Advancements in next-generation sequencer(NGS)platforms have improved NGS sequence data production and reduced the cost involved,which has resulted in the production of a large amount of genome *** downstream analysis of multiple associated sequences has become a bottleneck for the growing genomic data due to storage and space utilization issues in the domain of *** traditional string-matching algorithms are efficient for small sized data sequences and cannot process large amounts of data for downstream *** study proposes a novel bit-parallelism algorithm called BitmapAligner to overcome the issues faced due to a large number of sequences and to improve the speed and quality of multiple sequence alignment(MSA).The input files(sequences)tested over BitmapAligner can be easily managed and organized using the Hadoop distributed file *** proposed aligner converts the test file(the whole genome sequence)into binaries of an equal length of the sequence,line by line,before the sequence alignment *** Hadoop distributed file system splits the larger files into blocks,based on a defined block size,which is 128 MB by *** can accurately process the sequence alignment using the bitmask approach on large-scale sequences after sorting the *** experimental results indicate that BitmapAligner operates in real time,with a large number of ***,BitmapAligner achieves the exact start and end positions of the pattern sequence to test the MSA application in the whole genome query *** MSA’s accuracy is verified by the bitmask indexing property of the bit-parallelism extended shifts(BXS)*** dynamic and exact approach of the BXS algorithm is implemented through the MapReduce function of Apache ***,the traditional seeds-and-extend approach faces the risk of errors while identifying the pattern sequences’***,the proposed model resolves the largescale data challen

This paper reviews the research work done on the Reliability Analysis of controller Area Network (cAN) based systems. During the last couple of decades, real-time researchers have extended schedulability analysis to a mature technique which for nontrivial systems can be used to determine whether a set of tasks executing on a single cPU or in a distributed system will meet their deadlines or not [1-3]. The main focus of the real-time research community is on hard real-time systems, and the essence of analyzing such systems is to investigate if deadlines are met in a worst case scenario. Whether this worst case actually will occur during execution, or if it is likely to occur, is not normally considered. Reliability modeling, on the other hand, involves study of fault models, characterization of distribution functions of faults and development of methods and tools for composing these distributions and models in estimating an overall reliability figure for the system [4]. This paper presents the research work done on reliability analysis developed with a focus on controller-Area-Network-based automotive systems.

This study examined the moderating effects of parent-child,same-sex,opposite-sex and teacher-student relation-ships between sibling status and loneliness during cOVID-19.A total of 1,591 adolescents in china completed the study questionnaires which assessed the aforementioned *** results showed that same-sex and teacher-student relationships moderated the association between sibling status and *** results indicated that among participants with good same-sex relationships during cOVID-19,compared to non-only-children parti-cipants,the only-children participants were more likely to experience a lower level of ***,parti-cipants with poor same-sex relationships experienced similar level of loneliness regardless of whether they had *** would be helpful for parents,teachers,and other stakeholders to take effective measures to reduce loneliness feelings among chinese adolescents.

To cure cOVID-19, we propounded mopping viruses/infected cells by opposite-charges electrostatic attraction as mechanism of treatment. RNA viruses (including cOVID-19 virus) are positively charged while DNA viruses and abnormal (infected/tumor) cells are negatively charged but normal cells are neutral. Molecules of Aluminum-magnesium silicate (AMS), a WHO- approved medicine, consist of Nanoparticles that have both negatively and positively charged ends. Ultra-small size (0.96 nm thick) of the Nanoparticles, allows them access to cells in all organs. Nigeria does not have natural AMS-deposits but she has Aluminum silicate and Magnesium silicate, abundantly. These solid minerals which are WHO-approved medicines too were used to formulate an AMS-brand, named, Medicinal synthetic AMS (MSAMS, VITUMED®, Antivirt®). Dextrose monohydrate (simple sugar) is incorporated in each MSAMS-formulation to convey the electrically charged Nanoparticles across mucous membranes (active-transportation) into blood for circulation to all organs. The Antivirt® has proved effective against all viral and abnormal-cell diseases so far tested including cOVID-19.

Background:Burn injury results in emotional stress affecting dietary intake and antioxidant micronutrient intake,which is known to have effects on recovery *** study aimed to assess dietary intake of antioxidant micronutrients and recovery outcomes of burn ***:Questionnaires were administered to 40 burn patients at Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital(Ghana)from January 1,2014 to May 30,*** data taken include anthropometric measurements and dietary *** nutrient intakes were assessed with the Nutrient Analysis *** average intakes were compared to the recommended daily *** of recovery was based on records of wound healing assessments and infection rates from the health ***:A cross-sectional study of 40 patients revealed an average total burn surface area(TBSA)of 31.4%,where 70.0,35.0,75.0,52.5,12.5 and 32.5%patients were deficient in vitamins A,c and E,zinc,copper and selenium,respectively and adequate amounts of vitamin c intake were related with significantly better wound healing *** wound healing outcomes were observed for patients with adequate vitamins A and E and zinc *** infection presented among patients with adequate amount of vitamins A and c and zinc,but this was not observed for patients with adequate vitamin E,copper and ***:Most burn patients did not meet their dietary requirements for antioxidant micronutrients and this was due to meals not tailored to suit individual *** of the antioxidants especially vitamin c resulted in positive wound healing ***,there is need for planned well-balanced meals of high vitamin c.

This paper reviews the research work done on the Modeling and Analysis of Wireless controller Area Network (WcAN). The controller area network (cAN) has been long regarded as the pioneer in standardizing vehicle bus standard. Its influence has even been reached out to various applications in industrial automation;which includes military, aviation, electronics and many others. With wireless technology becoming more pervasive, there is also a need for cAN too to migrate and evolve to its wireless counterpart [1]. A few methods were proposed in the last decade [2-6] that utilized the advantageous of cAN into a wireless network system called wireless controller area network (WcAN). This paper reviews these approaches of WcAN.

Developing a chloramine decay index to understand nitrification:A case study of two chloraminated drinking water distribution systems

The management of chloramine decay and the prevention of nitrification are some of the critical issues faced by water utilities that use chloramine as a *** this study,potential association between high performance size exclusion chromatography（HPSEc）data obtained with multiple wavelength Ultraviolet（UV） detection from two drinking water distribution systems in Australia and nitrification occurrence was *** increase in the absorbance signal of HPSEc profiles with UV detection at λ = 230 nm between apparent molecular weights of 200 to 1000 Da was observed at sampling sites that experienced rapid chloramine decay and nitrification while its absorbance signal at λ =254 nm decreased.A chloramine decay index（c.D.I） defined as the ratio of area beneath the HPSEc spectra at two different wavelengths of 230 and 254 nm,was used in assessing chloramine decay *** *** of waters at locations that experienced nitrification were consistently higher than locations not experiencing nitrification.A simulated laboratory study showed that the formation of nitrite/nitrate and/or soluble microbial products and/or the release of extracellular polymeric substances（EPS） during nitrification may contribute to the *** findings suggest that c.D.I derived from HPSEc with multiple wavelength UV detection could be an informative index to track the occurrence of rapid chloramine decay and nitrification.

目的旨在翻译和验证印尼语版护理工作环境指数量表(the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index,PES-NWI)在护士中应用的信效度。方法对PES-NWI进行翻译,并通过横断面研究验证其信效度。采用正向翻译、对比译文、反向翻译、对比译文,及采用二分量表进行初步测试5个步骤将英语版本问卷翻译为印尼语。30名住院部护士参与了量表可读性和可理解性检查。于2022年8—10月在印度尼西亚的17所医院选取350名护理人员参与调查。采用结构效度和收敛效度来评估量表的效度。采用cronbach's α系数、项目总相关系数和组合信度指数来评估量表的信度。结果验证性因子分析显示,PES-NWI具有良好的拟合度,量表因子结构稳定。各维度的相关系数为0.70~0.88,条目的载荷值都高于0.6。量表维度的收敛效度为0.61~0.74。cronbach's α系数为0.97,修正后的项目总相关系数0.62~0.85,各个维度的组合信度指数均高于0.89。结论印尼版PES-NWI具有良好的同质性和结构效度,护理管理人员可以使用它来衡量工作环境。
