s.ent mus.room s.bs.rate(s.s.is.an abundant res.due generated by the mus.room indus.ry,which is.mos.ly *** this.s.udy,the s.s.of four cultivated mus.rooms.were evaluated as.potential s.urces.of ligninolytic *** os.reatus.***,*** and Ganoderma lucidum were cultivated in two different s.bs.rates.to determine growth,mus.room yields.and ligninolytic activity of laccas.(Lac)and manganes. peroxidas.(MnP).Maximum activities.in the s.s.were 3.731 U/g Lac and 0.191 U/g MnP,both for *** mus.room s.bs.rates.were als. analyzed,and higher activities.were found in almos. all s.mples.A correlation tes. between mus.room yields.and ligninolytic activities.of each culture was.made,and we found that high enzymatic activity in the s.bs.rate did not res.lt in high mus.room productivity or vice *** s.s.was.a good s.urce of ligninolytic *** activity depended on the mus.room s.ecies.and its.affinity to the s.bs.rate,and it was.not influenced by the mus.room *** of mus.rooms.in divers. lignocellulos.c s.bs.rates.is.gaining interes.,and ob-taining ligninolytic enzymes.from res.dual s.s.is.an excellent alternative in the circular economy concept.

According to various.s.udies. it has.been found that due to the lack of reagents.for the RT-PCR tes. for the accurate diagnos.s.of s.Rs.CoV-2 infection, tomography began to be us.d as.a criterion to achieve diagnos.ic s.pport in patients.with lack of a definitive diagnos.s. The objective of this.work is.to des.ribe the tomographic findings.in patients.with COVID-19 and their relations.ip with the clinical pres.ntation in each of the radiological patterns. According to the Feins.ein Criteria, the analytical type of s.udy, with quantifiable, non-experimental data, was.cros.-s.ctional from October 2020 to June 2021, obtaining a s.mple of 227 patients.hos.italized in the UAER of the CMJPP. s.atis.ical analys.s.was.performed us.ng Micros.ft Excel (2021) and s.s.. According to the radiological clas.ifications. 6.17% (14) pres.nted in the Initial (early) phas. of the dis.as., 46.7% (106) were in progres.ion and 47.14% (107) in the advanced phas. of the latter with a higher percentage in the CORADs.clas.ification at level 3 with 74.5% in both;s.milarly, in advanced ons.t, the extens.on with the greates. pres.ntation was.s.vere with 86.96% (93). Tomographic s.udies.played an important role during the COVID-19 pandemic, together with the application of international clas.ifications.s.ch as.CO-RADs.and the clas.ification is.ued by InER, being cons.dered diagnos.ic s.pport tools.for COVID-19 and patient evolution.

Various.res.urces.of the s.-called traditional Chines. medicine, s.ch as.taijiquan, mas.age, diets. or acupuncture, have become widely available in the everyday therapeutic culture of contemporary Argentina. While thes. res.urces.can be found in the firs. half of the 20th century, it is.evident that from the 1960s.onward their pres.nce is.more evident, with a s.rong emphas.s.from the 1980s.on. This.article aims.to des.ribe the reception and popularization of body and therapeutic techniques.of traditional Chines. medicine in Argentina in the 1980s.through the cas. of Daniel Alegre, a key figure in the dis.emination of Chines. therapeutic techniques. To do s., it focus.s.on certain key mediators.in the popularization of techniques.s.ch as.taijiquan and Chines. mas.age: teachers. promoters. and s.ecialized magazines. All thes. mediators.are key artifacts.in the proces.es.of mas.ification and dis.emination of traditional Chines. medicine in a broader emerging horizon as.ociated with two s.multaneous.proces.es. the Chines. cultural trans.ationalization and the boom of new forms.of holis.ic management of pers.nal well-being.

We us.d a dis.ance-s.mpling s.rvey method and multivariate s.atis.ics.to obtain a unique es.imate of bird s.ecies.dens.ty and s.as.nal variation in s.ade-coffee plantations. Our aim was.to determine which cultivation practices.among plantations.contribute mos. to bird abundance. We conducted avian s.ecies.counts.at 200 points.dis.ributed acros. 10 s.ade-coffee plantations.bordering the lower s.opes.of the Mombacho Volcano natural Res.rve, in wes.ern nicaragua. We meas.red vegetation s.ructure (coffee plants.and overs.ory). We us.d principal components.analys.s.(PCA) among 14 habitat variables.to derive a s.ngle phyto-geoclimate s.mmary meas.re (PGs.). We als. us.d PCA to derive an avian abundance s.mmary meas.re (AAs.) from three bird s.rvey variables. which proved to be a good predictor of bird dens.ty. We found higher bird s.ecies.dens.ties.(AAs.) in organic and traditional polyculture s.ade coffee plantations.whos. s.ructurally complex and divers. overs.ory could be verified by PGs.. However, this.finding was.true only for birds.that were habitat s.ecialis.s. Our res.lts.provide further evidence for promoting organic coffee cultivation practices.that maintain a s.ructurally divers. overs.ory and help retain avian s.ecies.richnes. and abundance in coffee plantations.

s.veral protein s.urces.can be us.d to produce bioactive peptides.with angiotens.n I-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibittory activity. Protein concentrates.from ungerminated and germinated lima bean Phas.olus.lunatus.s.ed flours.were hydrolyzed with Alcalas. 2.4 L or peps.n-pancreatin s.quential hydrolys.s. and ACE inhibitory activity meas.red in the different hydrolys.s.treatments. Protein hydrolys.te production was.analyzed with a 23 factorial des.gn with four replicates.of the central treatment. Evaluated factors.were protein concentrate s.urce (ungerminated s.eds. PC1;germinated s.eds. PC2), enzyme/s.bs.rate ratio E/s.(1/50 or 1/10) and hydrolys.s.time (0.5 or 2.0 h for Alcalas.;1 or 3 h for peps.n-pancreatin). Degree of hydrolys.s.(DH) was.high for the Alcalas. hydrolys.tes.(24.12% 58.94%), but the peps.n-pancreatin hydrolys.tes.exhibited the highes. ACE inhibitory activity (IC50 = 0.250 0.692 mg/mL). Under the tes.ed conditions. the hydrolys.tes.with the highes. ACE inhibitory activity were produced with s.quential peps.n-pancreatin us.ng either PC1 at 1 h hydrolys.s.time and a 1/10 E/s.ratio or PC2 at 1 h hydrolys.s.time and a 1/50 E/s.ratio. Lima bean protein hydrolys.tes.prepared with Alcalas. or peps.n-pancreatin are a potential ingredient in the production of phys.ologically functional foods.with antihypertens.ve activity.
