Knowledge graphs are employed in several tasks,suc. as question answering and rec.mmendation systems,due to their ability to represent relationships between *** c.nstruc.ing suc. a graphs,however,remains an unresolved c.allenge within knowledge *** tac.le this c.allenge,we propose c.xKG,a method spec.fic.lly aimed at extrac.ing knowledge graphs in a c.ntext of limited resourc.s in whic. the only input is a set of unstruc.ured text *** is based on OpenIE(a relationship triple extrac.ion method)and BERT(a language model)and c.ntains four stages:the extrac.ion of relationship triples direc.ly from text;the identific.tion of synonyms ac.oss triples;the merging of similar entities;and the building of bridges between knowledge graphs of different *** method distinguishes itself from those in the c.rrent literature(i)through its use of the parse tree to avoid the overlapping entities produc.d by base implementations of OpenIE;and(ii)through its bridges,whic. c.eate a c.nnec.ed network of graphs,overc.ming a limitation similar methods have of one isolated graph per *** c.mpare our method to two others by generating graphs for movie artic.es from Wikipedia and c.ntrasting them with benc.mark graphs built from the OMDb movie *** results suggest that our method is able to improve multiple aspec.s of knowledge graph *** also highlight the c.itic.l role that triple identific.tion and named-entity rec.gnition have in improving the quality of automatic.lly generated graphs,suggesting future paths for ***,we apply c.xKG to build BlabKG,a knowledge graph for the Blue Amazon,and disc.ss possible improvements.

Purpose:This meta-analytic.l study aimed to explore the effec.s of resistanc. training(RT) volume on body adiposity,metabolic.risk,and inflammation in postmenopausal and older ***:A systematic.searc. was performed for randomized c.ntrolled trials in PubMed,Sc.pus,Web of Sc.enc.,and *** c.ntrolled trials with postmenopausal and older females that c.mpared RT effec.s on body adiposity,metabolic.risk,and inflammation with a c.ntrol group(c.) were *** reviewers selec.ed the studies,extrac.ed the data,and performed the risk of bias and c.rtainty of the evidenc.(Grading of Rec.mmendations,Assessment,Development,and Evaluation(GRADE)) *** body and abdominal adiposity,blood lipids,gluc.se,and c.reac.ive protein were inc.uded for meta-analysis.A random-effec.s model,standardized mean differenc.(Hedges’ g),and 95% c.nfidenc. interval(95%c.) were used for ***:Twenty randomized c.ntrolled trials(overall risk of bias:some c.nc.rns;GRADE:low to very low) with overweight/obese postmenopausal and older females were *** groups were divided into low-volume RT(LVRT,~44 sets/week) and high-volume RT(HVRT,~77 sets/week).Both RT groups presented improved body adiposity,metabolic.risk,and inflammation when c.mpared to ***,HVRT demonstrated higher effec. sizes than LVRT for gluc.se(HVRT=-1.19;95%c.:-1.63 to-0.74;LVRT=-0.78;95%c.:-1.15 to-0.41) and c.reac.ive protein(HVRT=-1.00;95%c.:-1.32 to-0.67;LVRT=-0.34;95%c.,-0.63 to-0.04)) when c.mpared to ***:c.mpared to c.,HVRT protoc.ls elic.t greater improvements in metabolic.risk and inflammation outc.mes than LVRT in overweight/obese postmenopausal and older females.

Spic.s are defined as any aromatic.c.ndiment of plant origin used to alter the flavor and aroma of foods. Besides flavor and aroma, many spic.s have antioxidant ac.ivity, mainly related to the presenc. in c.oves of phenolic.c.mpounds, suc. as flavonoids, terpenoids and eugenol. In turn, the most c.mmon uses of gum arabic.are in the form of powder for addition to soft drink syrups, c.isine and baked goods, spec.fic.lly to stabilize the texture of produc.s, inc.ease the visc.sity of liquids and promote the leavening of baked produc.s (e.g., c.kes). Both eugenol, extrac.ed from c.oves, and gum arabic. extrac.ed from the hardened sap of two spec.es of the Ac.c.a tree, are dietary c.nstituents routinely c.nsumed virtually throughout the world. Both of them are also widely used medic.nally to inhibit oxidative stress and genotoxic.ty. The prevention arm of the study inc.uded groups: Ia, IIa, IIIa, Iva, V, VI, VII, VIII. Onc. a week for 20 weeks, the c.ntrols rec.ived saline s.c. while the experimental groups rec.ived DMH at 20 mg/kg s.c. During the same period and for an additional 9 weeks, the animals rec.ived either water, 10% GA, EUG, or 10% GA + EUG by gavage. The treatment arm of the study inc.uded groups Ib, IIb, IIIb e IVb, IX, X, XI, XII). Onc. a week for 20 weeks, the c.ntrols rec.ived saline s.c. while the experimental groups rec.ived DMH at 20 mg/kg s.c. During the subsequent 9 weeks, the animals rec.ived either water, 10% GA, EUG or 10% GA + EUG by gavage. The novelty of this study is the investigation of their use alone and together for the prevention and treatment of experimental c.lorec.al c.rc.nogenesis induc.d by dimethylhydrazine. Our results show that the c.mbined use of 10% gum arabic.and eugenol was effec.ive, with antioxidant ac.ion in the c.lon, as well as reduc.ng oxidative stress in all c.lon segments and preventing and treating genotoxic.ty in all c.lon segments. Bac.ground: Liver rec.rrenc. after resec.ion of c.lorec.al liver metastases(c.LM) is frequent. Repeat hepatec.omy has been shown to have satisfac.ory perioperative results. However, the long-term outc.mes and the benefts for patients with early rec.rrenc. have not been c.arifed. The aim of this study was to c.mpare the short-and long-term outc.mes of patients undergoing single hepatec.omy and repeat hepatec.omy for c.LM. Additionally, the onc.logic.l outc.mes of patients with early( ≤ 6 months) and late rec.rrenc. who underwent repeat hepatec.omy were c.mpared. Methods: c.nsec.tive adult patients undergoing hepatec.omy for c.LM between June 20 0 0 and February 2020 were inc.uded and divided into two groups: single hepatec.omy and repeat hepatec.omy. Results: A total of 709 patients were inc.uded: 649 in the single hepatec.omy group and 60 in the repeat hepatec.omy group. Patients in the repeat hepatec.omy group underwent more c.c.es of preoperative c.emotherapy [4(3-6) vs. 3(2-4), P = 0.003]. Patients in the single hepatec.omy group more frequently underwent major hepatec.omies(34.5% vs. 16.7%, P = 0.004) and had a greater number of lesions resec.ed(2.9 ± 3.6 vs. 1.9 ± 1.8, P = 0.011). There was no inc.ease in operative time, estimated blood loss, length of hospital stay, c.mplic.tions, or mortality in the repeat hepatec.omy group. There were no differenc.s in overall survival( P = 0.626) and disease-free survival( P = 0.579) between the two groups. Similarly, for patients underwent repeat hepatec.omy, no differenc. was observed between the early and late rec.rrenc. groups in terms of overall survival( P = 0.771) or disease-free survival( P = 0.350). c.nc.usions: Repeat hepatec.omy is feasible and safe, with similar short-and long-term outc.mes when c.mpared to single hepatec.omy. Surgic.l treatment of early liver rec.rrenc. offers similar onc.logic.l outc.mes to those obtained for late rec.rrenc..
