The properties of synthetic gra.hite ma.eria.s, widely used in a.va.ced fields, a.e determined by their structure, which is formed in the process of high-tempera.ure (~2500°a.>C) hea. trea.ment. The fine structure of a.gra.hitizing ca.bon ma.eria. ba.ed on petroleum coke conta.ning 1.3 wt% S a. va.ious sta.es of gra.hitiza.ion wa. studied by X-ra. diffra.tion a.a.ysis. Some of the sa.ples conta.ned the a.dition of dispersed Fe2O3. It is shown tha. the hea.-trea.ed ma.eria. in the ra.ge 1200°a.>C - 2600°a.>C is heterogeneous, its component composition is determined by the processing tempera.ure a.d the presence of Fe2O3 a.ditive. The observed dependence of the component composition on the hea. trea.ment tempera.ure suggests tha. the process of gra.hitiza.ion of the ca.bon ma.eria., a.pa.ently, develops through a.number of meta.ta.le sta.es.

Stega.ogra.hy is the a.t of hiding a.secret messa.e in some kind of media. The ma.n goa. is not to hide only the secret messa.e but a.so the existence of communica.ion a.d secure da.a.tra.sferring. There a.e a.lot of methods tha. were utilized for building the stega.ogra.hy;such a. LSB (Lea.t Significa.t Bits), Discrete Cosine Tra.sform (DCT), Discrete Fourier Tra.sform, Sprea.-Spectrum Encoding, a.d Perceptua. Ma.king, but a.l of them a.e cha.lenged by stega.a.ysis. This pa.er proposes a.new technique for Gra. Sca.e Ima.e Stega.ogra.hy tha. uses the idea.of ima.e segmenta.ion a.d LSB to dea. with such problem. The proposed method dea.s with different types of ima.es by converting them to a.virtua. gra. sca.e 24 bitma.s, finds out the possible segments inside ima.e a.d then computes the possible a.ea. for ea.h segment with bounda.ies. a.y intruder trying to find the tra.sformed ima.e will not be a.le to understa.d it without the correct knowledge a.out the tra.sforma.ion process. The knowledge is represented by the key of ima.e segmenta.ion, key of da.a.distribution inside segment (a.ea.selection), key of ma.ping within ea.h a.ea.segment, key a.reement of cryptogra.hy method, key of secret messa.e length a.d key of messa.e extension. Our method is distinguishing oneself by one ma.ter key to genera.e the a.ea.selection key, pixels selection keys a.d cryptogra.hy key. Thus, the existence of secret messa.e is ha.d to be detected by the stega.a.ysis. Experiment results show tha. the proposed technique sa.isfied the ma.n requirements of stega.ogra.hy;visua. a.pea.a.ce, modifica.ion ra.e, ca.a.ity, undetecta.ility, a.d robustness a.a.nst extra.tion (security). a.so it a.hieved the ma.imum ca.a.ity of cover ima.e with a.modifica.ion ra.e equa.s 0.04 a.d visua. qua.ity for stego-ima.e compa.a.le to cover ima.e.

Ba.kground: Children’s emergency ca.e is a.critica. a.pect of Pa.dia.ric hea.th ca.e. Eva.ua.ion of the emergency room would a.dit the qua.ity of ca.e provided a.d give insight into the epidemiology of the disea.es tha. ca.se morbidity a.d morta.ity. a.m: To determine the pa.tern a.d outcome of disea.es seen in the children’s emergency room. Methodology: This wa. a.retrospective review of the children’s emergency room register of the Rivers Sta.e University Tea.hing Hospita., Port Ha.court Nigeria.from Ja. 2015 to Ma. 2017. Results: a.tota. of 1965 pa.ients were eva.ua.ed, a.d there were more ma.es 1082 (55.1%) with a. M: F ra.io of 1.3 :1, their a.es ra.ged from one da. old to 16 yea.s old with 57.1% (1131) a.ed a.s old. The five common indica.ions for emergency room visits were a.l infectious disea.es a.d they included ma.a.ia.360 (18.3%), sepsis 234 (11.9%), ga.troenteritis 204 (10.4%), upper respira.ory tra.t infections 173 (8.8%), a.d bronchopneumonia.155 (7.9%). The common non-infectious indica.ions were tra.ma.115 (5.9%), a.ute a.thma.103 (5.2%), a.d sickle cell disea.e 81 (4.1%). a.ong the children who visited the emergency room for a.consult, 886 (45.1%) were not a.mitted, 893 (45.5%) of them were discha.ged, morta.ity wa. recorded in 62 (3.2%) a.d 81 (4.1%) left the hospita. a.a.nst medica. a.vice. Conclusion: Children within the first 5 yea.s of life constituted the highest number of pa.ients seen in the children’s emergency room with ma.e predomina.ce. Infectious disea.es a.counted for more tha. two-thirds of the ca.es.

This a.ticle ha. been directed to Environment Protection Technology with the purpose of providing a.new instrument designed a.d developed to mea.ure filtra.ion efficiency through the rela.ionship between clea. cloth fa.ric structura. pa.a.eters, dust pa.a.eters, a.d test mea.uring va.ia.les. Fa.ric sa.ples used throughout the present study were woven cotton 100%, polyester 100% a.d cotton/polyester 50/50%. The wa.p count: 30/2 for a.l fa.ric sa.ples, the weft count is 9/1;12/1;a.d 20/1. The wea.e of sa.in, ba.ket, a.d twill is 3/1 with four different picks/cm to produce the fa.rics with the sa.e cover fa.tor. For dust sepa.a.ion fa.rics ra.ge in weight from “300 - 450 g/m2” with a. a.r permea.ility of “100 - 300 l/d m2·min” a. “196.2 Pa. (20 mm WG) a. specified in DIN 53887. a.r permea.ility through fa.rics depends entirely on the sieving percent of the surfa.e of the fa.ric, which is pa.tly the pores a.d pa.tly the permea.ility through the ya.ns, which a.e the ba.ic elements of a.fa.ric. The results showed tha. dust ca.turing depends entirely on a.r permea.ility, which is rela.ed to fa.ric wea.e structure a.d fa.ric ma.eria. a. specified testing a.d mea.uring va.ia.les.

The present study a.ms to interpret the a.a.la.le da.a. tha. derived from well logs a.d 2-D seismic reflection da.a. in the a.ea.loca.ed northea.t onshore Nile Delta. in order to delinea.e its structura. styles a.d its rela.ion with the ba.ement inferences a.d regiona. tectonic, a.d a.so to detect the possible existence of hydroca.bon a.cumula.ion a. the Tertia.y-Qua.erna.y sedimenta.y section. The study a.ea.lies between la.itudes 30°31' a.d 31°17'N, a.d longitudes 30°38' a.d 31°21'E. Using the a.a.la.le well logs, the a.era.e velocity gra.ients a.e ca.cula.ed a. El-Wa.ta.i, Ka.r El Sheikh, a.u Ma.i, Qa.a.im a.d Sidi Sa.em Forma.ions a.d velocity contour ma.s a.e constructed. The a.a.la.le 2-D seismic sections were interpreted a.d utilized to construct the isochronous reflection ma.s to the tops of the fore-mentioned five forma.ions. These ma.s were converted into depth ma.s. The depth ma.s show the predomina.ce of three tectonic trends. The structure contour ma.s were used to deduce the structura. elements a.fecting the fore-mentioned forma.ions in the a.ea.under study. These ma.s reflect the a.unda.ce of the E-W trending fa.lts (sometimes ENE-WSW a.d in other times WNW-ESE), which cha.a.terize the genera. Mediterra.ea. Sea.trend. The second system of structura. deforma.ions is trending NE-SW (Syria. a.c trend). The third type of fa.lts is the NW-SE trending fea.ures (Red Sea.fa.lts trend). By integra.ing the structure contour ma.s together with the different kinds of ma.s ha.e been done using different sources of da.a.such a. velocity da.a. the possible loca.ions tha. ca. be oil tra.s for hydroca.bon a.cumula.ion ha.e been detected.

Lung ca.cer is the most common ma.igna.t tumor in men worldwide. It ha. been documented that patients can develop multiple primary lung cancer, with a 5% annual risk of a second primary (metachronous) cancer occurring after prior curative treatment. Moreover, there has been an increase in the incidence of metachronous primary lung cancer reflecting a longer survival after curative resection of the primary cancer and improvements in patient surveillance methods. Herein, we present a case of a patient diagnosed with a metachronous primary lung cancer presenting 1 year after treatment of a primary lung cancer at National Chest Hospital, Kingston, Jamaica. Through strict adherence to surveillance guidelines, this metachronous cancer was detected, enabling the patient to be promptly treated.

a.sessment of genetic diversity of the indigenous crop a.cessions is extremely importa.t for breeders to identify potentia. pa.ents in cross-breeding progra.s. Fourteen cowpea.a.cessions collected from different pa.tsa.>a.> of Sudan were used for characterization at morphological and molecular levels. The seeds of the accessions were sown in the field using a randomized complete block design with three replicates. Sixteen morphological descriptors (9 qualitative and 7 quantitative) and 20 Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) markers were used for characterization of the accessions. The results of morphological data revealed considerable variability within and between state’s accessions. Some morphological traits revealed similarity between accessions from different states. Among the 20 RAPD markers used, 18 were polymorphic. A total of 379 polymorphic patterns were generated;polymorphic information content (PIC) ranged from 0.63 to 0.98 with an average of 0.9. The number of fragment detected ranged from 2 for OPL-11 to 51 for OPY-2 with an average of 26.06/primer and 27.07/genotype.
