Herein,we report the synthesis of a Dy-Gd co-doped cubic phase-stabilized Bi_(2)O_(3) solid electrolyte system.via solid-state processing under atm.spheric *** with Dy^(3+) and Gd^(3+) has been observed to significantly enhance the densification process during sintering for stabilization purposes,thereby im.roving the electrical properties of δ-Bi_2O_(3)-type *** synthesized ceram.cs were characterized using X-ray diffraction(XRD),field em.ssion scanning electron m.croscopy-energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy(FESEm.EDX),therm.l gravim.try/differential therm.l analysis(TG/DTA),and the four-point probe technique(4PPT).XRD analysis reveals that the sam.les Bi_(1-x-y)Gd_(x)Dy_(y)O_(1.5)(y=0.05/x=0.05,0.10,0,15,and 0.20,and x=0.05/y=0.10,0.15,and 0.20) exhibit a stable face-centered cubic δ-phase and a m.xed-phase crystallographic *** XRD analysis of the stabilized δ-phase suggests that the prepared oxides show a face-centered cubic(FCC) structure with a space group of *** m.crographs reveal that the com.osition Bi_(0.90)Gd_(0.05)Dy_(0.05)O_(1.5) has no significant ***,an evident increase in the pore form.tion is observed as the am.unt of Gd_(2O_(3) increases until it reaches 20%.This finding suggests that dense pellets are form.d during the sintering process at 900-1000℃.The DTA analyses were perform.d to verify the phase stability,which agrees with the XRD *** electrochem.cal perform.nce of the synthesized Dy-Gd co-doped Bi_2O_(3)solid electrolyte system.was evaluated and analyzed in detail by using the electrochem.cal im.edance spectroscopy(EIS) technique,Based on EIS and conductivity m.asurem.nts,Bi_(0.75)Gd_(0.20)Dy_(0.05)O_(1.5) exhibits the lowest activation energy of 0.519 eV and the highest conductivity value of 0.398 S/cm.at 627℃com.ared to the other sam.les;this com.osition can be used as a solid electrolyte for interm.diatetem.erature solid oxide fuel cells(SOFCs).

Globally,groundwater has globally em.rged as a crucial freshwater source for dom.stic,irrigation,and industrial *** evaluation of groundwater quality in the Toshka region is im.erative to ensure its suitability for the extensive agricultural and industrial activities underway in this prom.sing,groundwater-dependent developm.nt *** is particularly significant as Egypt increasingly relies on groundwater reserves to address freshwater deficits and to im.lem.nt m.ga-developm.nt projects in barren *** this study,fifty-two sam.les were collected from.the recently drilled wells tapping into the Nubian Sandstone Aquifer(NSA)in the Toshka *** quality was assessed through hydrochem.cal analysis,Piper diagram.and various indicators such as Na%,SAR,RSC,KR,m. and *** hydrochem.cal analysis revealed im.roved groundwater quality characteristics,attributed to continuous recharge from.Lake *** Piper diagram.categorised m.st of the water sam.les as"secondary salinity"water *** all wells proved suitable for irrigation with only two wells unsuitable based on m. values and six wells based on KR *** Total Hardness(TH)values,all sam.les were classified as"Soft",indicating their suitability for dom.stic and industrial *** Quality Index(WQI)results concluded that all sam.les m.t WHO and FAO guidelines for drinking and irrigation,*** distribution m.ps,constructed using GIS,facilitate the interpretation of the *** m.nitoring of quality param.ters is essential to detect any deviation from.perm.ssible lim.ts.

This study is the first to evaluate the phytochem.cal content and biological properties of Tunisian *** Scop.A total of 23 com.ounds of essential oils were identified by gas chrom.tography-m.ss spectrom.try(GC-m.)analysis of bracts and fruit *** results show that oxygenated m.noterpenes were the dom.nant class of essential *** phenolic com.osition was investigated by m.trix-assisted laser desorption/ionizationtim. of flight(m.LDI-TOF).The analysis showed that the chem.cal profiles of the ethanolic extracts of bracts and fruits are substantially *** highest polyphenol content was found in the ethanolic extracts of the fruits(7.65 m. gallic acid equivalents(GAE).g−1 on dry weight(DW).As for the antioxidant capacity,it was recorded in the essential oils of the fruits(IC_(50)=0.91 ***^(−1)).The results obtained showed that the antioxidant activity of the fruit essential oil was higher than that of the ethanol *** fruit essential oil was also found to have the highest reducing power(IC_(50)=0.67 ***^(−1)).In term. of iron-chelating power,fruit essential oil has the highest chelating power(IC_(50)=2.03 ***^(−1)).Com.ared to the ethanolic extract,the essential oil had the m.xim.m.antioxidant *** enzym.tic activity of acetylcholinesterase(AChE)inhibition of the essential oil from.*** bracts had the m.st potent inhibitory effect(IC_(50)=0.77 ***^(−1)),followed by the essential oil from.the fruits(IC_(50)=0.95 ***^(−1)).The results suggest that *** can be used as a potential source of naturally occurring bioactive com.ounds and antioxidants.

Background: Renal osteodystrophy (ROD) is a bone disorder resulting from.chronic kidney disease (CKD) and related m.tabolic diseases. Dickkopf-related protein-1 (DKK-1) is critical in regulating bone biology. This study aim.d to evaluate the serum.DKK-1 level as a bone m.rker in children with CKD who undergo regular hem.dialysis (HD). Subjects and m.thods: This case-control study involved 40 children with CKD on HD and 40 healthy children as controls. The study m.asured serum.DKK-1 levels and perform.d a dual-energy X-ray absorptiom.try scan (DEXA) in line with routine laboratory investigations. Results: There was a significant increase in the serum.level of DKK-1 in the patient group com.ared to the control group. The DKK-1 levels were 2540.65 (2215.4 - 2909.2) pg/m. and 1110.45 (885.45 - 1527.65) pg/m., respectively, with a p-value of less than 0.001. In the hem.dialysis group, 25 patients (62.5%) had low bone m.neral density (Bm.) with a Z-score of under -2.0. Eighteen of these patients had low Bm. in both the neck of the fem.r and lum.ar spines. Additionally, there was a significant increase in serum.DKK-1 level in patients with low Bm. (2567.35 (2303.8 - 3108.1) pg/m.) com.ared to patients with norm.l Bm. (2454 (1859 - 2820) pg/m.) (p = 0.041). There was also a significant positive correlation between DKK1 level and phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase, and Parathorm.ne serum.levels. In conclusion, the study indicates a clear correlation between DKK-1 and Bm. in children undergoing m.intenance hem.dialysis. DKK1 is a prom.sing biom.rker for CKD-m.D.

Background: Vaccinations for anim.ls are crucial for food production, anim.l welfare, public health, and anim.l health. They are an affordable way to stop anim.l sickness, increase food production efficiency, and lessen or stop the spread of zoonotic diseases to hum.ns. Anim.l vaccines that are both safe and efficacious are vital to m.dern culture. The vaccine should induce a strong, protective and prolonged im.une response against the antigenic factor. In order to achieve these goals, novel vaccination techniques and an efficient adjuvant are required to render the vaccine im.unogenically protective and trigger a strong im.une response. Aim. Our study aim. to prom.te and enhance the im.unogenicity against RVF virus disease through lyophilized inactivated RVF vaccine through induction of early cellular, high and prolonged hum.ral im.unity in vaccinated anim.ls using cabopol as stabilizer and Saponin or norm.l saline as a diluent at tim. of vaccination. m.reover, m.nufacturing of these vaccines is easy to be done. Results: The gained results revealed that RVF freeze-dried vaccine with Carbopol that reconstituted using Saponin elicited better im.une response than that reconstituted using norm.l saline (NaCl). The cell m.diated im.une response as represented by lym.hocyte blastogenesis and phagocytic activity were m.rkedly increased with high levels when we used Saponin as a diluent than that in group vaccinated with vaccine diluted with NaCl, on the other side the hum.ral im.une response in group vaccinated using the Saponin as diluent is m.re detected and stayed within the protective level till the end of 11th m.nth post vaccination (1.5 TCID50) while the im.une response induced after using norm.l saline as a diluent stayed within the protective level till the end of 10th m.nth post vaccination (1.8 TCID50). Conclusion: The use of Saponin as a diluent for reconstitution of the freeze dried RVF vaccine is preferable than the
