Among the harmful occupational factors,noise is the most common exposure in the oil industrial *** present study aimed to prioritize sound pollution areas in central processing facilities(CPF)of an oil field in order to provide corrective action in the studied industry and similar *** reviewing the issued permit to work,job description and noise dosimetry test,the evaluated areas were selected then sound pressure levels in the referenced areas investigated according to ISO 9612–2009(E)next the noise map prepared for all selected *** identifying the prioritized areas to implement the control measures NCPI was *** identifying the first priority area with sound pressure levels greater than 85 dB,the frequency analysis was performed and Isosonic map was prepared by Surfer v10 and AutoCAD *** the last step,in order to provide appropriate corrective action plan,the compatibility of the determined control actions with the production process was *** findings of this study indicates that 74%of the aforesaid area has the first priority to perform control measures in the caution zone and the remaining 26%is in the danger *** this study it has been demonstrated that implementing control measures for Zone 2 have first *** main source of the noise in this zone is fluid(Gas)flow through the piping and HP Gas *** results of this study shows that using effective factors such as exposure time,sound pressure level and number of exposed persons,can be present suitable model to prioritize noise control.

Binder jet printing(BJP)is a state-of-the-art additive manufacturing technique for producing porous magnesium *** MgZn-Zr based BJP samples were assessed for corrosion performance in simulated body fluids by electrochemical and hydrogen evolution *** corrosion rates of the BJP specimens were significantly higher than solid controls,even after accounting for their larger surface areas,suggesting that the BJP microstructure is detrimental to corrosion performance.X-ray computed tomography revealed nonuniform corrosion within the porous structure,with corrosion products forming on the pore *** the pores with hydroxyapatite or polymers greatly improved the corrosion resistance of the BJP samples.

Objective:To compare the effect of human chorionic gonadotropin(hCG)-producing peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)and PBMCs activated by hCG in vitro and expressions of related immune genes in mouse ***:hCG-producing PBMCs(transfected PBMC)and PBMCs activated by hCG in vitro were introduced into isolated mouse endometrial cells,while cell cultures were divided into four groups:the control,PBMC,transfected,and activated PBMC *** expression of studied genes(IL-1β,IL-6,Lif,and Vegf)was evaluated and blastocyst attachment on the cocultured cells(isolated endometrial cells and PBMC cells)was monitored in all four ***:Data showed that expression decreased in the PBMC group compared to the treated PBMC(transfected and activated PBMCs)and increased in transfected PBMC compared to the activated *** and migration of blastocysts were dramatically enhanced in the transfected PBMC group compared to the activated PBMC group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Use of hCG-producing PBMCs(transfected PBMC)has more influence on endometrial receptivity.

In the present study,the effects of microstructure,grain size,and texture after thermomechanical processing on the corrosion behavior of AISI 321 austenitic stainless steel(ASS)were *** as-received,coarse-grained steel((35±3)μm)was subjected to 20%,50%and 90%thickness reduction through cold rolling at liquid nitrogen temperature,followed by annealing at 750,950 and 1050℃for 15 *** occurred after annealing at 750℃,and with the increasing of annealing temperature to 950℃and 1050℃,secondary recrystallization(abnormal grain growth)and grain growth were *** results showed that,after 20%thickness reduction,corrosion resistance increased significantly(21.1 kΩ·cm^(2))compared with the as-received condition(3.9 kΩ·cm^(2))due to the enhancement ofγ-fiber and the creation ofΣ3 *** contrast,the corrosion resistance decreased with the increasing of thickness reduction to 90%during rolling,but still depicted higher corrosion resistance compared with the as-received *** annealing the 90%cold rolled(CR)specimens at 750 and 950℃,the corrosion resistance increased in comparison with the as-received sample as a result of the more uniform microstructure,appearance of Goss and brass texture components,and grain ***,significant grain growth((112±76)μm)followed by a non-uniform structure was observed after annealing at 1050℃and resulted in the lowest corrosion resistance(1.3 kΩ·cm^(2)).

Design of experiment （DOE） was applied to determining the most important factors which influence ultimate tensile strength （UTS） of AA6061/SiC nanocomposites produced by friction stir processing （FSP）. Effect of four factors, including rotational speed, transverse speed, tool penetration depth and pin profile, on UTS, was investigated. By Taguchi method, the optimum of process parameters were determined. Analysis of variance shows that the rotational speed is the most influential parameter. The statistical results depict that UTS for threaded pin is larger than that for square pin. Also, the higher the rotational speed and the lower the transverse speed, the higher the UTS.

First Principles Studies on the Electronic Structure and Band Structure of Paraelectric SrTiO<sub>3</sub>by Different Approximations

The electronic structure, energy band structure, total density of states (DOS) and electronic density of perovskite SrTiO3 in the cubic phase are calculated by the using full potential-linearized augmented plane wave (FP-LAPW) method in the framework density functional theory (DFT) with the generalized gradient approximation (GGA) by WIEN2k package. The calculated band structure shows a direct band gap of 2.5 eV at the Γ point in the Brillouin *** total DOS is compared with experimental x-ray photoemission spectra. From the DOS analysis, as well as charge-density studies, I have conclude that the bonding between Sr and TiO2 is mainly ionic and that the TiO2 entities bond *** calculated band structure and density of state of SrTiO3 are in good agreement with theoretical and experimental results.

Detailed soil surveys involve costly and time-consuming work and require expert knowledge. Since soil surveys provide information to meet a wide range of needs, new methods are necessary to map soils quickly and accurately. In this study, multilayer perceptron artificial neural networks(ANNs) were developed to map soil units using digital elevation model(DEM) attributes. Several optimal ANNs were produced based on a number of input data and hidden units. The approach used test and validation areas to calculate the accuracy of interpolated and extrapolated data. The results showed that the system and level of soil classification employed had a direct effect on the accuracy of the results. At the lowest level, smaller errors were observed with the World Reference Base(WRB)classification criteria than the Soil Taxonomy(ST) system, but more soil classes could be predicted when using ST(7 soils in the case of ST vs. 5 with WRB). Training errors were below 11% for all the ANN models applied, while the test error(interpolation error) and validation error(extrapolation error) were as high as 50% and 70%, respectively. As expected, soil prediction using a higher level of classification presented a better overall level of accuracy. To obtain better predictions, in addition to DEM attributes, data related to landforms and/or lithology as soil-forming factors, should be used as ANN input data.

Effect of equal channel angular pressing on aging treatment of Al-7075 alloy

The effect of aging treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of equal channel angular pressed Al-7075 alloy was *** Al-7075 alloy in the solid solution heat-treated condition was processed by equal channel angular pressing through route BCat both the room temperature and 120 1C. Only three passes of equal channel angular pressing was possible due to the low ductility of the alloy at both temperatures. Followed by equal channel angular pressing, the specimens have been aged at 120 1C for different aging times. Mechanical properties were measured by Vickers microhardness and tensile tests and microstructural observations were undertaken using transmission electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer as well as optical microscopy. Microstructural investigations showed that ultrafine-grained materials with grain size in the range of 200–350 nm and 300–500 nm could be obtained after three passes of equal channel angular pressing at room temperature and 120 1C, respectively. Equal channel angular pressing of solid solution heat-treated Al-7075 alloy accelerates precipitation rate and subsequently leads to a significant decrease in aging time to attain maximum mechanical properties. Furthermore, it is possible to achieve maximum mechanical properties during equal channel angular pressing at 120 1C as a result of dynamic aging and formation of small η′ phase.
