Properties of Some Families of Meromorphic Multivalent Functions Associated with Generalized Hypergeometric Functions

We introduce and study two subclasses ?[α1]（A, B, λ） and ?[α1]+（A, B, λ） of meromorphic p-valent functions defined by certain linear operator involving the generalized hypergeometric function. The main object is to investigate the various important properties and characteristics of these subclasses of meromorphically multivalent functions. We extend the familiar concept of neighborhoods of analytic functions to these subclasses. We also derive many interesting results for the Hadamard products of functions belonging to the class ?[α1]+（α, β, γ, λ）.

For α > 0, λ > 0 and β,η∈R, we consider the M（α,λ）of normalized analyticα—λ convex functions defined in the open unit disc U. In this paper we investigate the class M（α, λ,β,η）,with f:= z/（1-z）being Koebe type. By making use of Jack’s Lemma as well as several differential and other inequalities, the authors derive sufficient conditions for starlikeness of the class M（α, λ, β, η）of n-fold symmetric analytic functions of Koebe type. Relevant connections of the results presented here with those given in earlier works are also indicated.

In this paper, the Schr?dinger equation is solved by Modified separation of variables (MSV) method suggested by Pishkoo and darus. Using this method, Meijer’s G-function solutions are derived in cylindrical coordinate system for quantum particle in cylindrical can. All elementary functions and most of the special functions which are the solution of extensive problems in physics and engineering are special cases of Meijer’s G-functions.

By employing the Srivastava-Owa fractional operators, we consider a class of fractional differential equation in the unit disk. The existence of the univalent solution is founded by using the Schauder fixed point theorem while the uniqueness is obtained by using the Banach fixed point theorem. Moreover, the integral mean of these solutions is studied by applying the concept of the subordination.

A study on the sedimentology of the Redang Island coral reefs environment was conducted. Sediments were collected on board UNIPERTAMA VII during the pre and post monsoon seasons. Twenty and seven sediments samples were collected using a Smith McIntyre grab on board UNI PERTAMA VII and put in labelled plastic bags then brought back to the laboratory for analysis. The sediments were analyzed for their sedimentological characteristics （mean size, skewness, standard deviation and kurtosis） using dry sieving method. Results showed that the highest mean size value of the sediments during the pre and post monsoons seasons are 2.14 ~ and 2.37 O. respectively and the lowest are -0.40 q~ and -0.10 ~, respectively. Based on the results, sediments can be classified as medium sand （34%）, poorly sorted （67%）, strongly negative skewed （36%） and extremely leptokurtic （56%） during the pre monsoon season, while during the post monsoon season sediments can be classified as medium sand （38%）, poorly sorted （73%）, strongly negative skewed （41%） and very leptokurtic （62%）. Results revealed that the sediments in the whole study area are relatively coarse. No relationship was observed between mean size and other sedimentological characteristics （R2= 0.05 pre-monsoon. R2 =0.0017 post monsoon） with seasons.
