Emerging technologies such as edge computing,Internet of Things(IoT),5G networks,big data,Artificial Intelligence(AI),and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)empower,Industry 4.0,with a progressive production methodology that shows attention to the interaction between machine and human *** the literature,various authors have focused on resolving security problems in UAV communication to provide safety for vital *** current research article presents a Circle Search Optimization with Deep Learning Enabled Secure UAV Classification(CSODL-SUAVC)model for Industry 4.0 *** suggested CSODL-SUAVC methodology is aimed at accomplishing two core objectives such as secure communication via image steganography and image ***,the proposed CSODL-SUAVC method involves the following methods such as Multi-Level Discrete Wavelet Transformation(ML-DWT),CSO-related Optimal Pixel Selection(CSO-OPS),and signcryption-based *** proposed model deploys the CSO-OPS technique to select the optimal pixel points in cover *** secret images,encrypted by signcryption technique,are embedded into cover ***,the image classification process includes three components namely,Super-Resolution using Convolution Neural Network(SRCNN),Adam optimizer,and softmax *** integration of the CSO-OPS algorithm and Adam optimizer helps in achieving the maximum performance upon UAV *** proposed CSODLSUAVC model was experimentally validated using benchmark datasets and the outcomes were evaluated under distinct *** simulation outcomes established the supreme better performance of the CSODL-SUAVC model over recent approaches.

To preserve the environment for civilization,we should remove the pollutants like toxic dyes by friendly and cost efficacious *** this study,the effect of surfactants or mixed surfactants on physicochemical,optical and adsorption properties of ternary mixed oxide CeO_(2)-ZrO_(2)-Al_(2) O_3(CZA) are *** ternary mixed oxide CZA was prepared by surfactants or mixed surfactants assisted ultrasonic coprecipitation *** physicochemical and optical properties are estimated by different techniques like XRD,TEM,EDX,FTIR,S_(BET) and UV-Vis/*** CZA_T and CZA_C have hybrid shapes and high surface *** adsorption properties of ternary mixed oxides adsorbents were characterized by sono-removing anionic dyes such as Congo red(CR) and Remazol red RB-133(RR).The different factors like contact time,different dye concentrations and temperatures also *** kinetics and isotherms applications showed that,the adsorption process was followed pseudo second order kinetics and the Freundlich isotherm ***,the adsorption is spontaneous and endothermic process through the thermodynamic ***,the results showed that the ternary mixed oxide nano-adsorbent(CeO_(2)-ZrO_(2)-Al_(2) O_3) is promising and functional materials for anionic dye sweep from wastewater.

Neuregulin-1 (NRG1) is a well known growth factor playing contradictory roles in myelination depending on the existing isoform. Transmembrane NRG1 acts as a promyelinating factor, while the soluble isoform inhibits myelination. In this perspective, we would like to emphasize this conflicting role played by NRG1 isofbrms regarding their roles in myelination, remyelination and the entire process of peripheral nerve regeneration.

Double folding analysis of ^(3)He elastic and inelastic scattering to low lying states on ^(90)Zr,^(116)Sn and ^(208)Pb at 270 MeV

The experimental data on elastic and inelastic scattering of 270 MeV 3He particles to several low lying states in 90Zr, 116Sn and 208Pb are analyzed within the double folding model （DFM）. Fermi density distribution （FDD） of target nuclei is used to obtain real potentials with different powers. DF results are introduced into a modified DWUCK4 code to calculate tbe elastic and inelastic scattering cross sections. Two cboices of potentials form factors are used; Woods Saxon （WS） and Woods Saxon Squared （WS2） for real potential, while the imaginary part is taken as phenomenological Woods Saxon （PWS） and phenomenological Woods Saxon Squared （PWS2）. This comparison provides information about the similarities and differences of the models used in calculations.

Model Predictive Control for Discrete and Continuous Timed Petri Nets

The goal of this paper is to propose a unique control method that permits the evolution of both timed continuous Petri net （TCPN） and T-timed discrete Petri net （T-TDPN） from an initial state to a desired one. Model predictive control （MPC） is a robust control scheme against perturbation and a consistent real-time constraints method. Hence, the proposed approach is studied using the MPC. However, the computational complexity may prevent the use of the MPC for large systems and for large prediction horizons. Then, the proposed approach provides some new techniques in order to reduce the high computational complexity; among them one is taking constant control actions during the prediction.

Chemical diversity of essential oils from flowers,leaves,and stems of Rhanterium epapposum Oliv. growing in northern border region of Saudi Arabia

Objective:To evaluate the medicinal uses of Rhanterium epapposum Oliv.(***) growing in northern border region of Saudi Arabia,through the chemical diversity of essential oils extracted from its flowers,leaves and ***:Aerial parts of *** were collected in April *** dried flowers,leaves,and stems were separately subjected to hydrodistillation in a Clevenger-type apparatus for 4 h to extract the essential *** chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis of the essential oils was carried out using an Agilent 6890 gas chromatograph equipped with an Agilent 5973 mass spectrometric ***:A total of 51 compounds representing 76.35%–94.86% of flowers,leaves and stems oils composition were *** chemical profiles of the studied fractions revealed the dominance of monoterpenes,regardless of qualitative and quantitative differences ***,linalool,4-terpineol and a-cadinol represented the major constituents of flowers *** oil was dominated by limonene,sabinene,a-pinene and b-myrcene whereas linalool,ionole,a-cadinol,b-eudesmol,4-terpineol,and aterpineol were the major constituents of stems ***:Essential oils from flowers,leaves and stems of *** growing in northern border region of Saudi Arabia are considered as a rich source of monoterpenes which have biological activities.

Leptin influences estrogen metabolism and increases DNA adduct formation in breast cancer cells

Objective: The elevated incidence of obesity has been paralleled with higher risks of breast cancer. High adiposity increases leptin secretion from adipose tissue, which in turn increases cancer cell proliferation. The interplay between leptin and estrogen is one of the mechanisms through which leptin influences breast carcinogenesis. An unbalanced estrogen metabolism increases the formations of catechol estrogen quinones, DNA adducts, and cancer mutations. This study aims to investigate the effect of leptin on some estrogen metabolic enzymes and DNA adduction in breast cancer ***: High performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) was performed to analyze the DNA adducts 4-OHE1[E2]-1-N3 adenine and 4-OHE1[E2]-1-N7 guanine. Reporter gene assay, real time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(real time RT-PCR), and Western blot were used to assess the expression of estrogen metabolizing genes and enzymes: Cytochrome P-4501B1(CYP1B1), Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate-quinone oxidoreductase1(NQO1), and Catechol-O-methyl transferase(COMT).Results: Leptin significantly increased the DNA adducts 4-OHE1[E2]-1-N3 adenine and 4-OHE1[E2]-1-N7 ***, leptin significantly upregulated CYP1B1 promoter activity and protein expression. The luciferase promoter activities of NQO1 and m RNA levels were significantly reduced. Moreover, leptin greatly reduced the reporter activities of the COMT-P1 and COMT-P2 promoters and diminished the protein expression of ***: Leptin increases DNA adduct levels in breast cancer cells partly by affecting key genes and enzymes involved in estrogen metabolism. Thus, increased focus should be directed toward leptin and its effects on the estrogen metabolic pathway as an effective approach against breast cancer.

Effect of 2% fluorescein on Scheimpflug central corneal thickness measurements

AIM： To assess central corneal thickness （CCT） changes measured with Scheimpflug device following instillation of 2% fluorescein in normal subjects. ~ METHODS： This was a prospective randomized study of 60 hospital volunteers. After baseline CCT measurements of both eyes of 40 subjects were obtained using Scheimpflug system, a drop of preservative-free 2% fluorescein, was instilled in one eye and in other eye, one drop of normal saline （control）. Measurements were repeated after 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60min （continuous assessment group）. Twenty subjects had baseline CCT taken, then fluorescein was instilled in one eye and measurements were taken at lmin. Ten eyes had saline rinse after lmin and 10 other eyes did not, measurements were repeated at 2min （eye rinse group）. RESULTS： The mean baseline CCT for continuous assessment group was 546.2±32.1um （range, 489.0-606.0）, control eyes was 546.6~±30.7 um （range, 489.0-602.0）. At lmin after fluorescein instillation, CCT significantly increased by 37.0±34.0um （P〈0.001）, then decreased gradually, reaching baseline at 60min. CCT variations were not significant in control group （P〉0.05）. For eye rinse group, CCT mean differences between baseline and 2min were 18.2um （95 % Ch -54.7 to 18.3） with rinse and 26.5um （95% CI： -62.9 to 9.9） without rinse; paired sample tests were not significant （P〉0.05）. CONCLUSION： The presence of fluorescein increased CCT value to a clinically relevant level of 6.8%. Eye rinse did not significantly reduce the effect at 2min post fluorescein timepoint.
