The problem of phase retrieval underlies various imaging methods from astronomy to nanoscale *** phase retrieval methods are iterative and are therefore computationally *** learning(DL)models have been developed to either provide learned priors or completely replace phase ***,such models require vast amounts of labeled data,which can only be obtained through simulation or performing computationally prohibitive phase retrieval on experimental *** 3D X-ray Bragg coherent diffraction imaging(BCDI)as a representative technique,we demonstrate AutoPhaseNN,a DL-based approach which learns to solve the phase problem without labeled *** incorporating the imaging physics into the DL model during training,AutoPhaseNN learns to invert 3D BCDI data in a single shot without ever being shown real space *** trained,AutoPhaseNN can be effectively used in the 3D BCDI data inversion about 100×faster than iterative phase retrieval methods while providing comparable image quality.

Establishment of pregnancy in pigs involves maintaining progesterone secretion from the corpora lutea in addition to regulating a sensitive interplay between the maternal immune system and attachment of the rapidly expanding trophoblast for nutrient absorption. The peri-implantation period of rapid trophoblastic elongation followed by attachment to the maternal uterine endometrium is critical for establishing a sufficient placental-uterine interface for subsequent nutrient transport for fetal survival to term, but is also marked by the required conceptus release of factors involved with stimulating uterine secretion of histotroph and modulation of the maternal immune system. Many endometrial genes activated by the conceptus secretory factors stimulate a tightly controlled proinflammatory response within the uterus. A number of the cytokines released by the elongating conceptuses stimulate inducible transcription factors such as nuclear factor kappa B （NFKB） potentially regulating the maternal uterine proinflammatory and immune response. This review will establish the current knowledge for the role of conceptus cytokine production and release in early development and establishment of pregnancy in the pig.

As one of the fastest growing economies and further larger consumer of energy in the world, there has been a paradigm shift in India’s energy demand. Here we evaluate the growth of Indian economy its, diversification of agriculture-based economy to industrial production, service and digital-technology based economy and deepening of income sources, although the dependence on foreign sources for energy demands has not markedly *** situation has placed India at the crossroads for energy sufficiency, especially under the highly fluid and changing geopolitical, strategic, environmental and economic scenarios of the World order. Background Administrative data are frequently used in stroke *** accurate identification of patients who had an ischaemic stroke,and those receiving thrombolysis and endovascular thrombectomy(EVT)is critical to ensure representativeness and *** examined differences in patient samples based on mode of identification,and propose a strategy for future patient and procedure identification in large administrative *** We used non-public administrative data from the state of California to identify all patients who had an ischaemic stroke discharged from an emergency department(ED)or inpatient hospitalisation from 2010 to 2017 based on International Classification of Disease(ICD-9)(2010-2015),ICD-10(2015-2017)and Medicare Severity-Diagnosis-related Group(MS-DRG)discharge *** identified patients with interhospital transfers,patients receiving thrombolytics and patients treated with EVT based on ICD,Current Procedural Terminology(CPT)and MS-DRG *** determined what proportion of these transfers and procedures would have been identified with ICD versus MS-DRG discharge *** Of 365099 ischaemic stroke encounters,most(87.70%)had both a stroke-related ICD-9 or ICD-10 code and stroke-related MS-DRG code;12.28% had only an ICD-9 or ICD-10 code and 0.02% had only an MS-DRG *** all transfers(99.99%)were identified using ICD *** identified 32433 thrombolytic-treated patients(8.9% of total)using ICD,CPT and MS-DRG codes;the combination of ICD and CPT codes identified nearly all(98%).We identified 7691 patients treated with EVT(2.1%of total)using ICD and MS-DRG codes;both MS-DRG and ICD-9/ICD-10 codes were necessary because ICD codes alone missed 13.2%of *** codes only pertain to outpatient/ED patients and are not useful for EVT *** ICD-9/ICD-10 diagnosis codes capture nearly all ischaemic stroke encounters and transfers,while the combination of ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT codes are adequate

Objective: To evaluate the in vitro and in vivo inhibitory effects of two commonly used herbs, Aframomum melengueta(A. melengueta) and Dennettia tripetala(D. tripetala) on CYP 3A enzymes. Methods: In vitro inhibition of the enzymes were assessed with microsomes extracted from female albino rats using erythromycin-N-demethylation assay(EMND) method while their in vivo effects were measured by estimating simvastatin plasma concentrations in rats. Pharmacokinetic parameters were determined using non-compartmental anaysis as implemented in Win Nonlin pharmacokinetic program. Results: EMND assay with intestinal microsomes indicated that aqueous extracts of D. tripetala and A. melengueta significantly(P < 0.05) inhibited intestinal CYP 3A activity at both 50 μg and 100 μg concentrations. Petroleum ether extract of D. tripetala and ethanol extracts of A. melengueta inhibited intestinal CYP3 A activity at 100 μg but not at 50 μg concentrations. All the extracts showed an in vitrodose dependent CYP 3A inhibition with liver microsomes. In vivo analysis showed that pretreatment with the extracts enhanced systemic absorption of simvastatin with reductions in metabolizing enzymes activity as indicated in significant increases in maximal concentration, area under curve, area under moment curve and mean resident time of simvastatin(P < 0.05). Conclusions: Herbal preparations containing these plants' extracts should be used with caution especially in patients on CYP450 3A substrate medications.

Geostatistical data plays a vibrant role for surface-based reservoir modeling through outcrop analogues,which is used to understand three-dimensional(3D)variability of petrophysical *** main purpose of this study is to improvise the surface-based 3D geo-modeling to demonstrate petrophysical characteristics and heterogeneities of Sandakan reservoirs,NW *** used point cloud data from Light Detection and Ranging(Li DAR)to build high-resolution virtual outcrop modeling(VOM)onto which we mapped 6 different *** and permeability of core plugs were measured to determine the average variance of petrophysical properties for each *** utilizing the integration of VOMs analogues and petrophysical properties in Petrel^(TM),we demonstrated the distribution and associations of all lithofacies in pseudo wells that have inherent thin beds heterogeneities in 3D geocellular *** results concluded that the heterogeneity of thin beds in lithofacies is dependent on porosity and permeability with input *** to the final model,cross-bedding sandstone(CBS),hummocky cross-stratified sandstone(HCSS)and trough cross-bedding sandstone(TCBS)show good reservoir quality due to high porosity ranging from:25.6%to 20.4%and,19.3%-14.5%,and permeability ranging from:74.03 mD to 66.84 mD and,64.86 mD to 21.01 *** contrast,massive to weak laminae sandstone(MWLS)and bioturbated sandstone(BS)show fair to poor reservoir quality,caused baffling of surrounding mud sediments in the reservoir *** also revealed that Li DAR based VOM with petrophysical properties can significantly reduce the risk and minimize the cost of reservoir modeling in petroleum industry.
