The experimental data concerning the58Ni+48Ca reaction at Elab(Ni)=25A MeV,collected by using the CHIMERA 4π device,have been analyzed in order to investigate the competition among different reaction mechanisms for central collisions in the Fermi energy *** a main criterion for centrality selection we have chosen the flow angle(flow) method,making an event-by-event analysis that considers the shape of events,as it is determined by the eigenvectors of the experimental kinetic-energy *** the selected central events(flow >60°) some global variables,good to characterize the pattern of central collisions have been *** main features of the reaction products were explored by using different constraints on some of the relevant observables,like mass and velocity distributions and their *** emphasis was devoted,for central collisions,to the competition between fusion-evaporation processes with subsequent identification of a heavy residue and a possible multifragmentation mechanism of a well defined(if any) transient nuclear *** evolution of the system and pre-equilibrium emission were taken into account by simulating the reactions in the framework of transport *** approaches have been envisaged(dynamical stochastic BNV calculations + sequential simon code,QMd,CoMd,etc.).Preliminary comparison of the experimental data with BNV calculations shows reasonable agreement with the assumption of sequential multifragmentation emission in the mass region of IMFs close to the heavy *** deviations from sequential processes were found for those IMFs in the region of masses intermediate between the mass of heavy residues and the mass of light *** simulations are in *** experimental analysis will be enriched also by information obtained inspecting the IMF-IMF correlation function,in order to elucidated the nature of space-time decay property of the emitting source associated with events having

The β^+ decay of ^(31)Ar was investigated in an experiment at the GSI-FRS *** ions of interest have been produced in the fragmentation of a ^(36)Ar beam at 880 Me V/nucleon and implanted in a time projection chamber with optical readout. In addition to β-delayed one and two proton emission, for the first time the emission of β-delayed 3 protons has been observed. The branching ratio for this decay mode is found to be(0.07 ± 0.02)%.

传统的抗蛇毒血清是从用全毒免疫的马或绵羊的血清中提取的,但目前的免疫方法包括对马或绵羊进行的超免也不能达到对大多数临床上重要的毒素都产生免疫应答的目标。目前利物浦大学的simon ***等研究人员开发了一种最新的研制抗蛇毒血清的方法——通过鉴定蛇毒金属蛋白酶（SVMPs,SVMPs主要是产生持续性致死性出血,SVMPs很复杂,它具有多种功能型,能作用于多种底物）中有重要临床意义的7个部分,并将它们改造成单链cNA作为免疫原免疫小鼠产生特异抗体。为研发更合理的抗蛇毒血清制备方法提供了依据。

Unusual mineral structures have recently been found in a sandstone-hosted roll-type uranium deposit in the Middle Jurassic Zhiluo Formation in the Shashagetai deposit,the northern Ordos basin,NW *** structures possess a chemical composition and crystal structure characteristic of mineral coffinite[(USiO)(OH)],which occurs as nanoparticles with size ranging from 5 to 25 *** structures are interpreted to be fossilized microorganisms,based on mineralogical biosignatures including morphology,size,occurrence of biogenic coffinite as nano-crystals,and biological elements such as *** intimate intergrowth of coffinite with secondary pyrite of bacterial origin,as defined by lowδS values,and calcite cements with petroleum-derived carbon supports its biogenic *** inclusions in the host sandstone are characterized by abundant n-alkanes,slightly increased Pr/nC and Ph/nC ratios,significant amounts of demethylated hopanes and tricyclic terpanes,and the existence of unresolved complex *** characteristics are interpreted to be a result of mixing of an earlier,heavily degraded oil with a later charged fresh oil;subsequently the oils were slightly *** lines of evidence lead to the proposal that the reduction of sulfate and oxidization of petroleum are likely synchronous with reduction of hexavalent[U(Ⅵ)]to tetravalent[U(Ⅳ)]uranium by sulfate-reducing bacteria(SRB).The discovery of a natural association of microorganism-like structures,a uranium mineral,and biodegraded petroleum has implications for uranium biomineralization and fossil fuel exploration.

全球变化科学数据是人类宝贵的科技资源。兼顾保护数据知识产权和推动数据广泛共享是科学数据界长期存在的普遍难题。数据出版(元数据、实体数据、数据论文关联出版)是解决这个难题的有效机制。发展中国家科学数据共享原则执行过程中,亟需数据出版基础设施和能力建设。"全球变化科学研究数据出版系统"(中英文)在保护数据知识产权和促进数据共享方面作出实践性案例,在数据产权认证、数据质量标准、同行专家评审、数据长期保藏、数据开放共享、国际资质联网等方面的成果为数据的增值起到关键性作用。《全球变化数据学报》(中英文)是该系统重要组成部分。该系统成为世界各国全球变化科学研究领域学者、特别是发展中国家学者可信赖的、国际组织(WdS、GEOSS、COdATA、Clarivate Analytics等)认可的、数据出版和共享世界性基础设施。

目的探讨克氏棒状杆菌感染相关性非哺乳期乳腺炎的细菌学与病理学特点。方法对2019年1月-2020年12月香港大学深圳医院乳腺外科88例克氏棒状杆菌相关性非哺乳期乳腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,分析克氏棒状杆菌的培养及鉴定特性、药敏结果,以及本病的病理学特点。结果88例非哺乳期乳腺炎的女性患者平均年龄为(33.89±5.74)岁,其中78例(88.6%)患者有妊娠史,产后平均(32.64±24.34)个月发生非哺乳期乳腺炎。乳腺标本培养至基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱(MALdL-TOF MS)鉴定为克氏棒状杆菌的时间平均为(4.62±2.24)d,MALdL-TOF MS鉴定与Nanopore进行16S r dNA测序鉴定结果一致。全部克氏棒状杆菌菌株对青霉素、万古霉素和利福平敏感,只有22株(25%)对克林霉素敏感及红霉素敏感,所有菌株对环丙沙星耐药。50例患者进行乳腺组织病理活检,其中27例(54%)表现为肉芽肿性乳腺炎,镜下可见乳腺小叶为中心的炎症伴以中性粒细胞为主的炎性细胞浸润及非干酪性肉芽肿形成;23例(46%)表现为急慢性炎症,镜下小叶内或导管周围见浆细胞、淋巴细胞及中性粒细胞等炎性细胞浸润,未见肉芽肿结构。结论延长乳腺标本的培养时间可提高克氏棒状杆菌检出率,使用质谱鉴定和16S r dNA测序鉴定克氏棒状杆菌较准确。本病的病理类型可表现为肉芽肿性乳腺炎或非肉芽肿性乳腺炎,此两种类型在病理上可能属于同一疾病的不同阶段。
