The pervasive diffusion of digital technologies opened up to new concepts in managing and monitoring the processes occurring in our *** and Communication Technologies(ICTs)become enabling tools to rethink our way of living,consuming and producing goods and *** these,the Internet of Things(IoT)represents the disruptive technology that may redefine the stages of the building process to meet renewed environmental *** new technological paradigm imports in the Architecture,Engineering and Construction(AEC)sector new and not-tectonic *** this context,the paper maps the experiences related to the use of IoT for managing the building *** a systematic literature review,the article highlights the potential benefits generable by a widespread integration of IoT in the AEC *** particular,the article has three purposes:defining the IoT infrastructure for its proper application in the AEC sector;identifying IoT main application domains;investigating the integration modalities.

The urban regeneration lies on closed loops of energy,materials,*** aim of case study is to evaluate and support policies of urban *** topic of the study is the control of waste flow made by the C&D(construction&demolition)activities involving the urban *** building produces a continuous flow of wastes during its predicted service *** flow is mainly due to small building sites that generate small amount of *** this way the collection,recycle and reuse material can be less *** a regeneration perspective the reused and/or recycled part must be *** study develops a GIS(geographic information system)based model for the assessment of the maintenance workloads of wastes *** from the data available by the public authorities and the survey on sites,the research group has carried out evaluation of the amount of wastes for building envelope,interior refurbishment of apartments,roads and parking *** output is a raw estimation of the C&D wastes by the maintenance and refurbishment of an urban district in Turin based on real evaluation of works needed.
