香港金像奖的起源: 九八二年三月,香港《电影双周刊》创办第四年,在原先评选十大中外电影的基础上,与香港电台合办了第一届香港电影金像奖颁奖典礼,首次颁奖选出十大华语片、外语片和五个主要奖项,次届延至八三年八月才举行,由星岛报业联合主办,奖项已增至十二个,其后由《电影双周刊》独力支撑。八十年代后期,香港电影业协会和导演会成立后,《电影双周刊》主动接触这些专业团体加入主办行列,其后编剧协会等团体陆续加入,但财政仍非常紧拙,直至九三年香港电影金像奖协会有限公司成立。

Numerous scientific fields are facing a replication crisis,where the results of a study often cannot be replicated when a new study uses independent *** issue has been particularly emphasized in psychology,health,and medicine,as incorrect results in these fields could have serious consequences,where lives might be at *** other fields have also highlighted significant replication problems,the Earth Sciences seem to be an *** paucity of Earth Science research aimed at understanding the replication crisis prompted this ***,this work aims to fill that gap by seeking to replicate geological results involving various types of *** identify and discuss 11 key variables for replicating U-Pb age distributions:independent data,global sampling,proxy data,data quality,disproportionate non-random sampling,stratigraphic bias,potential filtering bias,accuracy and precision,correlating time-series segments,testing assumptions and divergent analytical methods,and analytical *** while this work primarily focuses on U-Pb age distributions,most of these factors(or variations of them)also apply to other geoscience ***,some of the discussions involve time-series consisting ofεHf,δ18O-zircon,14C,10Be,marineδ13C,and marineδ*** then provide specific recommendations for minimizing adverse effects related to these factors,and in the process enhancing prospects for replicating geological results.

The effect of silver(Ag)exsolution on the electrical conductivity of strontium-doped lanthanum manganite(La1-x-ySrxAgyMnO3-δ,LSAM)and ferrite(La1-x-ySrxAgyFeO3-δ,LSAF)perovskites was *** single-phase Ag-doped materials formed at 800℃ using modified Pechini method and revealed thermal stability in oxidizing atmosphere up to sintering temperature of the materials at 1,200℃.The exsolution of the metallic Ag nanoparticles was performed at 420-500℃ in reducing atmosphere of 5%H2/*** electron microcopy results exhibited the metallic Ag phase nanoparticles on the surface of the oxide backbone with a good contact of Ag to the surface of the perovskite after *** electrical conductivity of the materials was investigated in the temperature range of 50-900℃ in air and isothermally in 5%H2/N2 at 420 and 500℃ by means of four probe DC measurement method,and reached 80-230 S·cm^-1 for undoped and Ag-doped LSF and *** electrical conductivity results showed improving conductivity in Ag-doped single-phase and Ag nanoparticle decorated perovskites after Ag *** results revealed the dependence of electrical conductivity on the atmosphere,temperature and Ag exsolution time.

This paper proposes a semi-greedy framework for optimizing multi-joinqueries in shared-nothing systems. The plan generated by the framework com-prises several pipelines, each performing several joins. The framework deter-mines the 'optimal' number of joins to be performed in each pipeline. Thedecisions are made based on the cost estimation of the entire processing *** ekisting optimization algorithms are extended under the framework. Ananalytical model is presented and used to compare the quality of plans producedby each optimization algorithm. Our study shows that the new algorithms out-perform their counterparts that are not extended.

From Chaos to Qualia： An Analysis of Phenomenal Character in Light of Process Philosophy and Self-Organizing Systems

The author will propose that qualia--typically understood as the purely subjective and phenomenal elements of experience--are not specifically brain processes, but are instead best thought of as world processes that can be characterized as distributed self-organizing networks of Whiteheadian actual entities. If this is correct, then we need not wrestle with the materialist＇s ＂hard problem＂ of explaining how consciousness can arise from the purely objective particles and forces of fundamental ptiysics, but we will need to explain in what sense microparticles and other physical objects are experiential and objectively real without embracing panpsychism. Since Whiteheadian actual entities have intrinsic natures grounding the subjective and phenomenal aspects of experience, and extrinsic relations grounding objective physical properties, we find that qualia, understood in light of Whiteheadian actual entities, can provide the metaphysical foundations for both the subjective and objective aspects of the world.
