Effective technology for wind direction forecasting can be realized using the recent advances in machine ***,the stability and safety of power systems are expected to be significantly ***,the unstable and unpredictable qualities of the wind predict the wind direction a challenging *** paper proposes a practical forecasting approach based on the weighted ensemble of machine learning *** weighted ensemble is optimized using a whale optimization algorithm guided by particle swarm optimization(PSo-Guided WoA).The proposed optimized weighted ensemble predicts the wind direction given a set of input *** conducted experiments employed the wind power forecasting dataset,freely available on Kaggle and developed to predict the regular power generation at seven wind farms over forty-eight *** recorded results of the conducted experiments emphasize the effectiveness of the proposed ensemble in achieving accurate predictions of the wind *** addition,a comparison is established between the proposed optimized ensemble and other competing optimized ensembles to prove its ***,statistical analysis using one-way analysis of variance(ANoVA)and Wilcoxon’s rank-sum are provided based on the recorded results to confirm the excellent accuracy achieved by the proposed optimized weighted ensemble.

Although there is a growing interest in developing asymmetric 1,6-addition reactions of carbon nucleo-philes to Michael acceptors,the corresponding 1,6-addition of homoenolates remains an unsolved ***,the N-heterocyclic carbene(NHC)-catalyzed cycloadditions of homoenolate equivalent intermediates have achieved widespread ***,considerable limitations still exist for the linear reactions with electron-deficient alkenes,which are limited to 1,4-Michael *** report presents the first NHC-catalyzed asym-metric homoenolate addition of enals to 1,6-Michael *** strategy leads to the challenging nonspirocyclic 3,3-disubstituted oxindoles with two adjacent stereocenters,a quaternary and a trisubsti-tuted one,in good yields and high stereoselectivities with a wide variety of substrates.

Cardiac dysfunction is a well-known consequence of diabetes,with sustained hyperglycaemia leading to the development of a cardiomyopathy that is independent of cardiovascular disease or *** models of diabetes are commonly used to study the pathophysiology of diabetic cardiomyopathy,with the hope that increased knowledge will lead ultimately to better therapeutic strategies being *** physiological temperature,left ventricular trabeculae isolated from the streptozotocin rat model of type 1 diabetes showed decreased stress and prolonged relaxation,but with no evidence that decreased contractility was a result of altered myocardial Ca2+*** sarcoplasmic reticulum(SR)Ca2+reuptake appeared slower in diabetic trabeculae,it was offset by an increase in actionpotential duration,thereby maintaining SR Ca2+content and favouring increased contraction *** analysis of t-tubule distribution by confocal imaging of ventricular tissue labeled with wheat germ agglutinin or ryanodine receptor antibodies showed a reduced T-power for diabetic tissue,but the differences were minor in comparison to other models of heart *** contractile dysfunction appeared to be the result of disrupted F-actin in conjunction with the increased typeⅠcollagen,with decreased myofilament Ca2+sensitivity contributing to the slowed relaxation.

Pluripotent stem cells(PSCs)can be expanded in vitro in different culture conditions,resulting in a spectrum of cell states with distinct *** how PSCs transition from one state to another,ultimately leading to lineage-specific differentiation,is important for developmental biology and regenerative *** there is significant information regarding gene expression changes controlling these transitions,less is known about post-translational modifications of *** crotonylation is a newly discovered post-translational modification where lysine residues are modified with a crotonyl ***,we employed affinity purification of crotonylated(LC–MS/MS)to systematically profile protein crotonylation in mouse PSCs in different states including ground,metastable,and primed states,as well as metastable PSCs undergoing early pluripotency *** successfully identified 3628 high-confidence crotonylated sites in 1426 *** crotonylated proteins are enriched for factors involved in functions/processes related to pluripotency such as RNA biogenesis,central carbon metabolism,and proteasome ***,we found that increasing the cellular levels of crotonyl-coenzyme A(crotonyl-CoA)through crotonic acid treatment promotes proteasome activity in metastable PSCs and delays their differentiation,consistent with previous observations showing that enhanced proteasome activity helps to sustain *** atlas of protein crotonylation will be valuable for further studies of pluripotency regulation and may also provide insights into the role of metabolism in other cell fate transitions.

The North Atlantic craton in southern West Greenland mainly consists of a tectonic collage of Mesoarchean continental crustal terranes, which were amalgamated at c. 2.7 Ga and are currently exposed at mid-crustal amphibolite to granulite facies levels. Tonalitic orthogneisses predominate, intercalated with slightly older tholeiitic to andesitic metavolcanic rocks and associated gabbro-anorthosite intrusive complexes. The North Atlantic craton also contains enclaves of Eoarchean, c. 3.86-3.6 Ga orthogneisses and supracrustal rocks including the Isua greenstone （or supracrustal） belt. This is the oldest known assemblage of rocks deposited at the surface of the Earth, comprising mafic pillow lavas, banded iron formations and metasedimentary schists with local disseminated graphite of possible biogenic origin. Eoarchean rocks have not been found in Kola and Karelia in Fennoscandia where most rocks are 2.9-2.7 Ga tonalitic-trondhjemitic-granodioritic orthogneisses with intercalated coeval greenstone belts and amphibolites. Mesoarchean 3.0-3.2 Ga rocks are found in the eastern and western parts of the Karelian province. Subduction-related rocks like the Iringora supra-subduction type ophiolite and basalt-andesite-dacite-rhyolite series volcanic rocks in many greenstone belts, as well as eclogites are found in the Archean of Fennoscandia. A clear distinction between Greenland and Fennoscandia is the abundance of 2.75-2.65 Ga igneous rocks in Fennoscandia which indicates that these two cratons had a separate evolution during the Neoarchean.

该文具体介绍了腰椎穿刺在儿科临床诊断和治疗中的适应症,指出败血症、蜂窝织炎、复杂性惊厥时,均易并发脑膜炎、尤其在乳幼儿及流感嗜血杆菌感染时更是如此,故应及时作腰穿检查。耐药菌感染的脑膜炎或小儿有脑室膜炎时,假脑瘤以及恶性瘤时,腰穿可作为注药和放脑脊液的诊治手段,当然亦可用于脊髓造影。但有颅内出血,脑占位病变,脑膜炎并严重颅高压,穿刺部位感染或外伤,以及全身凝血障碍时则禁忌做腰穿。疑有颅高压者术前后应采取减压措施。脑疝和心肺损害是腰穿最可怕的并发症,其它还有颈背痛、头痛、呕吐、一过性麻痹及局部表皮样瘤等一些较次要的并发症。
