The rapid advancement of fundamental theories and computing capacity has brought artificial intelligence,internet of things, extended reality, and many other new intelligent technologies into our daily lives. Due to the lack of interpretability and reliability guarantees, it is extremely challenging to apply these technologies directly to real-world industrial systems. Here we present a new paradigm for establishing parallel factories in metaverses to accelerate the deployment of intelligent technologies in real-world industrial systems: QAII-1.0. Based on cyber-physical-social systems,QAII-1.0 incorporates complex social and human factors into the design and analysis of industrial operations and is capable of handling industrial operations involving complex social and human behaviors. In QAII-1.0, a field foundational model called Eu Artisan combined with scenarios engineering is developed to improve the intelligence of industrial systems while ensuring industrial interpretability and reliability. Finally, parallel oil fields in metaverses are established to demonstrate the operating procedure of QAII-1.0.

Predictive beamforming design is an essential task in realizing high-mobility integrated sensing and communication(ISAC),which highly depends on the accuracy of the channel prediction(CP),i.e.,predicting the angular parameters of ***,the performance of CP highly depends on the estimated historical channel stated information(CSI)with estimation errors,resulting in the performance degradation for most traditional CP *** further improve the prediction accuracy,in this paper,we focus on the ISAC in vehicle networks and propose a convolutional long-short term memory(CLSTM)recurrent neural network(CLRNet)to predict the angle of vehicles for the design of predictive *** the developed CLRNet,both the convolutional neural network(CNN)module and the LSTM module are adopted to exploit the spatial features and the temporal dependency from the estimated historical angles of vehicles to facilitate the angle ***,numerical results demonstrate that the developed CLRNet-based method is robust to the estimation error and can significantly outperform the state-of-the-art benchmarks,achieving an excellent sum-rate performance for ISAC systems.

Diabetic eye disease is strongly associated with the development of diabetic foot ulcers(DFUs).DFUs are a common and significant complication of diabetes mellitus(DM)that arise from a combination of micro-and macrovascular *** and associated metabolic dysfunction in DM lead to impaired wound healing,immune dysregulation,peripheral vascular disease,and diabetic neuropathy that predisposes the lower extremities to repetitive injury and progressive tissue damage that may ultimately necessitate *** retinopathy(DR)is caused by cumulative damage to the retinal microvasculature from hyperglycemia and other diabetes-associated *** severity of DR is closely associated with the development of DFUs and the need for lower extremity revascularization procedures and/or *** the lower extremity,the eye may also suffer end-organ damage from macrovascular compromise in the form of cranial neuropathies that impair its motility,cause optic neuropathy,or result in partial or complete ***,poor perfusion of the eye can cause ischemic retinopathy leading to the development of proliferative diabetic retinopathy or neovascular glaucoma,both serious,visionthreatening ***,diabetic corneal ulcers and DFUs share many aspects of impaired wound healing resulting from neurovascular,sensory,and immunologic ***,alterations in serum biomarkers,such as hemoglobin A1c,ceruloplasmin,creatinine,low-density lipoprotein,and highdensity lipoprotein,are associated with both DR and *** these parameters can aid in prognosticating long-term outcomes and shed light on shared pathogenic mechanisms that lead to end-organ *** frequent cooccurrence of diabetic eye and foot problems mandate that patients affected by either condition undergo reciprocal comprehensive eye and foot evaluations in addition to optimizing diabetes management.

Indiscriminate Dietary Compositions of Two Asian Horseshoe Crabs,Tachypleus tridentatus and Carcinoscorpius rotundicauda:Evidence from Hemolymph Stable Isotopes

Knowledge of dietary compositions is essential to the recovery of the dwindling populations of horseshoe crabs in *** feeding habits of Tachypleus tridentatus and Carcinoscorpis rotundicauda of Pearl Bay in southwestern China were studied by stable isotope *** samples of the two species were obtained from two age groups living in different habitats(inner,central,and outer Bay).In addition,their potential food source samples were collected in May *** showed that the mean values ofδ^(13)C andδ^(15)N in *** individuals ranged from−19.01‰to−16.47‰and from 10.49‰to 13.5‰,respectively,and those of *** ranged from−19.12‰to−14.96‰and from 8.78‰to 13.48‰,*** values indicated that the horseshoe crabs have a wide variety of food sources and therefore are highly *** remarkably correlations were found betweenδ^(13)C andδ^(15)N values and individual widths in the two *** potential food sources were selected,in which Sipunculus nudus,Batillaria zonalisi,and Ulva lactuca contributed largely to the dietary compositions of the two species of horseshoe *** significant correlation was found between the feeding habits and habitat geochemical characteristics of the horseshoe *** these results possibly indicate the high diversity of their food sources and the indiscriminate dietary compositions of the two Asian horseshoe crabs.

Epilepsy is a common,chronic neurological disorder that has been associated with impaired neurodevelopment and *** chemokine receptor CXCR5 is involved in seizures via an unknown ***,we first determined the expression pattern and distribution of the CXCR5 gene in the mouse brain during different stages of development and the brain tissue of patients with ***,we found that the knockdown of CXCR5 increased the susceptibility of mice to pentylenetetrazol-and kainic acid-induced seizures,whereas CXCR5 overexpression had the opposite ***5 knockdown in mouse embryos via viral vector electrotransfer negatively influenced the motility and multipolar-to-bipolar transition of migratory *** a human-derived induced an in vitro multipotential stem cell neurodevelopmental model,we determined that CXCR5 regulates neuronal migration and polarization by stabilizing the actin cytoskeleton during various stages of *** experiments demonstrated that the knockdown of CXCR5 induced neuronal hyperexcitability,resulting in an increased number of ***,our results suggested that CXCR5 deficiency triggers seizure-related electrical activity through a previously unknown mechanism,namely,the disruption of neuronal polarity.

BACKGROUND Tracheal neoplasms represent less than 0.1%of all malignancies and have no established treatment *** resection with reconstruction is the primary *** study demonstrates successful treatment of concurrent lung and tracheal tumors using surgical excision and intraoperative photodynamic therapy(PDT),highlighting the effectiveness and safety of this *** SUMMARY A 74-year-old male with a history of smoking and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was diagnosed with tracheal squamous cell carcinoma and right lower lobe adenocarcinoma.A multidisciplinary team created a treatment plan involving tumor resection and *** tracheal tumor was removed through a tracheal incision and this was followed by intraluminal *** trachea was repaired and a right lower lobectomy was *** patient received a second PDT treatment postoperatively and was discharged 10 d after the tracheal surgery,without *** then underwent platinum-based chemotherapy for lymphovascular invasion of lung ***-month postoperative bronchoscopy revealed normal tracheal mucosa with a scar at the resection site and no evidence of tumor recurrence in the trachea or *** Our case of concurrent tracheal and lung cancers was successfully treated with surgical excision and intraoperative PDT which proved safe and effective in this patient.
