We.use. the.5’ rapid amplification of cDNA e.ds (RACe. to obtain the.PtSRP mRNA 5’ re.ion, and toge.he. with our pre.iously re.orte. 3’ mRNA re.ion, the.full mRNA se.ue.ce.was asse.ble. by use.of bioinformatics tools and de.osite. to Ge.Bank (Acce.sion: GU733439). The.price.of mate.ials e.ploye. for packaging food has traditionally be.n high and use. to be.more.e.pe.sive.than the.food itse.f. Te.hnological innovations made.possible.to produce.packaging mate.ials che.ply. One.of the.e.proce.se. is known as co-e.trusion. This te.hnique.make. a film with two or more.laye.s with diffe.e.t plastics not laminating the.laye.s toge.he. with an adhe.ive. e.iminating the.use.of solve.ts and producing a film in just one.ste. inste.d multiple.ste.s.
