本文基于脑机接口(BCI)设备Emotiv EpOC+设计了机器人辅助脑瘫康复面部表情训练系统。系统在python开发环境中使用WebSocket通信协议设定服务器与客户端用来完成获取设备信号和对信号进行处理以及应用的工作,使用小波变换处理方法捕捉单一通道在某一训练时段的特征信号,通过触发对应的特征信号与动作关系指令驱动机器人。设置了人机交互界面,辅助训练师引导脑瘫患儿完成训练,以达到对脑瘫患儿注意力、反应能力及其面部肌肉训练的目的。

In this study, we aimed to examine the electrophysio- logical properties of β-cells in Kir6.2-/- mice using fresh pancreatic tissue slice preparation. This prepa-ration is advantageous since it preserves socio-cellular context of the β-cells. Using this novel approach we revisited basic morphology and used whole-cell patch-clamp to study electrical excitability as well as to assess the modulation of the late steps of the exocy-totic activity of β-cells by cytosolic [Ca2+] changes in control and Kir6.2-/- mice. We found that young Kir6.2-/- mice (2 - 4 weeks old) were hypoglycaemic while aged Kir6.2-/- mice (5 - 60 weeks old) were normo- or even hyper- glycaemic. Membrane ca-pacitance measurements show- ed more efficient Ca2+-secretion coupling in young Kir6.2-/- mice, but this coupling is significantly reduced in older Kir6.2-/- mice. We have found increased exo- cytotic efficacy induced by repetitive trains of depo- larization pulses which may result from higher cyto- solic [Ca2+] due to hyperexcitability in Kir6.2-/- mice. This condition in turn resulted in the reduced β-cell number and func-tion in the following weeks. Detailed assessment of the efficacy of Ca2+ dependent exocyto- sis in β-cell from Kir6.2-/- mice may contribute to our understanding of the pathophysiology of persistent hyperinsulinemia hypoglycemia of infancy (pHHI) and suggest potential alternative therapeutic approaches for pHHI patients.

Continuous long-term monitoring of aquatic systems is important for understanding their complete evolution in order to monitor changes in the trophic status and water quality. The continuous monitoring during a period of 20 years, by sampling once a month at two locations, the water quality of reservoir “Grliste”, which is used for the water supplying town Zajecar (Eastern Serbia), is observed and developmental stages in the life of the reservoir were determinated. It should be noted that the obtained results were used also in the purpose of finding a cause of cyanobacteria bloom, as a consequence of algal production. Limiting factors of algal production usually were nitrogen and phosphorus, however, in this study, obtained results of subtraction between trophic state index, calculated through total chlorophyll a (TSIChl-a) and trophic state index, calculated through total phosphorus (TSITp), indicated that limiting factor of algal production was light. On the basis of the concentrations of dissolved oxygen (DO), total phosphorus (Tp) and chlorophyll a (Chl-a) in the surface and in the bottom, it was concluded that the reservoir passed through four development phases during the examined period. Results of long-term monitoring showed that in the first years after the formation of the reservoir, the highest trophicity was detected (hypereutrophic status), but later the reservoir mostly maintained eutrophic status.

The Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical radio Telescope(FAST) has passed national acceptance and finished one pilot cycle of ‘Shared-Risk’ observations. It will start formal operation soon. In this context, this paper describes testing results of key fundamental parameters for FAST, aiming to provide basic support for observation and data reduction of FAST for scientific researchers. The 19-beam receiver covering 1.05–1.45 GHz was utilized for most of these observations. The fluctuation in electronic gain of the system is better than 1% over 3.5 hours, enabling enough stability for observations. pointing accuracy,aperture efficiency and system temperature are three key parameters for FAST. The measured standard deviation of pointing accuracy is 7.9′′, which satisfies the initial design of FAST. When zenith angle is less than 26.4°, the aperture efficiency and system temperature around 1.4 GHz are ~0.63 and less than 24 K for central beam, respectively. The sensitivity and stability of the 19-beam backend are confirmed to satisfy expectation by spectral HI observations toward NGC 672 and polarization observations toward 3 C 286. The performance allows FAST to take sensitive observations for various scientific goals, from studies of pulsars to galaxy evolution.
