This paper presents an annual performance evaluation of three maximum power point tracking (MPPT) methods. The used MPPT techniques (Perturb and Observe, Incremental Inductance and Sliding mode) are evaluated under an annual data of atmospheric conditions of the target site. The main contribution of this work is to consider real fluctuation conditions of solar irradiations, ambient temperatures and wind velocities. It was found that the Sliding mode provides higher energy yields independently of the period. Compared to the basic P&O and the IC techniques, sliding mode has the potential of generating up to 8.18% more electrical energy than other techniques.

Call admission control (CAC) and resource reservation (RR) for mobile communication are two important factors that guarantee system efficiency and quality of service (QoS) required for different services in a very scarce resource as the radio spectrum. A new scheme was proposed which extends the concepts of resource sharing and reservations for wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) systems with a unique feature of soft capacity. Voice and data traffic were considered. The traffic is further classified into handoff and new requests. The reservation thresholds were dynamically adjusted according to the traffic pattern and mobility prediction in order to achieve the maximum channel utilization, while guaranteeing different QoS constraints. The performance of proposed scheme was evaluated using Markov models. New call blocking probability, handoff call dropping probability, and channel utilization were used as benchmarks for the proposed scheme.

Cyber Attacks are critical and destructive to all industry *** affect social engineering by allowing unapproved access to a Personal Computer(PC)that breaks the corrupted system and threatens *** defense of security requires understanding the nature of Cyber Attacks,so prevention becomes easy and accurate by acquiring sufficient knowledge about various features of Cyber ***-Security proposes appropriate actions that can handle and block attacks.A phishing attack is one of the cybercrimes in which users follow a link to illegal websites that will persuade them to divulge their private *** of the online security challenges is the enormous number of daily transactions done via phishing *** Cyber-Security have a priority for all organizations,Cyber-Security risks are considered part of an organization’s risk management *** paper presents a survey of different modern machine-learning approaches that handle phishing problems and detect with high-quality accuracy different phishing attacks.A dataset consisting of more than 11000 websites from the Kaggle dataset was utilized and studying the effect of 30 website features and the resulting class label indicating whether or not it is a phishing website(1 or−1).Furthermore,we determined the confusion matrices of Machine Learning models:Neural Networks(NN),Na飗e Bayes,and Adaboost,and the results indicated that the accuracies achieved were 90.23%,92.97%,and 95.43%,respectively.

The chemical structure of newly synthesized cationic surfactants based on Schiff base was confirmed using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,proton nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy,and mass *** synthesized surfactants were used in the synthesis of silver nanoparticles by a simple one-step *** silver nanoparticle（AgNPs） formation was confirmed using transmission electron microscopy（TEM）,electron diffraction（SAED）,dynamic light scattering（DLS）,and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy（EDX）.The structure of the surfactant played an important role in the synthesis *** the hydrophobic chain length,the stability,and the amount of surfactant increased the quantity of AgNPs *** surface activity of the synthesized cationic surfactants was determined using surface tension measurements at three different *** synthesized surfactants showed a high tendency toward adsorption and *** the hydrophobic chain length of the synthesized surfactant increased its *** the synthesized cationic surfactants and their nano-form against bacteria and fungi showed that they are highly *** silver nanoparticles enhanced the biological activity of the synthesized cationic surfactants.

Silver nanoparticles were prepared in situ using sunlight and cationic surfactants. Silver nano-particles were confirmed using UV-vis spectropbotometry, transmission electron microscopy （TEM）, electron diffraction, dynamic light scattering （DLS） and FTIR. Increasing the hydrophohic chain length of surfactants increase the amount of silver nano-particles formed in addition to increasing their stability. The results showed formed, uniform, well arranged hexagonal and spherical shapes. The prepared silver nanoparticles exhibit enhanced biological activity against Cram-positive, Gram-negative bacteria and sulfate reducing bacteria （SRB）.

Wind power is one of the sustainable ways to generate renewable *** recent years,some countries have set renewables to meet future energy needs,with the primary goal of reducing emissions and promoting sustainable growth,primarily the use of wind and solar *** achieve the prediction of wind power generation,several deep and machine learning models are constructed in this article as base *** regression models are Deep neural network(DNN),k-nearest neighbor(KNN)regressor,long short-term memory(LSTM),averaging model,random forest(RF)regressor,bagging regressor,and gradient boosting(GB)*** addition,data cleaning and data preprocessing were performed to the *** dataset used in this study includes 4 features and 50530 *** accurately predict the wind power values,we propose in this paper a new optimization technique based on stochastic fractal search and particle swarm optimization(SFSPSO)to optimize the parameters of LSTM *** evaluation criteria were utilized to estimate the efficiency of the regression models,namely,mean absolute error(MAE),Nash Sutcliffe Efficiency(NSE),mean square error(MSE),coefficient of determination(R2),root mean squared error(RMSE).The experimental results illustrated that the proposed optimization of LSTM using SFS-PSO model achieved the best results with R2 equals 99.99%in predicting the wind power values.
