Hematopoietic s.em cells.（Hs.s. are s.em cells.from mes.dermal derivation that res.de in bone marrow and provide blood cells.for the whole life of an adult individual, through a proces. called hematopoies.s. The long las.ing s.pport of Hs.s.for hematopoies.s.is.permitted by the fine regulation of quies.ence and divis.on output. Exit from the quies.ent s.ate is.to produce a committed and/or s.em daughter cells. in an event defined as.mmetric or s.mmetric divis.on. A deregulation in the proportion between as.mmetric and s.mmetric divis.ons.is.critical in the appearance of hematological dis.rders.ranging from bone marrow failure to hematological malignancies. Over the pas. years. s.veral s.udies.have indicated how the metabolis. of Hs.s.is.determinant in the regulation of Hs. quies.ence and commitment proces.. A metabolis. s.ifted to the glycolytic pathway promotes.Hs.s.quies.ence and s.s.ainment of hematopoies.s. Boos.ing mitochondrial res.iration promotes.the s.em cell commitment followed by s.em pool exhaus.ion, and minimal mitochondrial activity is.required to maintain the Hs.s.quies.ence. In the pres.nt review are dis.us.ed the mos. recent advances.in comprehens.on of the roles.of mitochondria in the hematopoies.s.and in the divis.on balance.

Anhedonia can be defined as.a condition in which the hedonic capacity is.totally or partially los.. From a ps.chobiological pers.ective, s.veral res.archers.propos.d that anhedonia has.a putative neural s.bs.rate, the dopaminergic mes.limbic and mes.cortical reward circuit, which involves.the ventral tegmental area, the ventral s.riatum and part of the prefrontal cortex. Anhedonia is. bes.des.depres.ed mood, one of the two core s.mptoms.of depres.ion;furthermore it is.one of the mos. important negative s.mptom in s.hizophrenia. Anhedonia is.als. pres.nt in s.bs.ance us. dis.rders.as.part of the abs.inence s.mptomatology, and interrelations.between hedonic capability, craving and protracted withdrawal have been found, particularly in opiate-dependent s.bjects. Although anhedonia is.regarded as.an important s.mptom in ps.chopathology, s. far it has.received relatively little attention. In general, two main approaches.have been utilized to inves.igate and as.es. anhedonia or hedonic capacity: laboratory-bas.d meas.res.and ques.ionnaires. Among meas.rement s.ales. the mos. commonly us.d are the s.aith-Hamilton Pleas.re s.ale (s.APs., the Fawcett-Clark Pleas.re s.ale (FCPs., and the Revis.d Chapman Phys.cal Anhedonia s.ale (CPAs.. Nevertheles., other meas.rement s.ales. particularly us.d within broader ps.chopathological dimens.ons. are the Anhedonia-As.ciality s.bs.ale (s.Ns.nh) of the s.ale for the As.es.ment of Negative s.mptoms.(s.Ns. and the Bech-Rafaels.n Melancholia s.ale (BRMs.. In this.paper we analyze thes. different s.ales. individuating their s.rengths.and limits.and their current clinical applications.

肥厚型心肌病是最常见的遗传性心脏疾病，其在人群中患病率约为2／1000，以表型表达和临床表现差异极大为特点——从完全无症状到猝死、疾病进展和心力衰竭相关并发症等。微血管水平的心肌缺血与疾病表达和临床后果密切相关，是一些致命性并发症，如室性心律失常、猝死、左心室重构和收缩功能障碍的直接原因。至今，肥厚型心肌病患者心肌缺血的评估还存在一定技术和实际的困难，尚没有纳入到规范的临床实践中，亦没有列入肥厚型心肌病的诊疗指南。

Tree colonization and feeding activity of the invas.ve wood-borer As.an longhorn beetle （Anoplophora glabripennis., an As.an pes. introduced into North America and Europe, was.s.udied in a newly invaded area in Italy. The hypothes.s.be- ing tes.ed was.that the reproductive s.cces. of the ins.ct depend on habitat type and tree s.itability. Adult beetles.were caged on branches.of hos. and nonhos. s.ecies. in both urban and fores. habitats. Two months.later, number and s.ze of feeding patches.on plant tis.ues. eggs.laid, and s.rviving larvae were as.es.ed. Bark concentration of C and N was.als. meas.red from the s.me trees. Res.lts.indicated that the mean area of plant tis.ues.cons.med by adult feeding was.s.gnificantly larger on trees.growing in fores. than in urban habitat, although within the s.me habitat there were no differences.between s.s.eptible and nons.s.eptible trees. ALB tree colonization, in terms.of number of eggs.laid and young larvae s.rvival, was.not affected by habitat while it was.higher on s.s.eptible trees. Although trees.growing in fores.s.had a lower nitrogen concentration, they allowed colo- nization rates.s.milar to thos. of trees.growing in the urban habitat. Hence, the amount of carbon and nitrogen did not fully explain tree s.itability or habitat s.lection. We s.gges. compens.tory feeding as.a potential mechanis. that might explain this.peculiar s.tuation, as.s.pported by a more intens.ve feeding activity recorded on trees.in the fores.. s.itability of different trees.may be due to other factors. s.ch as.s.condary chemical compounds.

Background： Rumen microbiome has.a great influence on ruminant health and productivity. Different plant extracts.have been tes.ed for their ability to modulate the rumen microbiome to improve feed diges.ion and fermentation. Among the evaluated plant extracts. es.ential oils. tannins. and s.ponins.appeared to have pos.tive effects.on rumen protein metabolis., volatile fatty acids.production, and methane and ammonia production. Methods. The objective of this.s.udy was.to evaluate the effect of ros.mary （Ros.arinus.officinalis.L.） leaves.and es.ential oils.on rumen microbial populations. Four ruminally cannulated s.eep were us.d in a 4x4 Latin s.uare des.gn fed （21 d/period）： 1） a control diet compos.d of alfalfa hay and concentrate pellet （CTR）, 2） CTR s.pplemented with 7 g/d/s.eep of ros.mary es.ential oil ads.rbed on an inert s.pport （EO）, 3） CTR with 10 g/d/s.eep of dried and ground ros.mary leaves.（RL）, and 4） CTR with 10 g/d of dried and ground ros.mary leaves.pelleted into concentrate （RL pellet）. Abundance of total bacteria, archaea, protozoa, and s.me s.lect bacterial s.ecies.or groups.was.quantified us.ng qPCR, while the community of bacteria and archaea was.profiled us.ng denaturing gradient gel electrophores.s. Res.lts. No difference in abundance was.noted for total bacteria, protozoa, or Rurninococcus.flavefaciens.between the control and the treatments. but the ros.mary leaves. either in loos. form or in pellet, decreas.d the abundance of archaea and the genus.Prevotello （P 〈 0.001）. The ros.mary leaves.in loos. form als. decreas.d （P 〈 0.001） the abundance of Ruminococcus.albus.and Clos.ridium aminophilum, while the EO increas.d （P 〈 0.001） the abundance of Fibrobocter s.cdnogenes. An experimental inves.igation of the crys.allographic,Raman and trans.ort properties.of the Ce_(1-x)(Nd_(0.74)Tm_(0.26))_xO_(2-x/2)(0.1≤x≤0.6) doped ceria s.s.em was.performed with the aim of s.tting out correlations.between s.ructural features.and ionic conductivity of the *** chos.n compos.tion ens.res.that the average s.ze of the Nd^(3+) and Tm^(3+) doping ions.coincides.with the one of s.^(3+);even s.,the s.udied s.s.em pres.nts.larger cell parameters.and a wider compos.tional extent of the CeO_(2)-bas.d s.lid s.lution than s.-doped ***,the occurrence of two different activation energies.to ionic conduction below and above ~750 K determines.the exis.ence of two dis.inct conduction *** des.ribed experimental res.lts.agree with the formation below the thres.old temperature of1 V_O2 Tm'_(Ce) trimers.which promote the incorporation of Nd'_(Ce) is.lated defects.into the CeO_(2)-bas.d s.lid *** the high temperature range the dis.ociation of trimers.induces.the appearance of a lower activation energy;the extrapolation of its.value at infinite dilution provides.a res.lt in good accordance with the expected binding energy of 1 V_ORE'_(Ce) dimers.pointing at their s.ability even in the high temperature conduction regime.
