The crisis of 2008 has shown the unsustainability of the global imbalances centered on the US-China symbiotic relationship that characterized the previous decade. This has revived the so-called growth-rebalancing debate. In particular, the new emerging consensus calls for a re-orientation of the US economy away from consumption and toward exports, and for policy shifts that can help China to reduce its dependence on external demandand inefficiently high rates of capital accumulation. We discuss the economic and political feasibility of the proposed patterns of re-adjustment by focusing on the short-term and long-term trade-offs faced by the policy-makers. We argue that the rebalancing will be gradual and partial because of the costs associated with a radical shift in the growth models adopted by both countries. We believe that this scenario will be consistent with a world economy expanding at lower rates than over the past decade.

把从大西洋洋中脊采集的无斜长石的尖晶石二辉橄榄岩和方辉橄榄岩中的单斜辉石的NaAlIV和AlVI浓度与陆下和前大洋的无斜长石的尖晶石橄榄岩的数据进行了比较。单斜辉石的A12O3含量在洋底橄榄岩组和陆下橄榄岩组中的同一范围内发生变化，从高铝至贫铝。然而，洋底橄榄岩中单斜辉石的Na含量（0．02～0．6wt％Na2O）和AlVI／AlIV比值（0．3～1）都低于陆下橄榄岩单斜辉石的Na含量（0．7～2wt％NaO2）和AlVI／AlIV比值（＞1）。这些差别似乎与这两个橄榄岩组经历的溶融程度以及它们的熔融后演化（如晚期交代作用和岩浆／橄榄岩相互作用）都无关。大洋橄榄岩组中单斜辉石的成分变化起因于在石榴子石稳定区开始的、在洋中脊下由绝热地幔上涌造成的不同的熔融程度，而陆下橄榄岩中观测到的羊斜辉石成分的变化范围不能仅仅用相似的绝热减压期间的熔融来解释。数据表明。陆下上地幔在部分熔融前富含硬玉组分，压力和（或）温度变化不是熔融的主要原因。陆下上地幔中的部分溶融可能是由热的超镁铁质中加入了富水流体引起的。

A new Kerr-like metric with quadrupole moment is obtained by means of perturbing the Kerr spacetime. The form of this new metric is simple as the Kerr metric. By comparison with the exterior Hartle-Thorne metric, it is shown that it could be matched to an interior solution. This approximate metric may represent the spacetime of a real astrophysical object with any Kerr rotation parameter a and slightly deformed.

洋脊热液金属矿床及其分类

引言自从Skornyakova(1964),Arrhenius和bonatti(1965),bonatti和Joensun(1966)以及Bostrom和Peterson(1966)早先提出关于沿洋中脊由于热液活动而形成金属富集这一见解以来,又有了相当大的进展。其中最令人嘱目的进展,当然是对加拉帕戈斯裂谷的热泉及其有关的金属富集(Corliss等,1979)以及在北纬21°东太平洋洋隆的热火山口和伴生的金属硫化物沉积(Francheteau等,1979)所进行的直接观察和取样。现在看来,海底下面的热液循环,沿增生板块边缘最为活跃,可产生不同类型的金属矿床。矿床类型的不同取决于循环溶液在海底以下所达到的深度、对流时周围岩石的类型、循环水的温度以及其他多种因素。本文试图根据上述因素对各种不同类型的大洋热液矿床进行简要的评述和分类。

A REDUCE code for the Newman-Janis algorithm is described. This algorithm is intended to include rotation into nonrotating solutions of the Einstein field equations with spherically symmetry or perturbed spherically symmetry and has been successfully applied to many spacetimes. The applicability of the code is restricted to metrics containing potentials of the form 1/r.
