背景瑞芬太尼可以减轻全麻苏醒期时的咳嗽、躁动和血流动力学变化等不良反应。方法在一项前瞻性、随机、双盲临床试验中，60例接受鼻部手术的成人患者采用以瑞芬太尼为基础的麻醉方案。在苏醒期，瑞芬太尼组患者将瑞芬太尼用量减至维持量的1／10，而对照组患者则停止使用。结果两组患者的苏醒时间和气管拔管时间无明显区别。与对照组相比，瑞芬太尼组在苏醒期（输注速率：0．014±0．011μg·kg·min^-1）的咳嗽发生率（40％vs80％，P=0．002）和严重程度均明显减轻，不自主运动发生率降低（3．3％vs30％，P=0．006），心率较慢。结论在苏醒期使用小剂量瑞芬太尼不会延长苏醒时间，且降低气管插管所致咳嗽的发生率和严重程度。

Neurodegenerat.ve diseases are oft.n misdiagnosed,especially when t.e diagnosis is based solely on clinical *** p75 neurot.ophic recept.r(p75^(Nt.))has been st.died as an index of sensory and mot.r nerve development.and *** cleavable ext.acellular domain(ECD)is readily det.ct.ble in various biological fluids including plasma,serum and *** is evidence for increased p75Nt. ECD levels in neurodegenerat.ve diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease,amyot.ophic lat.ral sclerosis,age-relat.d dement.a,schizophrenia,and diabet.c *** p75^(Nt.)
