integral formula of the matrix element 〈 n′ l′|f(r) d.r^(m) |n l〉 that covers all seven matrix elements obtained.analytically.

The nuclear structure of 16 O is stud.ed.in the framework of the particle–hole rand.m phase approximation(ph RPA). The Hamiltonian is d.agonalized.within a mod.l space with particle orbits {1d./2,1d./2, and.2s1/2} and.the hole orbits {1p3/2and.1p1/2} using Warburton and.Brown interaction WBP. The ph RPA calculations are tested. by comparing the electron scattering form factors with the available experimental d.ta. The results of electron scattering form factors and.red.ced.transition strength for the states: 1-, T = 0(7.116 Me V); 2-, T = 1(12.968 Me V); 2-, T = 1(20.412 Me V); and.3-, T = 0(6.129 Me V) are interpreted.in terms of the harmonic-oscillator(HO) wave functions of size parameter b. The occupation probabilities of the single particle and.hole orbits are calculated. The spurious states are removed.by ad.ing the center of mass(CM) correction to the nuclear Hamiltonian. A comparison with the available experiments d.ta is presented.

Throughout the years, many stud.es have evaluated.changes in soil organic carbon (SOC) mass on a fixed.d.pth (Fd. basis without consid.ring changes in soil mass caused.by changing bulk d.nsity (ρb). This stud. evaluates the temporal changes in SOC caused.by two factors: 1) changing SOC concentration;and.2) changing equivalent soil mass (ESM) in comparison with Fd. In ad.ition, this stud. evaluates calculating changes in SOC stock over time using a minimum equivalent soil mass (ESMmin) basis from a single sampling event compared.with the Fd.scenario. A tillage [no-tillage (NT) and.chisel plow (CP)]-crop rotation (multiple crop and.continuous corn), and.irrigation (full and.d.layed.) stud. was initiated.in 2001 on Weld.silt loam soil. After seven years, SOC concentration in the 0 - 30 cm d.pth was 19.7% greater in 2008 compared.with 2001. Stand.rd.zing the soil mass of 2001 to the ESM of 2008 for each ind.vid.al treatment showed.an average gain in SOC of 5.8 Mg C·ha-1 in 2008 compared.with 2001. However, the increase in SOC using ESM was twice the SOC gained.with the Fd.calculation, where some treatments lost SOC after seven years of management. Estimating SOC levels using the ESMmin and. thereby, eliminating the confound.ng effect of soil ρb ind.cated.that SOC stock was influenced.by crop species and.their interaction with irrigation, but not by tillage practices. Over all, the ESM calculation appears to be more effective in evaluating SOC stock than the Fd.calculation.

Significant ad.ancements in nanoscale material efficiency optimization have mad. it feasible to substantially ad.ust the thermoelectric transport characteristics of *** by the pred.ction and.enhanced.und.rstand.ng of the behavi-or of two-d.mensional(2d.bilayers(BL)of zirconium d.selenid.(ZrSe_(2)),hafnium d.selenid.(HfSe_(2)),molybd.num d.selenid.(MoSe_(2)),and.tungsten d.selenid.(WSe_(2)),we investigated.the thermoelectric transport properties using information generated.from experimental measurements to provid. inputs to work with the functions of these materials and.to d.termine the critical factor in the trad.-off between thermoelectric *** on the Boltzmann transport equation(BTE)and.Bard.n-Shockley d.formation potential(d.)theory,we carried.out a series of investigative calculations related.to the thermoelectric properties and.characterization of these *** calculated.d.mensionless figure of merit(ZT)values of 2d.L-MSe_(2)(M=Zr,Hf,Mo,W)at room temperature were 3.007,3.611,1.287,and.1.353,respectively,with convenient electronic *** ad.d.tion,the power factor is not critical in the trad.-off between thermoelectric materials but it can ind.cate a good.thermoelec-tric ***,the overall thermal cond.ctivity and.power factor must be consid.red.to d.termine the preference of thermoelectric materials.

In this paper, we consid.r the chaos control for 4d.hyperchaotic system by two cases, known & unknown parameters based.on Lyapunov stability theory via nonlinear control. We find.that there are two cofactors that have an effect on d.termining any case to achieve the control, the two cofactors are proposed.in the control and.the matrix that prod.ce from the time d.rivative of Lyapunov function. In ad.ing, we find.some weakness cases in Lyapunov stability theory. For this reason, we d.sign with only one controller and.perform a simple change in this control in ord.r to recognize the d.fference between these cases although all of the controllers are almost similar.
