Immunotherapy has been recently considered as a promising alternative for cancer ***,targeting of immune checkpoint(ICP)strategies have shown significant success in human ***,despite remarkable success of cancer immunotherapy in pancreatic cancer(PCa),many of the developed immunotherapy methods show poor therapeutic outcomes in PCa with no or few effective treatment options thus *** this process,immunosuppression in the tumor microenvironment(TME)is found to be the main obstacle to the effectiveness of antitumor immune response induced by an immunotherapy *** this paper,the latest findings on the ICPs,which mediate immunosuppression in the TME have been *** addition,different approaches for targeting ICPs in the TME of PCa have been *** review has also synopsized the cutting-edge advances in the latest studies to clinical applications of ICP-targeted therapy in PCa.

Efficiency-based Pareto Optimization of Building Energy Consumption and Thermal Comfort:A Case Study of a Residential Building in Bushehr,Iran

In Iran,the intensity of energy consumption in the building sector is almost 3 times the world average,and due to the consumption of fossil fuels as the main source of energy in this sector,as well as the lack of optimal design of buildings,it has led to excessive release of toxic gases into the *** research develops an efficient approach for the simulation-oriented Pareto optimization(SOPO)of building energy efficiency to assist engineers in optimal building design in early design *** this end,EnergyPlus,as one of the most powerful and well-known whole-building simulation programs,is combined with the Multi-objective Ant Colony Optimization(MOACO)algorithm through the JAVA programming *** a result,the capabilities of JAVA programming are added to EnergyPlus without the use of other plugins and third *** evaluate the effectiveness of the developed method,it was performed on a residential building located in the hot and semi-arid region of *** obtain the optimum configuration of the building under investigation,the building rotation,window-to-wall ratio,tilt angle of shading device,depth of shading device,color of the external walls,area of solar collector,tilt angle of solar collector,rotation of solar collector,cooling and heating setpoints of heating,ventilation,and air conditioning(HVAC)system are chosen as decision ***,the building energy consumption(BEC),solar collector efficiency(SCE),and predicted percentage of dissatisfied(PPD)index as a measure of the occupants'thermal comfort level are chosen as the objective *** single-objective optimization(SO)and Pareto optimization(PO)are *** obtained results are compared to the initial values of the basic *** optimization results depict that the PO provides optimal solutions more reliable than those obtained by the SOs,owing to the lower value of the deviation ***,the optimal solutions extracted through the PO are depicted in the

Seismic control of multi-degrees-of-freedom structures by vertical mass isolation method using MR dampers

Vertical mass isolation(VMI)is one of the novel methods for the seismic control of *** this method,the entire structure is assumed to consist of two mass and stiffness subsystems,and an isolated layer is located among *** this study,the magnetorheological damper in three modes:passive-off,passive-on,and semi-active mode with variable voltage between zero and 9 volts was used as an isolated layer between two ***-degrees-of-freedom structures with 5,10,and 15 floors in two dimensions were examined under 11 pairs of near field *** each level,the displacement of MR dampers was taken into *** responses of maximum displacement,maximum inter-story drift,and maximum base shear in controlled and uncontrolled buildings were compared to assess the suggested approach for seismic control of the *** to the results,the semi-active control method can reduce the response by more than 12%compared to the uncontrolled mode in terms of maximum displacement of the mass subsystem of the *** method can reduce more than 16%and 20%of the responses compared to the uncontrolled mode in terms of maximum inter-story drift and base shear of the structure,respectively.

On Polar Decomposition of Tensors with Einstein Product and a Novel Iterative Parametric Method

This study aims to investigate the polar decomposition of tensors with the Einstein product for theﬁrst *** polar decomposition of tensors can be computed using the singular value decomposition of the tensors with the Einstein *** the following,some iterative methods forﬁnding the polar decomposi-tion of matrices have been developed into iterative methods to compute the polar decomposition of ***,we propose a novel parametric iterative method toﬁnd the polar decomposition of *** the obtained conditions,we prove that the proposed parametric method has the order of convergence *** every iteration of the proposed method,only four Einstein products are required,while other iterative methods need to calculate multiple Einstein products and one tensor inversion in each ***,the new method is superior in terms of efﬁciency ***,the numerical comparisons performed among several well-known methods,show that the proposed method is remarkably efﬁcient and accurate.

A Novel Iterative Method to Find theMoore-Penrose Inverse of a Tensor with Einstein Product

In this study,based on an iterative method to solve nonlinear equations,a third-order convergent iterative method to compute the Moore-Penrose inverse of a tensor with the Einstein product is presented and *** compar-isons of the proposed method with other methods show that the average number of iterations,number of the Einstein products,and CPU time of our method are considerably less than other *** some applications,partial and fractional differential equations that lead to sparse matrices are considered as *** use the iterates obtained by the method as a preconditioner,based on tensor form to solve the multilinear system A∗N X=***,several practical numerical examples are also given to display the accuracy and efﬁciency of the new *** presented results show that the proposed method is very robust for obtaining the Moore-Penrose inverse of tensors.

Study on detecting main ingredients of silicone rubber based on terahertz spectrum

The authors investigated the ingredient detection technique of silicone rubber based on the Terahertz *** this purpose,18 diverse high-temperature vulcanised silicone rubber(HTVSR)formulations were customised,8 of which are used as calibration set while the rest 10 as prediction *** on the Beer-Lambert Law,the partial-least-square(PLS)regression model and the least-squares support-vector machines(LS-SVM)regression model were used to yield the relationships between the absorption spectrums and the content percentages of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS),alumina tri-hydrate(ATH),and silica in *** results showed that for the formulations tested,the prediction accuracy of all three main ingredients by the PLS regression model could be improved by changing the spectrum range from 0.2–4 to 0.5–2 *** the data were pre-processed by the Savitzky–Golay smoothing method or multiplicative scatter correction method,the prediction accuracy of PDMS could be further ***,this would lead to a slight decrease in the prediction accuracy of *** the LS-SVM regression model,the radial basis function(RBF)kernel and the linear kernel were *** was found that the prediction accuracy of both kernels was better than that of the PLS regression *** the LS-SVM regression model using the RBF kernel,the correlated coefficients of PDMS and ATH in the prediction set could be up to 0.9915 and 0.9742,respectively.

Recycling of Silicone Rubber from Composite Insulator with Pyrolysis Method

Composite insulators have been widely used in transmission *** being removed from transmission lines,their housing silicone material cannot degrade *** tackle this problem,this paper proposes an effective method to recycle waste insulators by pyrolysis to obtain mullite(3Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2))with high purity and compact *** recycling process studied will not generate toxic *** thermal degradation process of housing material is investigated by analyzing its degradation products including the gas and residues in *** experimental results indicate that the colorant agent Fe2O3 inside the housing material is beneficial for the generation of mullite by decreasing the temperature of ***,since the transitional alumina generated by the dehydration of aluminum hydroxide(ATH)has a smaller diameter and can better dissolute into the silica phases,ATH is a better choice as the additional aluminum *** comparing the components,structure,and particle size of grains formed at different calcination temperatures,the proposed pyrolysis temperatures of the two stages are 1400◦C and 1600◦C,respectively.

High-resolution photogrammetry to measure physical aperture of two separated rock fracture surfaces

The Qom Formation is the most important hydrocarbon reservoir target in Central *** Qom platform developed in a back-arc basin during the Oligo-Miocene due to the closing of the Tethyan *** formation consists of a variety of carbonate and non-carbonate facies deposited on a platform ranging from supratidal to basin.A combination of tectonic and eustatic events led to some lateral and vertical facies variations in the study *** third-order depositional sequences and related surfaces were identified regarding vertical facies changes in the studied sections of this Oligo-Miocene *** to all results and data,this succession was initially deposited during the Chattian upon a distally steepened ramp of siliciclastic-carbonate composition,including the Bouma ***,from the late Chattian to the Aquitanian,the platform changed into a homoclinal carbonate ramp with a gentle *** respect to tectonic activity,this phase was a calm period during the deposition of the Qom ***,a drowned carbonate platform and a rimmed shelf emerged during the Burdigalian,terminated by the continental deposits of the Upper Red *** all geological characteristics,three main tectono-eustatic evolutionary phases have been recognized in the Qom back-arcbasin.
