采用实验研究的方法探讨了反应物预热温度与稀释率两个因素对稀释燃烧火焰稳定性的影响.实验以氮气稀释的甲烷-空气对冲扩散火焰为研究对象,确定了不同反应物预热温度与氧化剂稀释率(氧气体积分数)时火焰的熄火极限,结果表明,增大反应物预热温度拓宽了火焰稳定燃烧区域,而增加氧化剂稀释率(降低氧气体积分数)会降低稀释火焰的稳定性,二者对火焰稳定性的影响作用相反.为了进一步分析反应物预热温度与稀释率对火焰稳定性的影响程度,引入了估算的Damk hler数,分析表明,在实验研究范围内,反应物预热温度对火焰稳定性的影响比稀释率的影响显著,是火焰稳定性的主要影响因素.

超短激光技术的发展为研究材料中的超快光动方学过程提供了重要的实验手段,也使得人们能够更为深入地研究电子的自旋动力学行为.GaAs(100)表面由于费米钉扎而会导致能带弯曲,位于该区域的电子及其自旋特性将会明显不同于体相材料中的情况.利用时间分辨和自旋分辨的双光子光电子发射技术研究了p型掺杂GaAs(100)表面的电子极化动力学过程.结果表明,由费米钉扎而引起的能带弯曲明显影响电子的自旋弛豫过程,从实验上观察到了GaAs(100)表面能带弯曲区域的电子自旋翻转时间存在近2个量级的差异(从几纳秒到几十皮秒),基于电子_自旋交换相互作用的BAP机理在自旋弛豫过程中起着主导作用.

BACKGROUND The introduction of fine needle biopsies(FNB)to clinical practice presents a changing trend towards histology in the endoscopic ultrasound-guided tissue acquisition(EUS-TA).AIM To evaluate the clinical performance of a new FNB needle,the 22-gauge(22G)Franseen needle,when sampling pancreatic solid *** Consecutive patients with an indication for EUS-TA for the assessment of pancreatic solid lesions were included in this prospective,single-center,singlearm *** patient underwent a puncture of the lesion two times using the 22G Franseen needle and the obtained samples were directly placed into formalin for histological *** primary study endpoint was the rate of high-quality obtained *** endpoints included the length and diameter of the core specimen,the diagnostic accuracy and the complication *** From June 2017 to December 2018,forty patients with pancreatic solid lesions(22 females;mean age 67.2 years)were *** acquisition was achieved in all ***-quality histology,rated with Payne score 3,was obtained in 37/40 cases(92.5%)after two needle *** mean size of the acquired histological core tissue was 1.54 mm×0.39 *** diagnostic accuracy for the correct diagnosis was 85%(34/40).Only one adverse event was occurred,consisting of a self-limiting bleeding in the puncture *** The 22G Franseen needle achieved according to our standardized protocol a high rate of histological core procurement,and a high diagnostic accuracy,with one minor adverse event reported.

The transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)family controls embryogenesis,stem cell differentiation,and tissue ***,how post-translation modifications contribute to fine-tuning of TGF-βfamily signaling responses is not well ***(I)-Smads can antagonize TGF-β/Smad signaling by recruiting Smurf E3 ubiquitin ligases to target the active TGF-βreceptor for proteasomal degradation.A proteomic interaction screen identified Vpr binding protein(VprBP)as novel binding partner of ***-expression studies revealed that VprBP negatively controls Smad2 phosphorylation,Smad2–Smad4 interaction,as well as TGF-βtarget gene *** was found to promote Smad7–Smurf1–TβRI complex formation and induce proteasomal degradation of TGF-βtype I receptor(TβRI).Moreover,VprBP appears to stabilize Smurf1 by suppressing Smurf1 *** multiple adult and mouse embryonic stem cells,depletion of VprBP promotes TGF-βor Activin-induced *** the mouse embryo VprBP expression negatively correlates with mesoderm marker expression,and VprBP attenuated mesoderm induction during zebrafish *** findings thereby uncover a novel regulatory mechanism by which Smurf1 controls the TGF-βand Activin cascade and identify VprBP as a critical determinant of embryonic mesoderm induction.

This study applies a hydroeconomic optimization method for water resources management in the highly water stressed Haihe River basin. A multi-objective, multi-temporal deterministic hydroeconomic optimization model has been built to quantify the economic trade-offs and reveal "minimum cost strategies" when reducing groundwater abstraction to sustainable levels. A complex basin representation, with ～140,000 decision variables is formulated where each decision variable represents a flow-path from a water source to a sink. Available water sources are runoff generated by the sub-basins upstream the nine major surface water reservoirs, the inter-basin transfers from Yellow River and South to North Water Transfer Project(SNWTP) and the natural groundwater recharge to the three main groundwater aquifers. Water demands, i.e. sinks, are aggregated for each model sub-basin in categories of the major agricultural users, domestic, industrial and ecological water demands. Each demand is associated with a curtailment cost and groundwater abstraction with a pumping cost. Groundwater overdraft is constrained in each model scenario, ranging from unlimited overdraft in the plain area groundwater aquifer to sustainable abstractions over an 8-year period. Inflow upstream Yuqiao reservoir, and the inter-basin transfers from SNWTP and Yellow River are identified as the water resources with the highest increase in average shadow prices when limiting groundwater overdraft. An increase in inflow shadow prices of 37.5% indicates that these water sources will be most valuable if sustainable groundwater abstraction should be achieved. The shadow prices of water sources reveal when and where in the Haihe River basin users are curtailed if water resources are managed in the most optimal way. Average shadow prices of 1.6 yuan/m3 for all surface water sources in the sustainable abstraction scenarios shows that overdraft can be avoided by curtailment of users with a willingness-to-pay ≤1.6 yuan/m3.

The management of clouds comprised of hundreds of hosts and virtual machines present challenging problems to administrators in ensuring that performance agreements are met and that resources are efficiently utilized. Automated approaches can help in managing such environments. Autonomic managers using policy-based management can provide a useful approach to such automation. We outline how collections of collaborating autonomic managers in cloud can be a step towards better management of clouds. We describe how a hierarchy of policy-based autonomic managers can collaborate using messages. The messages and when to communicate is inferred automatically from the policies given to the managers. We evaluate the approach via a prototype inspired by a cloud virtualized infrastructure and show how collaboration between managers in a hierarchy can improve the response time of a web server and avoid service level agreement violations. Results of three different scenarios shows the importance of collaboration between managers at different authority levels and how this collaboration can help to increase efficiency of current infrastructures.

＜正＞Research with adults makes clear that sleep is related to learning and *** example,adults who learn a new task and then sleep in the intervening 12 hours before they are retested have higher levels of performance relative to adults who stay awake during the intervening 12 hours （e.g.,Stickgold et al.,2000）.Whether these relations are observed early in development has gone *** question,is especially important early in infancy both because infants spend a great deal of time sleeping,and because it is during the first year of life that infants develop regular sleep patterns and *** this meeting we will present the results of a large-scale study of relations between sleep and cognition in Chinese infants between the ages of 6 and 7.5 *** both time points,the infants were tested on a batteryof tasks including（a） speed of processing,（b） attention,（c） memory,and（d） mother-infant *** addition,parents completed an infant temperament questionnaire （i.e.,infants’ typical responses to everyday and novel events）,and they reported on infants’ sleep patterns（e.g.,the number of hours of sleep each night,the number of nighttime awakenings）.There was substantial variability in the sample such that some infants slept as few as 7.4 hours and others as many as 11.51 hours per *** in sleep was related to infants’ cognition such that infants with more regular sleep patterns stayed engaged in information processing tasks for longer periods of time,were more readily re-engaged in tasks when their attention did wander,and more easily transitioned from one task to *** results implicate sleep as important to cognition even in infancy and suggest that facilitation of development of regular sleep patterns in this period might promote cognitive development.
