colonoscopy is the gold standard test for colorectal cancer screening. The primary advantage of colonoscopy as opposed to other screening modalities is the ability to provide therapy by removal of precancerous lesions at the time of detection. However, colonoscopy may miss clinically important neoplastic polyps. The value of colonoscopy in reducing incidence of colorectal cancer is dependent on many factors including, the patient, provider, and facility level. A high quality examination includes adequate bowel preparation, optimal colonoscopy technique, meticulous inspection during withdrawal, identification of subtle flat lesions, and complete polypectomy. considerable variation among institutions and endoscopists has been reported in the literature. In attempt to diminish this disparity, various approaches have been advocated to improve the quality of colonoscopy. The overall impact of these interventions is not yet well defined. Implementing optimal education and training and subsequently analyzing the impact of these endeavors in improvement of quality will be essential to augment the utility of colonoscopy for the prevention of colorectal cancer.

An individual’s perception,attitude,feeling and behavior about their body are important factors for mental health(depression).This study aims to explore the impact of body investment on depression,and the role of self-efficacy and self-esteem in this connection.A hypothetical model about the relationship between body investment,selfefficacy,self-esteem and depression was *** convenient sampling methods,a self-rated cross-sectional survey comprised of paper-based and online modes was conducted among 1,164 college students in Yunnan Province,china from July 2021 to August *** data collection used the body investment scale,self-efficacy scale,self-esteem scale and depression *** results show that there is a low to moderate positive correlation(ranging between-0.11 and-0.59)between the research *** body investment of college students has a negative predictive effect(B=16.23,SE=0.65)on *** connection is also regulated by the mediating role of self-esteem and *** these factors explain 37.83%variability of research *** findings show how body investment affects the depressive state of college ***,these results help to demonstrate that self-efficacy and self-esteem are academically important for optimizing students’depression,so as to promote a good mental state.

Air pollution causes deleterious effects on human health with aerosols being among the most polluting *** objective of this work is the characterization of the PM2.5 and PM10 aerosol mass in the *** methods of analysis include WD-XRF and *** were correlated with meteorological information and air mass trajectories(model HYSPLIT)by multivariate analysis.A morphological structural analysis was also carried out to identify the probable sources of atmospheric aerosols in the city of Sao Jose do Rio Preto,*** mean mass concentration values obtained were 24.54 μg/m^3 for PM10,above the WHO annual standard value of 20 μg/m^3 and 10.88 μg/m^3 for PM2.5 whose WHO recommended limit is10 μg/m^***-XRF analysis of the samples revealed Si and Al as major components of the coarse *** the fine fraction,the major elements were Al and *** SEM-FEG characterization allowed identifying the morphology of the particles in agglomerates,ellipsoids and filaments in the PM10,besides spherical in the *** analysis by EDS corroborated WD-XRF results,identifying the crustal elements,aluminosilicates and elements of anthropogenic origin in the coarse *** the fine fraction crustal elements were also identified;aluminosilicates,black carbon and spherical particles(c and O) originating from combustion processes were *** use of multivariate analysis to correlate air mass trajectories with the results of the morpho-structural characterization of the particulate matter allowed confirmation of the complex composition of the particles resulting from the combination of both local and long-distance sources.

This paper reviews the research work done on the Reliability Analysis of controller Area Network (cAN) based systems. During the last couple of decades, real-time researchers have extended schedulability analysis to a mature technique which for nontrivial systems can be used to determine whether a set of tasks executing on a single cPU or in a distributed system will meet their deadlines or not [1-3]. The main focus of the real-time research community is on hard real-time systems, and the essence of analyzing such systems is to investigate if deadlines are met in a worst case scenario. Whether this worst case actually will occur during execution, or if it is likely to occur, is not normally considered. Reliability modeling, on the other hand, involves study of fault models, characterization of distribution functions of faults and development of methods and tools for composing these distributions and models in estimating an overall reliability figure for the system [4]. This paper presents the research work done on reliability analysis developed with a focus on controller-Area-Network-based automotive systems.

Vanishing bile duct syndrome(VBDS) is a group of rare disorders characterized by ductopenia,the progressive destruction and disappearance of intrahepatic bile ducts leading to *** in association with medications,autoimmune disorders,cancer,transplantation,and infections,the specific mechanisms of disease are not *** date,only 4 cases of VBDS have been reported in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infected *** report 2 additional cases of HIV-associated VBDS and review the features common to the HIV-associated *** includes hyperbilirubinemia,normal liver imaging,and negative viral and autoimmune hepatitis *** HIV-infected subjects,VBDS occurred at a range of cD4+ T-cell counts,in some cases following initiation or change in antiretroviral *** was associated with two cases;nevirapine,antibiotics,and viral co-infection were suggested as etiologies in the other *** HIV-positive patients with progressive cholestasis,early identification of VBDS and referral for transplantation may improve outcomes.

This study examined the moderating effects of parent-child,same-sex,opposite-sex and teacher-student relation-ships between sibling status and loneliness during cOVID-19.A total of 1,591 adolescents in china completed the study questionnaires which assessed the aforementioned *** results showed that same-sex and teacher-student relationships moderated the association between sibling status and *** results indicated that among participants with good same-sex relationships during cOVID-19,compared to non-only-children parti-cipants,the only-children participants were more likely to experience a lower level of ***,parti-cipants with poor same-sex relationships experienced similar level of loneliness regardless of whether they had *** would be helpful for parents,teachers,and other stakeholders to take effective measures to reduce loneliness feelings among chinese adolescents.

The aim of the study was to explore the relationship between college graduates’dual self-consciousness,job search clarity and perceived stress,and reveal the mediating role of perceived stress between dual self-consciousness and job search *** this study,467 college graduates were investigated using the Dual Self-consciousness Scale,Job Search clarity Scale,and Perceived Stress *** controlling for gender,age,and region,the results revealed that:(1)private self-consciousness has a signiﬁcant positive predictive effect on job search clarity;(2)perceived stress has a signiﬁcant negative predictive effect on job search clarity;(3)perceived stress plays partial mediation effects between private self-consciousness and job search clarity;(4)perceived stress plays complete mediation effects between public self-consciousness and job search clarity;(5)perceived stress has suppressing effects between public self-consciousness and job search clarity.
