The present studies describe Chromosomal aberration effects of electrofishing, which were evaluated on Poecilia latipinna, located in Shat Al-Arab river in Al-garmma city (south of Iraq). The electrofishing derive used in work.is simulated to that used in the commercial fishing. The apparatus generates voltage ranged from 40 to 280 volts. Nine bearers of Poecilia latipinna sailfin molly fish in chromosomal analysis were divided into three treatments. The first were a control, the fishes of the second were exposed to 110 volts (10 seconds), and final groups were exposed to 110 volts (15 seconds). Mitotic index of the electrofishing with a control for each group decreased with increasing exposed time in somatic cell k.dney tissue of Poecilia latipinna. The chromosome aberration analysis revealed a significant increase in the most frequent aberration per 150 metaphase in analyzed groups (1.33 in T1 groups, 39.33 in T2 groups) was chromosome break. fragment, range chromosome, Stick. chromosome mean, were higher in comparison to non exposed electrical shock.fishing groups (control groups T1). At the same time, it showed a higher positive correlation of total chromosome aberration frequencies between T1 and T2 groups, while, all fishes died in T3 groups. According to our results, we represented the first record in Iraq.

Back.round:Few studies on spatial patterns or secular trends in human leishmanias have been conducted in *** study aimed to examine spatial patterns and trends associated with the human leishmaniasis incidence rate(HLIR)at the province/prefecture level between 2003 and 2013 in ***:Only the available published country data on the HLIR between 2003 and 2013,from the open access files of the Ministry of Health,were *** trends were examined using k.ndall’s rank.*** exploratory spatial data analysis was also conducted to examine the spatial autocorrelation(Global Moran’s I and local indicator of spatial association[LISA]),and spatial diffusion at the province/prefecture *** influence of various covariates(poverty rate,vulnerability rate,population density,and urbanization)on the HLIR was tested via spatial regression(ordinary least squares regression).Results:At the country level,no secular variation was *** annual incidence rate estimates were 13 per 100000 population(95%CI=12.9–13.1)for cutaneous leishmaniasis(CL)and 0.4 per 100000 population(95%CI=0.4–0.5)for visceral leishmaniasis(VL).The available data on HLIR were based on combined CL and VL cases,however,as the CL cases totally outnumbered the VL ones,HLIR may be considered as CL incidence *** the provincial level,a secular increase in the incidence rate was observed in Al Hoceima(P=0.008),Taounate(P=0.04),Larache(P=0.002),Tétouan(P=0.0003),k.enifra(P=0.008),Mek.es(P=0.03),and El k.laa(P=0.0007),whereas a secular decrease was observed only in the Chichaoua province(P=0.006).Even though increased or decreased rate was evident in these provinces,none of them showed clustering of leishmaniasis *** spatial clusters of high leishmaniasis incidence were located in the northeastern part of Morocco,while spatial clusters of low leishmaniasis incidence were seen in some northwestern and southern parts of Morocco;there was spatial randomness i

The glass system under study was prepared and examined using the melt quenching procedures and XRD to emphasize the amorphous nature,*** of the prepared solid glass system was performed by a spectrophotometer in wavelengths from 190 to 1099 *** traditional techniques and standard formulas,the density,molar volume,refractive index,optical band gap and the optical filter characteristics were determined,then the influence of samarium oxide on some properties lik. the structure and optical,also the electrical properties were dissected.A novel formula was proposed to estimate the refractive index from the optical energy *** obtained samples are good optical filters especially the sample that contains 0.8 mol% of Sm2 *** this sample has the utmost density,the least molar volume,the maximum transmittance,least refractive index,the highest optical band gap and the least dc conductivity.

This paper provides a nonlinear pseudo-hyperbolic partial differential equation with non-local *** the importance of this problem,the exact solution to this problem is rare in the ***,the Laplace-Adomian Decomposition Method(LADM)is used to provide a new approach to solving this ***,we give a comparison between the exact and approximate solutions at various points with absolute *** obtained result showed that the proposed method is effective and accurate for this problem and can be used for many other evolution of nonlinear equations in mathematical physics.

Solvents are generally used to reduce the viscosity of heavy crude oil and ultimately enhance oil ***,a new method has been introduced where nanoparticles(NPs)are exploited to induce enhanced oil recovery owing to their ability to improve the mobility ratio,dampen the interfacial tension,and alter rock.*** study investigated the integration of nano-alumina(Al_(2)O_(3))NPs with an n-hexane *** parti-cular,a Brook.ield viscometer has been used to measure the crude oil viscosity and it has been found that NPs can effectively lead to a significant decrease in the overall oil viscosity(70 cp using the solvent only,45 cp when NPs are added).

γ-Al2O3 supported Ni-Mn bimetallic catalysts for CO2 reforming of methane were prepared by impregnation method. The reforming reactions were conducted at 500-700℃ and atmospheric pressure using CO2/CH4/N2 with feed ratio of 17/17/2, at total flow rate of 36 mL/min. The catalytic performance was assessed through CH4 and CO2 conversions, synthesis gas ratio （H2/CO） and long term stability. Catalytic activity and stability tests revealed that addition of Mn improved catalytic performance and led to higher stability of bimetallic catalysts which presented better cok. suppression than monometallic catalyst. In this work. the optimum loading of Mn which exhibited the most stable performance and least cok. deposition was 0.5wt%. The fresh and spent catalysts were characterized by various techniques such as Brunauer-Emmett-Teller, the temperature programmed desorption CO2- TPD, thermogravimetric analysis, X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscope, EDX, and infrared spectroscopy.

Poultry production has undergone a substantial increase compared to the livestock.industries since ***, the industry worldwide is now facing challenges with the removal of in-feed antibiotics completely or gradually, as the once well-controlled poultry diseases have re-emerged to cause tremendous loss of production. Necrotic enteritis(NE) is one of the most important diseases which costs the industry over two billion dollars annually. In this paper, we review the progress on the etiology of NE and its control through dietary modifications, pre-and probiotics, short chain fatty acids, and vaccination. The other lik.ly measures resulted in the most advances in the toxin characterization are also discussed. Vaccine strategies may have greater potential for the control of NE mainly due to clearer etiology of NE having been elucidated in recent years with the identification of necrotic enteritis toxin B-lik.(NetB) toxin. Therefore, the use of alternatives to in-feed antibiotics with a better understanding of the relationship between nutrition and NE, and limiting exposure to infectious agents through biosecurity and vaccination, might be a tool to reduce the incidence of NE and to improve gut health in the absence of in-feed antibiotics. More importantly, the combinations of different measures may achieve greater protection of birds against the disease. Among all the alternatives investigated, prebiotics, organic acids and vaccination have shown improved gastrointestinal health and thus, have potential for the control of NE.
