granular acid-activated neutralized red mud(Aan-RM)has been successfully prepared with good chemical stability and physical ***,its potential for industrial application remains ***,the performance of granular Aan-RM for phosphate recovery in a fixed-bed column was *** results demonstrated that the phosphate adsorption performance of granular Aan-RM in a fixed-bed column was affected by various operational parameters,such as the bed depth,flow rate,initial solution pH and initial phosphate *** the optimal empty-bed contact time(EBCT)of 24.27 min,the number of processed bed volumes and the phosphate adsorption capacity reached 496.95 and 84.80 mg/g,***,the saturated fixed-bed column could be effectively regenerated with a0.5 mol/L HCl *** desorption efficiency remained as high as 83.45%with a low weight loss of 3.57%in the fifth regeneration *** addition,breakthrough curve modelling showed that a 5-9-1 feed-forward artificial neural network(Ann)could be effectively applied for the optimization of the fixed-bed adsorption system;the coefficient of determination(R^2)and the root mean square error(RMSE)evaluated on the validation-testing data were 0.9987 and 0.0183,***,granular Aan-RM fixed-bed adsorption exhibits promising potential for phosphate removal and recovery from polluted water.

A generalized large-signal computer simulation program for a gunn oscillator has been developed. The properties of a gunn diode oscillator based on the widely explored gan, are investigated using the developed program. The results show some interesting properties in gan gunn diodes which are not seen in gaAs and InP diodes. An output power of 1400 kW/cm^2 is achieved from the gan gunn diode, as compared to 4.9 kW/cm^2 from a gaAs diode.

Aging diagnosis of batteries is essential to ensure that the energy storage systems operate within a safe *** paper proposes a novel cell to pack health and lifetime prognostics method based on the combination of transferred deep learning and gaussian process *** health indicators are extracted from the partial discharge *** sequential degradation model of the health indicator is developed based on a deep learning framework and is migrated for the battery pack degradation *** future degraded capacities of both battery pack and each battery cell are probabilistically predicted to provide a comprehensive lifetime ***,only a few separate battery cells in the source domain and early data of battery packs in the target domain are needed for model *** results show that the lifetime prediction errors are less than 25 cycles for the battery pack,even with only 50 cycles for model fine-tuning,which can save about 90%time for the aging ***,it largely reduces the time and labor for battery pack *** predicted capacity trends of the battery cells connected in the battery pack accurately reflect the actual degradation of each battery cell,which can reveal the weakest cell for maintenance in advance.

Propagation of light beams in turbid media such as underwater environments,fog,clouds,or biological tissues finds increasingly important applications in science and technology,including bio-imaging,underwater communication,and free-space communication *** many of these applications traditionally relied on conventional,linearly polarized gaussian beams,light possesses many degrees of freedom that are still largely unexplored,such as spin angular momentum(SAM)and orbital angular momentum(OAM).Here,we present nonlinear light-matter interactions of such complex light beams with"rotational"degrees of freedom in engineered nonlinear colloidal *** making use of both variational and perturbative approach,we consider non-cylindrical optical vortices,elliptical optical vortices,and higher-order Bessel beams integrated in time(HOBBIT)to predict the dynamics and stability of the evolution of these *** results may find applications in many scenarios involving light transmission in strongly scattering environments.

The Proper Orthogonal Decomposition method is applied to the instantaneous velocity field within the rotor-stator inter-row region of a high-speed high-pressure centrifugal compressor. The processed data come from experiments and numerical simulations. In comparison with a Fourier transform, the POD gives the best modal approximation for both initial fields, in terms of the energy expressed on any given number of modes to be taken into account： to reach 98% of the total energy of the velocity field, the required number of POD modes is around nine times smaller than the number of Fourier harmonics. The individual POD modes are given and show that the unsteady rotor-stator interaction is already present in the very first modes.

This paper reports on numerical investigations aimed at understanding the influence of circumferential casing grooves on the tip leakage flow and its resulting vortical *** results and conclusions are based on steady state 3D numerical simulations of the well-known transonic axial compressor nASA Rotor 37 near stall operating *** calculations carried out on the casing treatment configuration reveal an important modification of the vortex topology at the rotor tip *** grooves limit the expansion of the tip leakage vortex in the direction perpendicular to the blade chord,but generate a set of secondary tip leakage vortices due to the interaction with the leakage mass ***,a deeper investigation of the tip leakage flow is proposed.

目的:研究长链非编码RnA(lncRnA)生长阻滞特异性转录物5(gAS5)基因多态性与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病的关联性。方法:选取2018年5月~2019年5月在广西右江民族医学院附属医院生殖医学中心确诊的236例PCOS患者作为病例组,同时选取同期性别、年龄相匹配的277例健康女性作为对照组,采用iMLDR单核苷酸多态性(SnP)分型方法检测gAS5基因rs145204276 I/D、rs55829688 C/T和rs6790 g/A位点基因型。采用logistic回归分析gAS5基因多态性与PCOS的相关性。结果:gAS5基因rs145204276 I/D位点多态性在对照组和PCOS组之间差异有统计学意义,logistic回归分析结果显示,与I/I基因型相比,I/D和D/D基因型以及显性模型I/D+D/D具有较低的PCOS发病风险[I/D vs I/I:OR(95%CI)=0.61(0.42,0.88),P=0.009;D/D vs I/I:OR(95%CI)=0.44(0.23,0.84),P=0.013;I/D+D/D vs I/I:OR(95%CI)=0.57(0.40,0.81),P=0.002];与I等位基因相比,D等位基因显著降低PCOS的发病风险[D vs I:OR(95%CI)=0.62(0.47,0.82),P=0.001]。rs55829688 C/T和rs6790 g/A位点多态性在对照组和PCOS组之间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单倍型联合分析显示D-T-A单倍型在对照组和PCOS组间的分布差异有统计学意义[OR(95%CI)=0.61(0.45,0.84),P=0.002]。结论:gAS5基因rs145204276 I/D位点多态性可能与PCOS遗传易感性相关,即携带D等位基因的个体可能具有较低的PCOS发病风险。

Reconfigurable Intelligent Surfaces(RIS)have emerged as a promising technology for improving the reliability of massive MIMO communication ***,conventional RIS suffer from poor Spectral Efficiency(SE)and high energy consumption,leading to complex Hybrid Precoding(HP)*** address these issues,we propose a new low-complexity HP model,named Dynamic Hybrid Relay Reflecting RIS based Hybrid Precoding(DHRR-RIS-HP).Our approach combines active and passive elements to cancel out the downsides of both conventional *** first design a DHRR-RIS and optimize the pilot and Channel State Information(CSI)estimation using an adaptive threshold method and Adaptive Back Propagation neural network(ABPnn)algorithm,respectively,to reduce the Bit Error Rate(BER)and energy *** optimize the data stream,we cluster them into private and public streams using Enhanced Fuzzy C-Means(EFCM)algorithm,and schedule them based on priority and emergency *** maximize the sum rate and SE,we perform digital precoder optimization at the Base Station(BS)side using Deep Deterministic Policy gradient(DDPg)algorithm and analog precoder optimization at the DHRR-RIS using Fire Hawk Optimization(FHO)*** implement our proposed work using MATLAB R2020a and compare it with existing works using several validation *** results show that our proposed work outperforms existing works in terms of SE,Weighted Sum Rate(WSR),and BER.
