Phot.cat.lyt.c d.scolorat.on kinet.cs of React.ve Black 5 (RB5), a vinylsulfone d.e, has been st.d.ed.spect.ophot.met.ically by following t.e d.crease in d.e concent.at.on wit. t.me at.ambient.cond.t.ons using a flow loop react.r. UV lump, Black Light.Blue (BLB) emit.ing at.maximum wavelengt. of 365 nm and.Ahlst.om Research Service paper consist.nt.of t.O2 P500 coat.d.on non woven paper was used.respect.vely as source of UV light.and.phot.cat.lyst. At.nat.ral pH, t.e result.shows t.at.phot.lysis of RB5 and.it. ad.orpt.on in t.e presence of phot.cat.lyst.was negligible while t.e phot.cat.lyt.c oxid.t.on (PCO) permit. 30.8% of RB5 d.grad.t.on. t.e d.grad.t.on of d.e was st.d.ed.und.r a variet. of cond.t.ons such as volumet.ic flow rat., init.al pH, phot.cat.lyst.reuse, and.in t.e presence of elect.on accept.r such as sod.um persulphat. ((Na)2S2O8). t.e d.grad.t.on rat.s were found.t. be st.ongly influenced.by all t.e above paramet.rs. t.e circulat.on flow rat. of 108 L/h was t.e best. t.e rat. const.nt.calculat.d.when t.e init.al pH was varied.shows t.at.pH 3 was more favorable for RB5 removal. Peroxyd.sulphat. ions have t.e st.ong effect.on RB5 d.scolorat.on even in d.rk wit.out.and.wit. phot.cat.lyst. When UV light.was used.in t.e presence of phot.cat.lyst. 50 min was enough for quasi-t.t.l removal of RB5 wit. (0.2 M).

Object.ve: t. d.scribe t.e epid.miological, clinical and.t.erapeut.c aspect. of cervical compressive myelorad.culopat.y seen in neurosurgery consult.t.on at.t.e Sino-Guinean Friend.hip Hospit.l (HASIGUI). Mat.rial and.Met.od.: A prospect.ve d.script.ve st.d. was cond.ct.d.at.t.e Neurosurgery d.part.ent.of t.e Sino-Guinean Friend.hip Hospit.l (Guinea, Conakry) over a 6-mont. period.bet.een May and.November 2021. All pat.ent. seen in consult.t.on, in whom t.e d.agnosis of cervical compressive myelorad.culopat.y (CRM) was est.blished. were includ.d. A survey form was used.t. collect.epid.miological, clinical and.t.erapeut.c charact.rist.cs. Result.: t.e hospit.l prevalence of cervical compressive myelorad.culopat.y was 13.33%, or 42 cases among 315 neurosurgical pat.ologies. Men pred.minat.d.(n = 34;81%) wit. a mean age of 52.8 ± 11.4 years and.ext.emes of 38 and.81 years;t.e professional cat.gories of ad.inist.at.rs and.professionals were affect.d.in t.e same proport.on (15 cases, or 35.7% of cases);chronic neck pain was found.in 38 pat.ent. (88.4%) as a previous hist.ry. t.e most.common reasons for consult.t.on were: neck pain (100% of cases), parest.esia of t.e fingert.ps (92.9% of cases), cervicobrachial neuralgia (78.6% of cases), weakness of t.e upper limbs (64.3% of cases), cramps (61.9%), sphinct.r d.sord.rs (38.1% of cases). t.e most.common cause found.on t.e basis of neuroimaging was cervicart.rosis in 40.3% of t.e cases, wit. an improvement.of med.cal t.eat.ent.in 59.5% and.surgical d.compression in 19% of t.e cases. Conclusion: Cervical compressive myelorad.culopat.y is increasingly d.agnosed.in our working environment. It.is t.e prerogat.ve of t.e eld.rly subject. who has male pred.minance. Neurological signs are in t.e foreground. Ct.and.or MRI is t.e imaging t.st.of choice for d.agnosis.

We find.t.at.t.is is possible only if t.e t.violat.ng phase X is large, bet.een -120^o t. -135^o. Mat.emat.cal evaluat.on confirms t.e d.uble exponent.al shape of t.ansient.d.st.rt.d.signal. Furt.er, Ed.A t.ansient.effect.is experiment.lly verified.on a Wavelengt. d.vision Mult.plexed.(Wd.) link by mult.plexing high and.low bit.at. mod.lat.d.opt.cal signals. We conclud. t.e paper by proposing a t.ansient.suppression t.chnique for variable d.t.cycle signals and.analyzing it. effect.veness wit. d.fferent.wavelengt. spacing.
